Very upbeat polite staff! Store was clean and well stocked. They even have a free basket instead of just throwing items away. Which says they care a lot about their community. I would definitely come here again!

DO NOT USE BATHROOM! Dirty and out of stock. Told attendant. He sat and did nothing. He was not waiting on customers. I had to stop a woman from going in. Told him to close it and stock it immediately.

Went here at 10:05pm the place was brightly lit up but all doors locked, a guy walked out locked door looked at me standing there and drove off.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The worst customer service ever. I’m standing out at the gas pump which isn’t functioning. I press the button to call the attendance numerous times with no response. I proceed to enter the store where I find a woman behind the counter. When I ask if the microphone was working and if she could hear me she said no. I mention that the pump is not working and she said none of their pumps are working. There are literally five cars out there trying to put gas in that have no idea nothing is functioning at this gas station. I let her know that a sign letting people know that the pumps are not working is a nice thing to do for their customers. she then proceeds to start yelling at me. Last time I will ever go to the gas station. I’ll also be sure to call BP corporate to let them know what an awful establishment this gas station is.

Absolutely a disgrace to the human population. At all cost avoid this place the ladies pink hair affected her ability to operate her cash register. Go across the road, the Mobil was light years better.

Well the prices for food is cheep and its easy to get to aswell.

Stopped here on the way to go home from work for drinks and a snack. Walking into the space, its a huge gas station with absolutely nothing in it. Signs saying they had certain things in the shop such as slushies. Nothin. Random ladders just sittin there. An ancient ice cream cooler by the door. Shelves desperately empty. I dont know weather or not to say this place is closing or if its remodeling. We legit just bought water and walked to the subway for food. Definitely not a great experience.

I have tried for months now to use this gas station because they have a car wash, which has only been working one time in the last several months. Ive decided to call ahead to see if its working and still the car wash down. I drove from Belvidere to Rockford for this gas station because the one time I did use the car wash it worked nicely on getting my car clean. They are losing all my business because I want a gas station that has a car wash and not just for looks one that actually works.

DISCUSTING! OMG! I dont even have words for this place! After getting gas, I walked in to use the restroom, a few other customers and I went to walk in and were locked out! It appears the two guys working there just left and decided to come back just as we were going to leave. As soon as I headed back and opened up the womens resteoom door, I was hit with the most foul smell..there was fecies all over the sink and in the first stall, smeered everywjere and what is worse is that it had been there for awhile!! I almost lost my lunch. I called the health department because it was so badx it was a hazzard. Clearly this place is not bei g taken care of, the employees and the owner dont care and they should NOT be in business!! Never going there again and I hope you dont either!!!

One star is probably too high for this gas station. I went in to use the restroom and was going to get some snacks for the road. I walked in and was not acknowledged by the guy behind the counter at all, went in to the bathroom and was hit by an awful smell, it turned out the urinal was out of order which I could tell because it was FULL of urine and if that wouldnt have been enough of a clue there was also a sign that said out of order. I went into the first stall and thankfully I only had to pee because the toilet was disgusting! It hadnt been flushed recently and the seat was awful. After I finished and started walking out I realized my shoes were making a noise because they were sticking to the floor, when I got back to the store area the guy didnt even turn around so I didnt say anything and I didnt get any snacks either! I felt like I shouldve taken my shoes off before I got back in my car. My wife said the womens bathroom was pretty bad too!

Sign for diesel on but no diesel.Asked the idiot behind the counter why is the sign on he tells me its not his job.When I ask whos job is it he says his manager.Waste of time.

Fraud Fraud. Area gas is 1.85 and these owners are charging $2.32 pER Gallon !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Christmas Night TAKEN ADVANTAGE of Christmas Travelers. !

Was cheated by the sign by the highway, found out that the gas price stated must be accompanied with car wash
