The employees were stellar and thorough. Some confusion when scheduling occurred. Any issues were avoided with good customer/company communication, that is: I did not make any assumptions. I communicated what had been communicated to me with the team. I highly recommend them as an irrigation system service provider.

Something I learned about Evergreen Irrigation....First of all, this company not only does irrigation, but they take care of plumbing issues & have highly qualified plumbers.We called them on short notice,to install a new bathroom sink faucet that was leaking. Chris Artz showed up within an hour & did a great job replacing the faucet & new water lines. He was very polite, professional & a true gentleman.I highly recommend calling Evergreen Irrigation for any plumbing concerns you may be experiencing.

Scammers!! They mislead customers when selling a new irrigation system and withhold information on the massive expense of upkeep and maintenance like summerization, winterization, backflow testing and repairs. Slick sales tactics followed up by the classic bait and switch gimmick found in sleazy companies. Did you get a quote to fix your leaking backflow? Call someone else for a second opinion and verify youre not falling victim!

I can not be more pleased with our experience with Evergreen Irrigation! My wife and I had a significant amount of work to update the fromt of pur home. It included landscaping, a new driveway, and getting an irrigation system.I did the normal investigation into different companies to handle the irrigation work. What attracted me to Evergreen was its duration in business in the area. I called three other companies and out of the four companies Evergreen was the only one who actually came to our house and walked around the property to find out what we wanted to do. That included the other work we were doing and how they would work with the other companies in order to make for a seamless transaction.The owner of the company, Ray, is the person who came to the house. He made the whole process make sense, and suggested things that we could do that made sense monetarilyincluding suggesting a refferal to the landscaper that we ultimately used!We completed our project a couple of weeks ago and they have come to the house on two subsequent occasions. Once was to have a one on one tutorial about programming the system, both on the control panel in the house and the system they suggested that allows me the flexibility to use my phone, no matter where I am, to do everything that the house control panel does. The second time was to adjust and install a couple of additional heads to cover areas that needed more coverage due to unforseen changes in the planting of new bushes, tree, etc. On every occasion the employees were courteous, professional, and helpul!!My wife and I are very happy to refer Ray and his company to our friends and acquaintance to Evergreen Irrigration without any reservation! We look forward to continue working with them to winterize our system, testing the backflow preventer yearly (as required by code) and starting up the system in the spring!
