Brad is a qualified and courteous mechanic. Had issues with my running lights and he took the time to find the correct way to remove and replace the bulbs without ruining the finish on the car. I recommend Brad and his mechanics for honest and ethical work on your vehicle.

This shop saved me! I am from out of town, and had business in Rockford, with only 2 days to do it. When I arrived my Prius was making two different (new) noises, and I am so thankful I came upon this shop. They took me right away, accurately assessed and fixed the problem while I waited. Ive known Brad Wick for 30 years & have trusted him as my mechanic at Wick Automotive for quite some time.Recently my daughters boyfriend hit a Rockford-sized pothole & blew out the tire on his Scion. Because his specific model was only out for 2 months, and parts for Scion wearables are now standardized for the revised Scion, unless he would go to the Toyota  dealer where purchased (50 miles away) it took forever to get any replacement parts.After calling every tire shop in the Rockford area & coming up empty, they called Wick Auto.  Brad & Jessica were able to locate his tires within a few minutes & scheduled the replacement & repair for the next day!Thanks so much for taking the time & locating the tires.  Were so glad you were able to get the car on the road again and it wasnt necessary to visit the dealer 50 miles away.You guys rock!!

I had an old volkswagen that needed some fixing. I knew a total overhaul was needed so I asked them to give me an estimate as to how much I needed to prepare. I got an intial estimate of $1500 but ended up paying $3500. This was after everything was completed. They didnt even get my approval and just said that they had to do what they had to do. I needed the car so I just paid and left. But man, I am never recommending you guys again. I could have just bought myself my own mechanic!
