Had car repaired after accident handled with ease service good and car looking good again

Got my jeep back with new u joints but engine was knocking and it magically had no oil

I’ve had collision repair performed at Kar Kraft 3x now. Each time they performed a quality repair and worked with the insurance company to properly repair my vehicle. One time I had an issue with some paint pealing, Craig told me to bring it in and he’ll take care of it. No argument. Each time Craig was very professional and communicative. The last time they worked on my car, the insurance company wanted him to replace with an aftermarket bumper. While an OEM bumper was more expensive, Craig said it was the better choice and absorbed the cost difference.Another time I took my car there to drill out a rusted license plate fastener that broke off in the tailgate. Craig gave me a loaner car to use while they worked on extracting the screw.Whenever I’m there, Craig has the same professional and friendly attitude with their customers.Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I was sent to Kar Kraft because they will cut prices and corners for my Insurance Company just to get their business! American Access Casualty Company likes to steer you to their place of choice. And steering is illegal in Illinois! Craig from Kar Kraft was very unprofessional! He definitely lacks Customer Skills. I will never recommend this place to anyone!

Good shop but usually always busy. when i had work done there they did an amazing job its just reallllly tough to get in with them unfortunately.

I love Kar Kraft! We have been going there for years. Have had some body work done, but mostly mechanical. They do an awesome job and have very reasonable prices. The staff is very helpful, friendly and kind.

They do good work at a great price. Fast service, and everyone there is knowledgeable and friendly. Atmosphere is upbeat every time Im there.

Kar Kraft is great place to have your body work done. They have fast service and reasonable prices. Ive sent several friends to them over the years.

We had a lift put on the truck and there were a few things not tightened down completely but when we brought it back mark fixed it free of charge. We appreciate your customer service and standing behind your work. The only reason 5 stars were not given is because every time we bring the truck in we are told 2-3 days and they end up having it for over a week.

Their service is phenomenal is all I can say. I have known Craig since I worked at Lou Bachrodt and they send all vehicles to him for bodywork, after I left Lou Bachrodt my wife got rear ended and we took it to Kar Kraft for repairs and they did a wonderful job, I got rear ended in the same vehicle and once more we took it to Kar Kraft, not only did they repair the damage from the accident but they also took the liberty of fixing a horrible spot on the side of my vehicle that was an eyesore for a long time and at no extra charge, we got our Traverse back even better than how it was and they went the extra mile and polished the vehicle, my family and I are extremely satisfied and grateful for the hard work Craig and his team does for us every time, thank you.

Craig and Mark were great taking care of contacting and working with insurance (2 separate claims). They used OEM parts and made my car look great in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend Kar Kraft for collision repairs.

I have been taking my 2006 GMC Envoy (190,000+ miles) there for 4-5 years now. They are great straight to the point and get the job done. Never have I had any problems with them. They are very nice and respectful. My truck is always running like new again after they fix it, from a small repair to having the starter replaced. Nothing but good things to say about this place. Thank you for taking care of me and my truck.

I can not even put into words how amazing this place was to us, they went above and beyond what was expected! We got our van back in better working condition then when we bought it, and better looking! I will never go anywhere else if I have car issues. Thank you so much to the people that worked so hard on our vehicle and did more then we could have ever asked! Great company and friendly people. Good workers!

Always prompt and courteous service. Impala has over 140,000 miles and runs great all thanks to Kar Kraft. Mechanical and body work are second to none.

I highly recommend this place for their quality of work, fast service and very friendly staff. I had a Dodge Durango repaired with extensive damage and it looks like new! They dealt directly with the insurance company, saving me time and hassle and even fixed a few extra dings for free.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Not only does it look like somebody painted it with a spray can, all the work they did is beginning to fall appart after a few months. When I confronted the guy that quoted a few months back his reply was “what were you expecting a show room finish”

The guys and gals at Kar Kraft always do a great job. They also wash my car every time they work on it, love that!
