I was attempting to return a dress for my wife. We are over 2 hours away from this store (this is the closest one) and I happened to be on my way to Chicago so I thought I would get this returned on my way. First, Facebook and online says store opens at 10am. That is false. I got there at 1030 and the store was still closed and apparently doesn’t open until 11am. I waited 30 minutes and the associates failed to even open the store on time. They opened at 1105. This is a professional business, and it shouldn’t be hard to open on time. Now it was finally time for the return process. I had the receipt, the dress with original tags attached, and I was within the 14 day period. However, I unfortunately forgot my wife’s card that she used to pay with and she wasn’t with me (which I understand is my fault I forgot), but I had her send me a picture of her card info to try and have the store associate enter it manually. Well they can’t do that. So then I asked if they could override it and return it to a different card. They can’t do that. I wouldn’t be back in the area with my wife’s card for another 5 days which would put me just outside the 14 day return period, but I asked if I could get a manager approval to have a slight extension since we are over 2 hours away. Well they couldn’t do that either. My only option they offered me was in store credit for a store that my wife will never shop at again. This is absurd that I couldn’t get my money back just because I forgot her card. I had the receipt, the dress with tags, and her card info and I still couldn’t get my refund? I’ve worked in retail and I find it hard to believe there is no system override to make an exception and please a customer. It’s not like I was asking to return a dress with no tags or return a dress that was bought a year ago!! This is ridiculous. Such a poorly run store with the worst return policy. Never again will we shop here even though we have lovely in store credit.

The employees here are so rude. I bought a body suit for New Year’s Eve it was so glittery I went to return it the next day and they wouldn’t allow it even though it still had the tags. The employees said I wore it and that’s why glitter was missing. I talked to a worker the day before buying it telling her it’s not my size (they didn’t have fitting rooms open) so I was going home to try it on and return it if it didn’t fit. I would have returned it that night but the mall closed...I buy a lot of clothing from here so it was disappointing to hear that. I wish they’d hire new staff. The employees are unfriendly and don’t help when you have questions. When you walk in they just glance at you...

I tried returning an online order and the lady refused to return it because I used PayPal which is because the website says that EVERY store location can return online orders on the 10th. She was really rude about it and refused me service. I go in the next day and the other lady tells me that she can’t return it because it’s passed three days EVEN THROUGH I WAS THERE BEFORE THE 30 DAYS WERE UP AND SHE REFUSED TO RETURN IT. This lady was also short with me but not nearly was rude as the first. Both of these women costed me $40. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star to this location. Horrible customer service. The lady at the register wouldn’t return my clothes or exchange my clothes even though it hasn’t even been a week since I purchased them. She wouldn’t return them because the clothing didn’t have price tags on them even though they weren’t even worn. I also had the receipt. She was very rude. This location definitely needs better customer service. Also needs to update their return policy and be more clear since they can’t take back clothes without price tags. Extremely disappointed, will not be shopping here anymore. I’ve read plenty of other reviews on here with the same exact experience as me. Do not waste your time here.

Went shopping here the other day, Cora and Cortnee were very nice and helpful. Cora helped me pick out a cute outfit and Cortnee was so sweet to my children! Very good customer service.

I have bought many dresses for my daughters here and loved the prices. I ordered 4 dresses for myself for a formal vow renewal and party. I got them and instantly was impressed with the quality of the dresses. They were delivered in plastic wraps and on hangers. All of the dresses exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use Windsor for future purchases.

Cora and Kortney dedicate their time to helping their customers to their best capacity. Today I walked into the store expecting to walk out without the perfect dress, and I instead walked out with the dress of my dreams. Thank you, girls! I recently made a purchase online at Windsor for a nice dress and lace bodysuit to be delivered before my anniversary. The date it was suppose to arrive was April 2nd which left me with 11 days to make sure it fit correctly. When It did not arrive on the 2nd I went back to the tracking number and search again, it indeed arrived in my town but then was shipped to another state. I am still waiting for this expensive order and am super bummed that I didn’t get to wear the dress for my anniversary. I don’t understand why I spent so much money to still not have the items that I purchased.

Poor customer service. The 2 ladies at the counter were rude and obnoxious. There was a paper sign saying to ask for assistance to use the dressing room and I tried to ask, but the ladies at the counter were to deep into conversation to acknowledge me.

Do not waste your time here. Went to return a dress that I got less than a week ago and never wore because I did not like how it fit. The lady took one look at it and said it was worn and smelled, this before she even smelled it. If anything, it smelled like their store. Very obvious that she just didnt want to do the return. Lady behind the counter was very rude and now Im out $40 and need to find a cheaper dress for graduation. Also, the girls who were working when I was buying the dress were very rude and more focused on talking to each other rather than helping anybody
