Best selection in the area by far!! Every other shoe store either didnt have the size or the color I wanted. Worth the extra buck. Get em daddy. And you know I had to cop the Camron socks.

Champs is usually My go to store! But after my last shopping experience I dont know if I will ever shop there again and its sad because its because of their customer service. Long story short I was double charged in the store. And it has been hell trying to get my money back! The store telling me to call customer service & customer service telling me to call the store. Im currently waiting on hold for a 3rd time today after about 2 hours because my call was disconnected. The first 2 times! Day 3 of me trying to get my money back.

I havent been to the mall in ages but I must admit Im very thankful this is who we chose to give our business to.Calvin, a sales associate who went over and beyond to be sure my son was happy made our experience memorable! Thank you Calvin and everyone else who took their time out to greet us, answer questions and simply smile. 😁

Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. Two employees felt the need to assist one teenage girl instead of helping other customers in the store. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. Will never go back.
