On a 2019 Ram 1500, they put my class 5 draw tight receiver hitch on without any issues and got me in and out real quick with no appointment.

Had an issue w my car that other mechanics would be charging me 1000+ to fix. Oscar was able to give me a good price to fix and was straight forward with me. Highly recommend definitely go in early to avoid a long wait.

Tomas and Oscar are great.they know there stuff. I got there 45 min early. Over the next 45min 8 people showed up.less than dealership prices better service. I have been around when dealerships have brought cars for Oscar to fix because they repeatedly couldnt fix it and wanted to avoid lemon laws.

After two misdiagnoses on the same issue at a different auto shop, I thought I would give this place a try because of the great reviews, and the reviews were right. Oscar took the time to look at my car and explain to me what he found. I highly recommend this place, friendly staff and they know their stuff.

Having to travel to Rockford to pickup an order at one of our vendors, our small work box van broke down. Being from out of the area I quickly googled the nearest auto mechanics one of which was Buchanan. They answered the phone and literally came out to see the problem within a few minutes. In a short time they diagnosed the problem to be a faulty idler arm pulley and broken serpentine belt. Given it was a small box van he couldnt secure a local towing company (they didnt want the liability and recommended a semi tow truck which would have cost $$$). So within and hour he literally pickup up the tools and parts and fixed it in the place it broke down and got us back up and running withing the hour!Given it was an emergency situation I wasnt sure if we were going to get gouged, but when he told me the total cost of the bill I was presently surprised! Had a blown head gasket in my 2005 chevy suburban they replaced the head gasket, lifters, spark plugs all in a very professional timely and cost effective manner I go to them before anyone now, no one can beat there prices.
