Very great customer service. Each time I went I was told a specific day my order would be in and it came in on that day. Efficient and will have you on your way in no time. Also very clean establishment. I am very satisfied with service and product!!!

Went to get 4 new tires today for my car. Being a Saturday and having no appointment, I was expecting to have to wait a couple days because they were busy. David helped us out and got us in and out within a couple hours and was very helpful. Car drives great and the mechanical and customer service was excellent. I would recommend to call ahead if you need same day service because they can get busy...but this is the second time David has helped me out, the first was to repair a tire that I thought would need replacing. Two thumbs up!

Ive got nothing but praise for these guys, came in with 2 flats and they had all 4 new tires on and sent me on my way no less than an hour after I dropped my car off. Great service!

Tires were in stock so I scheduled an appointment for the following day. Appointment took about two hours. All service representatives were knowledgeable and friendly. Will absolutely recommend to friends and family.

Dave the manager does a great job. He has topped off my tires in the morning when I am on the way to Chicago before he opened the store. We share a love of food so it makes it extra special. I went there after I got a make work estimate at another big tire dealer. He did the job I needed and nothing more. Thats unusual these days. I have sent him countless customers and get nothing but thanks from those I send there.

Update: the manager contacted me and left a message apologizing for things not working correctly. I really appreciate his quick response and Im encouraged that well get it resolved. Changed my rating as a result.Bad business. Took my 2018 Toyota to them a month ago to have my tires re-balanced. My car would shake/shimmy at high speeds and I was headed on a long trip. After they did the re-balance, for $50, the car still behaved the same at highway speeds. So I figured it must be something else, maybe an alignment issue or wheel bearings. I took my car to the Toyota dealer today for general service and asked them to look into the problem. They advised me, to my surprise, that the tires needed re-balancing. I explained that I just had that done recently and asked whether it was needed.. Yes. After the dealer performed the re-balancing, for $50, the shake/shimmy is gone. Beware of the work performed at Just Tires on Main St.

I was so pleased with my service at Just Tires! I was out running errands when my tire pressure warning light came on. I stopped in without an appointment and was somewhat in a hurry. They performed a front brake job on my truck . However they misplaced the cap that went on my wheel. I have called numerous times and no response! Ive had this truck over 4 years and the cap was always on the wheel! I am very disappointed in this service! This is an update! After not hearing from these people I decided to call again today Friday November 16th at 4 p.m. however I was told the same thing nothing was missing or found so after all the money I spent at that place I do not recommend anyone going there because they offered no apology or any type of restitution for something that they lost while doing the work on my car!

Dave got me in to do an alignment when my other appointment cancelled on me w/o notifying me. So when I came to Just tires Dave did the work efficiently and in a timely manner. Highly recommend you do business with them!!!

Went in for oil change, tire rotation and new front brakes. They got it all done fairly quickly and found me the best deal to save me money. I hate getting work done but I feel like they were honest with me that it was time for new brakes. I hadn’t ever had them replaced yet.

Ive been coming here for years. They are always straight forward, professional, timely, and they never try and sell you extra services. 205,000+ miles on my car and its still running strong.

Thankful they got me in quick- same day without a scheduled appointment on a Saturday. Very polite and professional. Waiting area was big and had a TV. Full set of 4 sturdy tires for our SUV plus alignment cost around $1,000. They tried to upsell us on extra services- kind of high pressure. I just wanted tires and spent more than I wanted but I get they are trying to run a business and gain long term customers. Other than that, it was a great experience and I’ll come back. The car drives super smooth now and I’m happy with the service they gave us.

Been a customer at Just Tires for over 20 years, but that just changed. Had a few tires that needed patches. They wanted to charge $39 each to patch them. $78 to patch tires. Ended up getting it done for $25 total.Now they want to explain to me how they were going to screw me on price. Sorry guys. Firestone or any other tire place will be my new place to get tires.

I love this place this is the only place that I will go to and my hometown of Rockford Illinois. Just Tires does the job awesome you get free rotation with oil change. They give you three different type of offers for oil changes. They dont just do what they feel is best they have awesome service great communication and I just love it. 😍😍💝💝

I had a great experience at just tires. I made an appointment prior to coming in and when I did I was able to get in no problem immediately. I was greeted by Tom and the rest of the just tires crew and they brought my car in nice and carefully which is always a great way to tell if the people you’re trusting your vehicle with can really be trusted. They got what needed to be done on it and even brought me into the bay to show me the repairs and other things I should get fixed up in the future. I appreciate the help from the crew at just tires and I know where I’ll be bringing my vehicle to from now on! Thanks again just tires!

Great staff, and the Manager Dave is a real gentlemen. They checked my car, diagnosed the problem that, unfortunately, they couldnt fix, and didnt charge me a thing. Helped me get a rental car and were just completely friendly and pleasant. I dont live in Rockford, but if I did, this would be my tire place.

Good place to get your tires replaced. The one thing that made my drop my review is the secret cost of tire warranty. When I called, I advised that my daughters car needed one tire replaced, and she wanted to keep the cost as low as possible. They quoted the price of the tire $103, and I asked if there were other charges to mount/balance the tire, etc... They said with all that, it would be $140. Well it call came to just under $160, and I figured it was tax and whatnot, but looking at the receipt, there was a $20 charge for lifetime fixes on the tire, flat repair, etc... I would have liked the option to know about this before it was automatically added to my bill. For that, Id say ask all the questions you can think of upfront, and inspect your receipt before you pay and walk out the door.

