This place has everything you need to make anything your are making. Unless you need big pieces of wood, steal or pvc. For crafter its has everything. I love the seasonal decor they have as well.

Went in just before close and multiple employees in the front end were quick to help and very friendly... will be my go-to next time.

Framing advice and help was first rate. Dealing with this for the first time, they took the time to answer all my questions. Finished item was delivered before the end of their time estimate as well.

Came in and got some copic markers. Well the one red copic i got was dried out but since I cant test them before buying I didnt know. I really enjoy this store but something needs to be done about making sure expensive markers are not dried out.

This is by far and always has been my favorite craft store. Some items might trend in being higher price. However I think that Michaels has a better selection. Their store is also mapped out to locate products easily. The store is always clean and filled with happy associates. The store is always so beautiful around the holidays. The store always has that good smell of creation.

Way over priced. Need a 50% off coupon to match Amazon or Walmart.

Nice well organized store. Went there to get some stuff for my daughters baby shower and then was going to head over to Hobby Lobby to finish. Well didnt need the second trip because they had all I needed and then some. Prices are reasonable people are friendly.

I returned to Michaels with a framed piece of art that had been in a fire. It had been exposed to a lot of smoke, water and flames. It wasn’t in great shape but was intact. The back had holes and fire marks and I asked if they could put a new back on it for me. They said they would take care of it and there would be no charge. When I returned to pick it up, they had taken it apart, aired it out for a few weeks, cleaned it all and put it back together with new backing materials and made it as good as it was before. The frame has wear and tear from the fire but otherwise It looks as good as the day I had it done. There was NO CHARGE for the work done. I was so very impressed. I will be returning here for all of my framing needs. Thank you very much!

Jackie in custom framing is awesome! So please with the help and guidance she provided to get a canvas re-stretched and framed. We must have looked at 50 combinations of frames, and her artistic eye helped us find the best option. She was also helpful about using a nice coupon. Highly recommend their service!

I didnt go to Michaels today although I had planned to do so. I have found a lot of fun treasures on sale, such as: watches for $7 or 2 for $10. What I planned to buy is always in the back. I believe Michaels has great merchandising layout because for me, I spend more time and buy more than I planned before I leave my car.

I dont go to Michaels often, but when I do its always a good experience. How can you not have a smile on your face walking thru the doors.

First things first if you frequent this place make sure you sign up for their free rewards program since it is pricey and the 40-60% off coupons are a blessing, (update) that no longer exists, they only ever offer 20% off now, making it so I never shop there anymore. It was my go to for cosplay foam and flowers but Hobby Lobby has those and theyre often on sale for 40-50% off.

Lots of great things for crafts and activities. If youre looking to find an afternoon project for the kids, or feeling artsy yourself, Michaels will have something for you. They keep things tidy, and although this place is packed with items, its well organized and the staff usually can point you in the right direction. Check for coupons before you go, or on your phone. Ive found Google will show you the sale paper for the store if you have your location enabled.

Over the years I have spent a bundle in Michaels. It is unfortunate that they have changed their pricing structure. Be aware that doubling the price and then offering a coupon is not a true savings.

My most favorite store ever. Sign up for their coupons. Soooo worth it. You get about 3-4 a week. &theres always things discounted & clearances.

Had exactly what I needed for photo framing with helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Store seemed cluttered, un-organized. Lots of customers but staff was busy stocking shelves & pulling Summer merchandise getting Autumn ready. Very difficult to shop, very few clerks to help find items.

I wanted a Christmas tree that was sold out. The manager promised me the display tree if they dont get another shipment, and put my name on it to protect it from an inadvertent sale to someone else. I am very impressed with that kind of service.

Clerk wasnt too helpful, and the cashier was rude...at least the price of my appliances were relatively cheaper than usual. Shopping online is just a better option.

I shop here like once a year so I really dont have much to say. It does have some unique items for people that are into hobbies but I only shop here if my kids need something and I cant find it somewhere else. Theyre kind of expensive for me.

Definitely not a place to go window shopping. You will spend money! If youre a crafter, this is paradise. And doesnt stand for ridiculous stances like its competitor HL.

Very helpful employees and the store is played out very well prices are a little high but quality over quantity is the best policy I say. Also parking is easy to work with.

Classes should be fun, but the sign up process and the instructors are ridiculous. An open house should mean that you have people to help with registration. 50% off all classes, should mean ALL classes unless specified. You work at a craft store, you should know that crayola washable markers do not dry on plastic bags.

I really love this store. But for some reason I Always feel like Im being followed around. My daughter was with me on our last visit & it made her really uncomfortable. Especially when youre doing nothing wrong. We simply decided to put our cart away and go across the street to Hobby Lobby. If youre going to follow me around the store and treat me like a shoplifter I will not be back and I will not spend my money there and will not recommend your place of business its the worst feeling ever when you go into a business to have a good time and look at crafts with your children and every corner you turn theres a staff member from the store there kind of funny when you need help though no ones around. Weve just decided to no longer shop here.

Good selections...not excellent. Clean. Well maintained. Liked the checkout. It takes first come, first served so you dont have to worry that youre getting in the wrong lane.

I have shopped here for my art supplies since I was a teenager. The quality of their wide range of products, makes a trip to this at store a must for your novice arts and crafts individuals to the more advanced artist.
