Went to get a key made for a recent purchase from Greenville Nissan, since they couldnt produce the spare keys they promised. Darrell Moseley came out as soon as I pulled up to assist me. I am super happy and excited with his service along with Griffin Nissan assistance in making me super happy and the transaction super easy. I purchased a new Pathfinder here in August. I can honestly say this was the best buying experience I have ever experienced. I drove 90 miles from Raleigh to Rockingham because of the terms worked out over the phone. Local dealers were very interested in making deals but wanted to add a ton of add-ons like a $1,000 protection package. Griffin had no such BS and their finance manager simply offered me extras (Xtended warranty) one time, I declined and she moved on. There was literally no pressure at any point. Everything was smooth and easy. I really wish every dealer worked like this. I worked with Dustin Braddock in sales, Wells in finance in partnership with a woman that was training him (sorry, I cant remember her name). Seek these people out, they are awesome.

On January 5, my husband and I experienced car trouble as we were on our way to the beach. I looked on my cell phone for the closest Nissan dealership. Luckily, I found this one. We were warmly greeted by Bailey Smith a Sales Consultant there. My husband expressed our issue with the vehicle. The service department was closing in 5 minutes but he assured us that they were going to fix the problem. Brian, Dakota, and Alex from the service department worked diligently to assess and diagnose the issue. They worked after hours to get us back safely on the road. I highly recommend buying a vehicle or even taking my vehicle here to get repaired. The customer service that my husband and I received from this dealership was the best we have ever had. The sales consultant was kind and pleasant. The guys in the service department were patient and so very helpful. This is a great example of good customer service.
I needed to have the ABS recall handled and my oil changed. I was assured they could do both at the same time. After signing in, I was told it was a two hour procedure. I left for an hour. When I returned I was told my oil was changed and that my tires did not need rotating at this time and that they would get started on my ABS shortly. I was surprised to hear they had not even started the procedure and then was told it would be two more hours. I left for another hour. An hour after I returned they told me it would be about twenty more minutes. It was another hour and a half. I was there a total of 4 1/2 hours. When given my bill it stated they had rotated my tires which I knew they did not do. The service manager Jeremy did not seem to take notice of what was being done or handle my check out process

Customer service is great but the process of getting my car worked on is horrible it’s been over 2months and My car isn’t done. I been traveling back Forth from Dc to North Carolina to pick up my vehicle and it’s not done or another problem with my car has appear,which has been a waste of time driving on the road. I would like to know how long it take to put a motor in Because I have waited over 3weeks for my motor to be put in. When I called i was told it sill be ready by a certain day then when I called on the day I’m told they not sure when my vehicle will be done or it will be done the following week. I’m sick of this dealership and I would not recommend this shop to anyone

This service department is the best. Right after I purchased my car from Griffin Nissan I also purchased a plan for (4) Oil changes plus tire rotations and multi-point inspection for one fee. Today I had my third servicing. I usually go on my lunch break and they always get me in and out in 45 min or less. The associates who work there are always very friendly and helpful. The Service Advisor today #52 was exceptionally nice! Very cordial and helpful. Greeted me very warmly took care of me and sent me on my way with a winning attitude and smile. Thanks Griffin Nissan!!

I cant really Express how i feel. There is a problem with my 2016 Roug I feel they are not trying to really fix the problem it is still under warranty if it wasnt under warranty and I had to pay out of pocket they would fix it.
I took my sister in law car shopping where we met Donnie. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell and super nice but not pushy. She chose the Rogue and Donnie went over ever detail about it. I think shes going to be happy not only with the car but with the dealership.

Went in for an oil change, and while I was there they made me aware of a recall on my vehicle. They went ahead and made the correction for the recall, and still had me on my way in very little time.

I went to your shop to rent a car to go home for Christmas in Ohio. Went threw all the the stuff to rent it. Got to the end. The guy said i had to have a credit card and couldnt use my visa debit card. And there was no place in Rockingham that would rent me a car with my visa debit card. The reason for that was you could cancel your visa debit card. But you can cancel your credit card just as well. Made no since to me. So when this guy tells you. You cant rent a car anywhere in Rockingham. Call enterprise. They take a visa debit. What a scrooge!!!
I was very pleased with the purchase of my new car. Everything was taken care of before I got to the showroom since I had to travel 30 mins to get there. I didnt have to wait 5-6 hrs for the process to be completed. Thank you Steve and the rest of the staff for a job well done!

Called on a Monday to make an appointment for Wednesday as I was getting several things done and knew they were going to need to order parts. My car and VIN were already in the system. I came in at my appointment time 9am, for the scheduled recall repair, to replace the antenna, and oil change/tire rotation. 11am comes around, they came to get me to tell me that my car was one of the recalled vehicles (they already knew that), they ordered the wrong part for the antenna, but the oil change/tire rotation was done, did I want to wait 4 hrs to fix the recall and bring it back for the antenna or have them put me in a rental and pick it up later. I chose the rental, and scheduled to pick up for Saturday, that gave them the rest of Wednesday, all day Thursday and Friday to get the stuff done. I come in on Saturday,y car is pulled up front ready for me, I go in turn in the keys to the rental, and they told me $63 for oil change and tire rotation. I asked about paying for the antenna he then checks with the manager and THEY NEVER CHANGED IT!!!! I live 45 min drive from the dealership. I was given the choice of waiting a few hours for them to fix it or bringing it back later. They had 2.5 days to fixy car and its still not finished. Once I am finished with this scheduled work I will drive the hour to the Charlotte dealership from now on.

They are very inconsistent. I’ve had issues with them every time, EVERY time I’ve been to the dealership for maintenance on my car. I get told different prices, they always mess up and I always have to come another day. I live almost 20-30 minutes away. It’s a waste of gas and my time. Then they expect me to remain calm when they can’t get their side together.

I purchased a 2014 BMW 535i at Griffin Nissan on 07/26/2017. I was satisfied with the purchase until March 2018. I started smelling burning fluid. I took the car to Griffin to check out and to get an oil change. They informed me that the rear differential was cracked and I needed to take it to the BMW dealer to be repaired. They also gave me the number to the extended warranty company. The BMW tec informed me that there was physical damage to the rear end and surrounding areas. The car was sold to me with this damage. The car fax was clean and looking underneath the car, I could not see this damage. The warranty company declined payment, and I dont blame them. Griffin Nissans position is that they dont know when the damage occurred so there is nothing they can do. The repair quote is $8,400. Griffin Nissan had the car on the lift March 22, 2018, and showed me a close up picture of the rear end and never mentioned the other parts that was bent and the plastic covering torn away. Im sure they remembered this car, which is why nothing was said. I have zero confidence in Griffin Nissan and their employees. If you purchase a used car from them, make sure you have them put it up on the rack and check for yourself. Its a shame because I thought they were an HONEST dealership.There will be more to this event.Minister Robert ChambersGriffin Nissan management,Have you taken into account how many people have test driven the vehicle since you purchased it? I was allowed to test drive the car with no sales person present. How many others were allowed to do the same thing. How can you say someone didnt damage the car during a test drive? All I can truthfully tell you is that the car was absolutely damaged when I purchased it, although Scott doesnt seem to believe me.

They gave us little for our trade, and added our loan from our used car to our new car, creating a 30,000 new car loan instead of a 22,000 new car. We will NEVER be able to trade in the car we bought with so much negative equity! The rogue we bought is only worth 16,000 and we are paying more than 30,000 after financing and payments !!!! Do the math....thats over 14,000 in negative equity! I couldve bought my dream car for 30,0000!!! On good note, their service department is awesome!
