I regret not purchasing here sooner. My recent experience has been amazing. Tanner and Jana are both precious. It was so incredibly easy. I didn’t have to go in and my appliances were delivered the next business day. The gentleman that delivered was amazing and happy to help. I wish I would of purchased my bedroom set here instead of Aaron’s. Go here first.I had a terrible time with Aaron’s. I was hesitant to lease to own any where but I gave it a chance and I’m glad I did. They were all so caring and helpful. I look forward to my time here and to future purchases.

They will steal your money change your account number and create a new one and they will call you acting and impersonating as a corporate manager if you make complaints on them only to find out what is it that your telling on them they had an employee call me today and do this. Dont do any business with them and if you are currently doing business with them keep all your paperwork and payment history. The manager Malika and Jana W. Works together in stealing your money then disrespect you when you call what they are doing to their attention. Again dont do business with them stay far away from them they are a fraudulent business and I can prove that 100 percent.

I was very pleased with all of the staff at the Rockingham Rent-A-Center location. There have been times that I wasnt able to go out and purchase something because I didnt have all the money at that one time and they made it so that I will be able to have many more conveniences in my life without having to pay full price up front. And then the early payoff option to own within four to six months has been nice and convenient as well. There have been times that I have let them down but they have done nothing but provide the best service that Ive ever received. Any issues that I have called in with they have stayed on top of and resolved ASAP not to mention every now and then theyll call just to check up on us to see if theres anything that we need and if so they are quiçk to run out and stay on top of their game. Excellent, top of the line customer service from ALL the staff at this location ☑️☑️☑️☑️☑️

I went last week and got a 55in TV and soundbar and Jana helped me and she was the nicest she could possibly be, she was so nice and polite, itcjust made my day so much better, I will definately keep coming backx

We are satisfied with store we are satisfied with one employee by the name of Jana Wallace but there is one tiff the store manager in store is very rude snyde and has a seriously short nasty attitude Malaka Stevenson is not a professional when it comes to kindness toward certain customers she is not diverse friendly it is a hassle everytime we go in to pay our payments if she is in store other employees do not give us attitude and short snydeness we are loyal customers to rac and make our payments loyally we enjoy what we are buying from the business but they need to reconsider there store manager employment it has gotten to point where we the customers are ready to close our accounts and return items due to the rude and short temper of this specific store manager by far its good but when you have one bad apple in a group of employees that can ruin it for the rest especially a store manager not sure why she is like this but maybe she needs a very long vacation of some sort we hope that the situation will be resolved maybe her head boss should look into why the store manager is like this not sure why if we have one more experience like this we will reconsider our purchases

The customer service that I received today from Jana And Malaka was amazing I walked in and the process was easy and quick Jana even helped me pick out my furniture

Had to wait a whole month and a half to get a loaner washer. The management never returned my call like they said they would and I had to go to the store several times to talk to someone. Worst experience that I have ever had its not a place I will deal with again but thats just my opinion.

I thought they were good until I ran into a problem and I asked them about it they said they was gone call me no one has I call them they say they gone call me back they never do I pay my bill but if I didnt I would get a thousand calls but why cant I get the same treatment when theres a problem with my contract all I ask is to look into it because its not right but I have learned a lesson when it comes to you and your problem with them because people make mistakes on there end they dont care

The general manage there was awesome in helping us get mattress. She walked us through the process which saved time and even gave us options on how we could make payments which was mind blowing to me. The customer staff is really nice, Id give em a big 10/10. I didn’t think I would get approved but Bryan made me feel really comfortable and it was a very easy process. I got a preowned living room set and PlayStation 4 for a very reasonable payment... I will make sure I refer anyone that needs any kind of furniture. Well let me update y’all as of 7-12-19 I will never ever do buisness with this rent a center again... Bryan and the other sales lady I’m fine with but that Malaka I think some people think they way above other people well let me tel u why I say this.. I had too add my boyfriend to my acct so I can pay weekly and she on her own took him off and refused payment cause I get paid monthly and came too get my items which remind u I was paid up to today but they came yesterday... go to badcock furniture or Aaron’s rentals way better quality for less money... and yes I’m reversing my payment which done been approved by my card company ... malaka Stevenson does not need too be a store manager!!!!
