Reminds me of my childhood but instead of bands and all things a lonely teen needs you have a plethora of animals merchandise that caters to smaller figured individuals. But ONLINE has a much better size range and selection. But I love it nonetheless❤

I have always loved going here for my favorite artists shirts. I also love the aesthetic since I love the grunge theme. All things to rock band t-shirts, to chains, and even some Disney themed stuff, like Mulan and Lilo and Stitch :))

○!ACCUSED OF SHOPLIFTING!○ Me and my little cousin went in because she wanted to buy some rings. While we were shopping she found a ring that was out of the package so she looked for a bit before showing an employee. As she stood up to show somebody, an employee who I assume is the manager, A.J.(didnt have a name tag but when asked thats what she said)came up and snatched it out of her hand, made us put everything back, and told us to leave. As we turned around, she put her hand on me to usher me out, she treated us like children, even though i am 18 years old and assumed that we stole when we never moved from the floor. She was very rude and never listened to our story. We were also banned because we stood up for ourselves respectfully. We are seeking legal advice to see what we can do. I understand that people steal, but you should never assume.(not to mention she embarrassed us infront of the whole store)

ACCUSED OF SHOP LIFTING!(Would rate less if i could) i went into hot topic today to buy some rings and got accused of shop lifting (barely left one spot in the store) didnt ask what happened just banned me and my cousin who is 18 and had nothing to do with it besides being beside me and seeing that i was not doing anything wrong,There was a singular ring hanging out of its cardboard package, on the brink of falling out completely so i tried it on before getting ready to take it up front incase i liked it and it WAS cute so i was like “ahh if it fits maybe i will buy it”. So i had the 30$ worth of stuff i knew i was going to buy in one hand and in my other OPEN hand was the ring, i put the package it fell out of back where i found it and stood up open handed to give it to the register(keep in mind i was right next to it in the first place) bc it did not fit and i could not put it back, the second i stood up and the second i did this rude lady named AJ that worked there snatched it out of our hands. My cousins merchandise too, and said in i quote (get out of my store) and every time i tried to explain the situation and how (i can see how this could look wierd but me and my cousin who saw the whole thing can assure you its an innocent mistake) she basically pushed my 18 yr old cousin out of the store (im 16 next month) and now we are BANNED?! Its not stealing or shop lifting if i never left the store or one spot?! Treated us horribly, And when my family went back to speak to her she said “oh yeah the girls who were stealing”. In the process of calling thier higher authorities right now, and seeking legal advice.

Bought Halloween stitch blind pin boxes and every single box but 1 was already opened and tampered with.

Dont have change when they open tried to make a purchase for 25 dollars and they couldnt make change. Today called customer service after a order online was declined just to find out they put a hold on my account for 24 hours for the order they declined. Thats shady business which I will never do business with again

The lady working was awesome! She over heard my daughter saying an online price was different, so she came and found us to tell us she could price match. Great service!

This place is just too small. I feel like I would spend lots of.money if I had some room to shop. I see something nice want to get a closer look at and I cant even get through the aisle.

They are great with their customers and the manager is awesome. I happened to go in on the day their system wasnt working properly....and they handled the whole thing like a boss. Kudos!

The store isnt what it use to be. That however is not why I gave one star. I walked in there and was in the store for a good 25 minutes. In that time the worker not only didnt say a single word to me, but spent the whole time talking on the phone. I wasnt the only person in the store either. I decided to just walk out instead of giving them my business.

Staff seemed too busy to assist customers while they hung out

All the clothing runs super small and I am not super small, so its hard to find clothing. This store though everybody is super nice and helpful, always greeting people and just a good environment.

We love Hot Topic! So thrilled there us a shop that carries cute, affordable Disney apparel in adult sizes! They always have a great selection in store or online.

Usually love the products and the people that work at the store but its recently gotten way overpriced and their customer service was awful. Retail involves saying things tactfully..

TERRIBLE customer service. Been waiting for 15 mins without any help with the piercing case. Learn how to train your employees.

Bad return policy. Paid cash tried to return one hour later with receipt and they would only give a gift card. Once they get your money they are not going to give it back. They didnt tell me this when I made the purchase. I wont be back.

I asked an employee if they had any shirts of this band. They treated me unkind and talked to me like I was a toddler, they had an attitude and was immature and unprofessional. Then another employee joins in and talks to me the same way. They told me they never had the shirts, when the past few times I went there they had them. They didnt help me look, or go in the back to see if they had them, they didnt ask if I wanted to order any, nothing. They told me I had the wrong store and didnt help me at all. Im not going back until those impolite teenage workers learn some respect.

They have a pretty good selection of niche items, usually fandom oriented. Staff is friendly, prices arent terrible.
