I love 510 Threads because its hard to find good style and quality pieces from the mall in Rockford. Everything I have purchased has become a staple in my wardrobe and lasted many wears. Its also a good go-to for gifts because they seem to have something for everyone.
My friend and I stopped in today and we found some AMAZING items! The store owner was super helpful - as if we needed to encouragement to continue shopping 💁♀All the items were at great price points and the quality of the items we bought are amazing. We will definitely be back and will be bringing friends!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I purchased a top from this store last year and have only worn it three times (because I was trying to preserve it). Ive had rhinestones fall out of it and the snap that holds the two pieces together break off (which is where I put the safety pin to hold it together) Additionally, the glue that holds that rhinestone ensemble onto the fabric started to come off and is also uneven. I had gotten several compliments on the days I have worn this top and was very disappointed that it broke down so quickly.Normally I dont return clothes after theyve been worn, but due to the fact that I had only worn it a couple of times and paid $50 + tax at the time of purchase, I thought it was only fair that I receive a store credit for such a poorly made item. Ive had clothes that have lasted me ten years, so I definitely expect a top to last longer than one season and three wears.The owner was not in the store, and neither was anyone else except an incredibly condescending african-american female associate. I of course did not have the receipt because I had no intention on ever returning it when I bought it - however, I know they keep a ledger when items are purchased so I asked her to refer to that. I told her that I didnt want money back, I only wanted a store credit or a similar looking item (which could have come off the sales rack for all I cared). She firmly told me no and I told her I would wait while she called the owner. She went and hide in a back room (so I have no idea what was actually being said) and then came out with the owner on the phone. The owner proceeded to YELL and ARGUE with me through the phone and indicated that she would not allow a store credit or exchange without a receipt. I asked her if it was worth losing a customer and she yelled YES. I asked her if it was worth a negative review and she yelled DO WHAT YOU GOTTA DO. So....I am.1) I do NOT support owners or associates who disrespect customers by yelling, arguing, or talking to them in a rude, ungrateful, or condescending manner.2) I do NOT support owners who do not stand behind their product and who knowingly sell poor quality items at high prices.3) I DO tell everyone I encounter about the poor experience I had with this store, as well as the fact that I will never return.
Poor customer service. Advised they could not accept a return within 7 days of purchase (within the return policy) stating you cannot return “accessories”. I checked their website return policy and nowhere does it say you cannot return accessories but it does state that you will be advised if something is “final sale” and that also did not happen.
We arrived on Rockford, Illinois last week and spotted this cute store. It was closing. And I determined to come the next day......delightful, helpful clerks. Bought several tops, a beautiful grey skirt. Love it all! Thanks!
Love this store. Found my dress for my sons wedding. Its so beautiful 💞 Everyone is so helpful and kind. I will be going back there again 😀❣️
