The Staff is incredibly knowledgable and helpful. After several years experience as a customer, I can honestly say that they have gone the extra mile and put great concern into each and every interaction and transaction I’ve made on roughly a monthly basis for our Pack and personal purchases. It’s staffed and operated like all stores “used to be”, back in “the good old days”, with a great focus on customer service.

Every time I go to the Scout shop, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Whether I know what I want or am not exactly sure, assistance is provided to ensure I get what I need. Thank you, Rockford Scout Shop!
