As other people mentioned, workers make up their return policies. Corporate really needs to take care of this situation. Won’t be back until corporate takes actions on these problems.

Had a problem with return after quarantine. Manager in charge refused to do anything because I didnt have a coupon I was given with the purchase. Had he not been this way I would have reordered a different item. BEWARE THIS LOCATION MADES UP RETURN POLICIES TO TURN A PROFIT. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

Terrible management! Manager heard me speaking Spanish and refused to do my return. Would give it less stars if possible. They make up rules!

They do not follow ADA laws and should be fined and shut down. Beyond rude staff.

I loved everything that I saw there. I had a very hard time deciding what to get. I a ultimately decided on a Mickey mouse purse.

My daughter bought the wrong size item for a gift. She kept the receipt but not the tag. Customer service would not accept the return even for store credit. Our family shops here exclusively for birthdays and Christmas we will be going online now.

I love this store, it has all the nerdy thing my heart wants but my bank account t doesnt, I love checking in to see what new items they have, and employees are friendly and helpful!
