Hardware was great. They did not have the stem I needed and sent me to Nicholsons downtown.

They have horrible hours. Many people cant shop until after 5 PM and they close at 5:30 on weekdays. I also had a terrible time finding someone to help me the last two times I went there. Not worth the hassle, when I can find plenty of help during any normal shopping hours at Home Depot or Lowes.

So happy to have this well-stacked hardware store in my neighborhood. They have a good repair center.

The most rude employees (paint department) with whom I have ever had the misfortune of being forced to deal. I will never again give them the fortune of my presence or financial support. I have shared my experience with family and friends as a warning. Naturally, Im happy to have the opportunity here as well.

Theyve got what you need. The people are friendly and helpful. I bought a self-propelled lawn mower there this summer because I know theyll stand behind any product. Good repair people too, just had a screen window fixed there and it was fast!

They always help me solve my problem simply and quickly.

Zanocco Ace Hardware Co, went looking for a Weber grill, ended paying$30 more than at a box store, but had a fully assembled grill delivered to my home 25 minutes later. That $30 difference was all about service. These guys are great.

It is always nice to support my neighborhood retailer. It is easier to run into the store to grab what I need, which they have a good variety of merchandise, and not have to fight the traffic or to take more time out of my day driving to a big box store. Sure, I may pay a small amount more on some items but it is worth it to me for the convenience. Usually those high school workers are more than happy to help me too!

Called ahead to verify that the garden fork I wanted was in stock and to see if they would hold one aside for me to pick up before the end of the day. The human touch, where people that want to help you answer the phone and are willing to look up stock, is hugely valuable.

Decided to stay local and buy my Weber grill at the local ace hardware store instead of buying online. I’m glad I did, I was greeted when I walked in, even thought the cashier was ringing someone up. I was offered help pretty quick by another clerk in the store. I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes. The cashier that checked me out was friendly and super excited about my purchase. The whole team of people made it easy.

The people here are very helpful, and their product line is quite extensive, very similar to the long gone Bobs Hardware. I have three hardware stores that I shop at: Tri-B (close to home), Nicholson ( for some of the plumbing parts found in older homes), and Zanocco Ace Hardware ( for all the misc. hardware I didnt know I needed or should have ( an old fashioned hardware store, like used to be found in almost any town)

Absolutely the most knowledgeable, kindest employees EVER!!! They fixed my snowblower right before the big storm, made house keys, and help me with salt for my softener. Then walked it out to my car!

I needed a replacement handle for a very old Lakewood box fan, since it still works perfectly! And my helpful Ace Hardware man creatively suggested a screen door handle! They think outside of the box at Zanoccos! He was even willing to attach it for me, needing to drill a new hole, and took care of it while I waited for just a few minutes!Afterwards, I felt like I was walking out with a fresh start for our trusty old fan! Ace truly is the place with the helpful hardware man, as the jingle expresses!Before I went to Zanoccos, I had called a different hardware store in town, who said that they couldnt get Lakewood parts anymore, which I understood. But then I asked if they might be able to improvise with something generic, but he responded with nothing would fit.Zanoccos employees have ALWAYS come up with a solution for our needs for decades now! Go Zanocco!!!

Great store with plenty of great products. People so far have been very helpful. I had the diverter from the spout to shower head snap off one day. I went in, got a good price on a tub spout and got help with size for a short pipe to connect it to the pipe in the wall to the spout. That was over a year ago and it’s holding stong.Plenty of other things, like small cooking supplies and other nick nacks that you can get for cheep and that are not found in box chain hardware stores. It great that this store is minutes from my house. It’s quick to get to instead of a 20 minute round trip from the nearest chain store.

Deliver a load of salt i arrived 1:05 pm on a Thursday for a Friday delivery we called to see if they would take it and they did super nice guys here also fast to unload.Thanks to peter they took it

This is a throw back to when hardware stores only had what you needed from a hardware store the staff very friendly and helpful they cut my lasor/high security/sidewinder style keys for much much less than the dealer and locksmiths I would highly recommend Zanocco Ace Hardware

I bought a $400 Torror lawn mower from Ace and two months later it didnt work. Since it was under warranty, I took it back to Ace and they spent 5 weeks repairing it and charged me $45 for labor. Everytime I called to see if it was done they were rude. Ill never spend another penny there.

Happy to have a LOCAL feel to my hardware store. Never have to look 15 min to find someone to help me. In fact, by the time I get to the back counter 3 people usually ask me if I need help. Dont believe the hype that you get a better deal at the big boxes. I bought a Toro snowblower that was the exact same price as one of the box stores BUT, Zanocco showed me how to run it and gave me a 10 min tutorial on the machine. The also did the warranty info for me. Bet you the 16 year old kid a the box store couldnt tell you how to start it. I asked one kid where the choke was and he asked me what is a choke LOLZanocco knows where the choke is.
