Horrible customer service- buyers beware!I ordered 3 items from The FVV Shop on Feb. 3, 2021. One was damaged, one has never been sent and I think Ill burn the other one. Customer service (text or email) does not respond. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau as well as with VISA. The process for filing complaints was very easy and I encourage other customers with similar issues to do the same.

Ordered in november. Tried to contact them in different ways for five months, but they never replied nor sent the item. Luckily Paypal refunded me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a t shirt for my nephew way before christmas and still have not received it 3 months later!!!!! Ive sent multiple emails to their Contact Us email address with no response!!!! Way to steal peoples money!!!! THE WORST!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Very disappointing! Purchased two T-shirts for my nieces birthday, Paid for expedited shipping, the order does not come on time. One ONE of the TWO items arrived. Emailed them 4 times so and still no reasons. So sad as both my neiece and I were fans.

I have one particular purchase order where I recieved only 1 of the 2 items. I have been waiting for responses from the FVV team as Ive tried to reach out many times. It seems Ive been completely ignored for 4 MONTHS, as my case spans back to Sept. 9, 2020. Im at a point where I have decided to post here on Google Review as a last resort hoping for a response. Im still a FVV fan, but certainly not one for his merchandise anymore. The audacity for this brand to advertise new merchandise on social media platforms is just really regretful. In my honest opinion, Bet on Yourself by keeping your money and avoid feeling robbed.

BUYER BEWARE!!! In early Dec I ordered and paid for 2 tshirts for my son for the holidays. They only shipped one. I have sent 11 emails to the email address on the contact page, not a single email response. I sent a bunch of texts to the contact info as well. Response on Dec 17 What shirt are you missing. I provided the info requested, no follow up response, continued to send messages. I purchased these shirts for my teenage son because FVV is one of his favourite players (and my son knows basketball, every player, and even historical players). He loved the shirts so I ordered 2 for him, his choice of graphics. I have now resorted to commenting on their Instagram (which I dont normally use) and Facebook page. I did receive a message on Instagram saying they responded to my email but I can tell you I have not received a response in my inbox nor my junk mail. They should be replying to one of the 11 emails I have now sent, and I would get it. Whoever manages this store for FVV needs to understand that this is a reflection on FVVs brand. Mistakes happen, I get it, but its about how you handle a situation. In this case, you have not handled it. As far as Im concerned, basically FVV Store ripped me off. Pretty much stole my money. Im glad to pay for something, but nothing feels worse then paying for something and not receiving it. I would expect that this issue gets resolved once and for all. Honestly if FVV were to see this, I would hope he would question who he has running his store as his brand is being tarnished. Hes a great player, with a great brand, and I see why my son is a huge fan. If anyone that is involved in FVVs brand reads this, please try to resolve this so I can put it behind me. We just want the 2nd shirt WE PAID FOR.

Ordered $70 slides before Christmas. Paid for expedited shipping, which should’ve arrived by 12/24/18. As if 1/2/19 no slides, no email response, no returned calls and store is still dark. Is this a SCAM???? Email to their support form on website is returned with a “rejection email - address unknown.”***update: Fred personally responded and said the situation would be handled. Within hours we received an update the package would be delivered in 2 days. Although late for Christmas, store is legit.