The staff was friendly and very informative. Glad I went there! I was suprised they offered so much more than tires! The service was excellent. Honest and professional! I definitely recommend to everyone I know.

Fritz at Just Tires does a great job. I had my tires balanced by a Goodyear dealer in Spring hill Florida, just before coming up to Rockford. The car vibrated all the way up - it was horrible! Fritz re-balanced the tires, honored the Goodyear warranty and it was dead smooth when he was done.Thanks Fritz!!

They might be good at tires, but theyre not so great at oil changes. I got a full synthetic oil change, which came with a free tire rotation. I assume they changed the oil and filter (they definitely charged me for it), but other places reset the oil change indicator on my vehicle. Additionally, other places talk me through an overview of what they did, but these guys just charged me, handed me a slip of paper, and sent me on my way. Well, the guy also explained that a coupon couldnt be used because $59.95 was actually the discount price, even though everywhere I search says thats the regular price for a full synthetic change. Definitely not going back.

I just stopped by recently to have a leaking tire looked at. The staff had the tire repaired and got me back on the road within the hour. Very happy with the service and will use them again.

I used to live in Streamwood, IL and used the Just Tires in Hanover Park. I always got great service from everyone that worked there and was sorry to find out that the manager David Wagner no longer worked there. I moved to Rockford IL and went to the Just Tires there and was pleased to see that Dave is the manager there. I now live in Beloit Wi and will drive to Rockford to get my car serviced. I always get fantastic service and am always happy to recommend Just Tires to anyone that needs anything done. Its very hard nowadays to find someone you trust and found that with Dave and Just Tires.

Nick and Dave were the guys who helped me out in my time of need. I bent my rim thanks to unforgiving Illinois potholes, and they told me where I could get it fixed or by a new one. They didnt charge me to put on my spare in the mean time and took care of me like I was family. Always have had alignments done here before i had the ability too, also bought 2 sets of tires, got a nail in one of the tires and came in a few hours before close and was helped with no issues. One of the only shops i trust with my cars. Shoutout to eric and jose i nvm back for their work!

Brought car in for oil change and picked it up to find a gigantic crack across my windshield..when speaking to them I was told it may be from the fact they lifted the car up and the heat vents are on the ceiling and it was cold out.. so I was left with a destroyed windshield and they wouldnt do a single thing to help or make it right. Will never ever bring any vehicle to them again.

Bought a full set of high end tires and the full warranty for said tires. Went back two days later because one of the tires had a leak and they said, the warranty doesnt cover road hazards. WHAT OTHER HAZARDS WOULD TIRES EVEN ENCOUNTER!?!? So instead of being decent human beings they wanted to charge me to plug the tire they shouldve replaced altogether. I took it to Just Tires off Perryville and those fine people fixed my tire FOR FREE, even though I hadnt spent a penny there. F*** you, Just Tires. POS business.

This past Friday March 1st 2019 I went to this location to buy 4 tires for my truck and of course installation and alignment too, after hours of leaving my truck there they called me that my truck had numerous bad things and that they could do the alignment, wich I respond ok just let me get the list and I’ll figure out when I can take it back for service ! Minutes later, another call from them saying that the wheel nuts where really swollen and I needed 15 of them 🤔 and they were $6 dollars a piece so I told them that my husband had a lot of them at home and they asked me to take them but I wasn’t at home so he got mad and told me that they were just going to put them back like that and that they were not responsible if something happened after the truck was out of there and that I was signing to accept the terms so I said ok, when me and my husband got there the so called MANAGER literally threw the bag with the swollen wheel nuts on the counter to my husband and my my husband looked at him waiting for an explanation and he just said make sure you put the wheel nuts when you get home (with an attitude) we got home and checked the receipt I realized that this ingnorant MANAGER had charge me more than $100 dollars for a warranty that I did it even asked for I ended up paying more than $1,000 dollars and I think it’s not fair, please review your receipt before paying I will be calling corporation to report this people

We came in for brakes, suspension, & an oil change. The manager, Dave took great care of our 97 Chrysler Town & Country Van. We were given discounts; the work was done when he promised; and the van is running well again.

Had an appointment for 3pm, my car didnt get in until 4pm!! Also, asked them if there is any problem with my tires, first person told me theyre OK, the other person two minutes later told me I have to change all of them!! and it will cost me 1000$!! they charged me 30$ for inspection, 3 hours of my time, and at the end they even didnt rotate my tires because they JUST wanna sell you TIRES!!

Be smart and dont purchase tires from these people. Bad customer service and extremely slow. Ill definitely go elsewhere next time.

Tried to screw me out of $671. I asked for a tire rotation and was told I couldnt get one because my idler arm and pitman arm were that busted up. Took it to Kurts automotive out on Cunningham for a second opinion and was told both my pitman and idler arms were just fine. I might need to get a new tire in 20,000 miles but thats it. Did a tire rotation for $45 compared to just tires rate of $99 with a 3 month warranty. My car has been running great ever since. Just tires employee seem to try and screw you out of money and stuff you dont need just so they can get that sales percentage.
