Went this weekend. Store was cute but honestly overpriced. Could find the same stuff at hobby lobby for half the price. Staff was not friendly and did not seem interested in helping customers.

This is my favorite home decor store! I always find things I “need”....both personally and for gift giving. Just a little heads up - this is a popular store so there are times it’s somewhat crazy, but I’ve always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. I was just there this past weekend for the Vintage Shop Hop and can’t wait for my next visit!

I love coming in here, its like a special escape from the real world. Absolutely stunning home decor and at an affordable price! Cant recommend enough, Im obsessed!!

I decided to stop by on a Saturday in the middle of the day which was at the end of a busy period. The store has some really great inventory but it was so crowded I felt like I was in the way when I was browsing. After it thinned out I really enjoyed myself. Make sure to check out the upstairs. But be aware the stairs at the back are tight and steep. It all adds to the charm of the shop but can be a surprise. I ended up with a ring dish for the kitchen and a table runner at the end. I loved looking and feeling like I could see so many pieces in my home. I will definitely be back and Im excited for the May box! I tried out the mini box this time. Check out their website for info on their monthly box subscription. Ill update this review with info about that when I receive it.

I always enjoy shopping at Urban Farmgirl!! The girls that work there are always so helpful and kind! They have taken the time to help me put together a tablescape for myself and just the right gift for friends! The displays in the shop are so inspiring!! I highly recommend Urban Farmgirl!!

I have ordered several items and especially the monthly farmgirl boxes. Had an issue with one of the December boxes where an item was packed at the bottom and crushed. I took pictures and sent an email showing the damage. The response was they would contact the shipper. It wasnt the fault of the shipper, it was packed incorrectly. And that was the bitter end. No offer of replacement or credit. Disappointed that my business did not mean more to them than that.

The absolute BEST in all of Rockford! Staff is always friendly & helpful. The owner has an eye for design like you just don’t see around here! Bravo to a job well done! You are such an asset to our city!

Very snobby workers, bad experience dealing with their attitudes. Would not recommend if you don’t fit in with the fake upper middle class woman that work there.

Amazingly great home decor for a great price.... time to redecorate!

Wonderful selection of Christmas

This is a favorite destination for friends and family. It’s exciting to just walk in the door because every time we go the store is amazing and different from the previous visit! The owner makes time to help people with their home styling questions and helps people put things together to look the best. I always find lots of cute and affordable decor items.Can’t wait for the next opening!

This place is amazing! They have so many fun things to look at. Its a wonderful mix of new and vintage inspired items! It requires more than one visit to appreciate the many things that they carry. Will definitely return again before Christmas!

Terrible. Wasnt open although website says it is. I wasted my time and gas going there for nothing. They will never see a dime from me now.

AMAZING little shop in the heart of Rockford! I have no idea how they pull it off, but its like a new shop every time I visit! I travel from an hour away and its worth every minute! The girls are so nice, its like walking into a friends house. The displays and merchandise are like no other I have seen. Very close to a great little restaurant called Fresco at the Gardens - make a day of it and enjoy lunch after you shop! You wont be disappointed!

It was my first time visiting. I will probably not be going back, since every person who seemed to be working there was talking to a fellow employee or another customer. I understand when youre attending to a customer you dont open up a new conversation, but a smile or a hello would be nice. I walked through the whole store and felt that it would be an imposition to ask for assistance. Hope your customer service improves at the Main Street Market event. Im only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because your merchandise was intriguing.

My mom and I had a girls afternoon and stopped in to this quaint neighborhood shop and I was blown away! It certainly put us in the Christmas spirit with the large sleigh bells, buffalo check ribbon and pillows, the scents of fir trees and cinnamon from the candles, Christmas prints and homemade signs lined the walls. The list goes on. If you are into farmhouse chic I highly recommend. The details were spot on. It was fairly busy but they had a tent out back where you purchased your items and it was heated so u did not freeze. Pricing is reasonable. They are only open a few weekends a month so check their Facebook or website pages before going. I will be back on Thanksgiving weekend!

So grateful for Mary & her entire team that works at Urban Farmgirl their customer service is INCREDIBLE and selection is BEYOND amazing! They have really revitalized the small boutique business in Rockford and add so much to our community! A must visit in the Rockford Area!

This store is cute, it doesn’t have the best customer service though. Seems like if the employees, manager etc. does not know you or your not a routine customer your not greeted or even helped in the store. Just left to walk around the small space clueless.... And if you use a card for purchases you might get it slapped on the counter instead of handed to you (rude).... 🤦🏽‍♀️ Not good customer service etiquette.

I stopped by today because I was in the area and according to Google the store is open.NOT. Cars in the parking lot and the door is locked. The last time I came I was met at the door by an employee who was very rude and explained that they were resetting the store and to come back another time.This store will not be getting my business.
