Called these guys about repairing a vehicle for a client told them what kind of vehicle it was and what it needed guy all but freaked out and said “no I just don’t have the patience to work on that vehicle”, then went on to say that you can’t find parts for that car anyway. I informed them that I had parts in hand from the OE manufacture. They obviously had no idea who they were dealing with. They are pretty useless, but claim to be a import repair specialist. Maybe they should just advertise they only repair Honda’s and Toyota’s .
Being relatively new to the area (about 13 months) I was lost, literally, when it came time to find a mechanic. I trust Alfredson’s completely. I always get the best service. The prices are so shockingly reasonable, I feel like I get a family discount! I’ve had many services performed, all were diagnosed correctly and resolved. One time I kept having my passenger rear view mirror go out and then my ac would shut down, so I went by and they took the door panel off and found that when my window was replaced (somewhere else) the wire was being pulled by the window going down. He fixed it and even cleaned the glass out that should have been done by the glass repair shop. I sometimes have issues with my Honda Fit, but I trust Alfredson’s with all my auto needs. I have had my AC go out and repaired, oil changed, that pesky mirror problem, and today a yearly service!
Before coming here I went to several mechanics and was charged with diagnostic fees, But never found out what was really going on with my Mitsubishi Galant. then someone told me about Alfred sons import. He found the issues, two sensors were malfunctioning. He got my car back on the road. Great experience! and Great service! and Reasonable pricing. 100% recommend this mechanic for your import car needs.
I took my 2010 jetta to have the service codes pulled and they were not! I was also told that what was fixed should solve the problem. If it didnt then I had to order a part that runs $1100. I paid him $160 upfront before my car was ready due to the fact he said he had to order the part, which wasnt a problem. However the next day my car was ready supposedly so I picked it up and it still has the same problem! Took it to the actual Volkswagen dealership and they fixed the sensors that were actually messing up! Because they pulled the codes and properly diagnosed the problem! I would not return or recommend anyone go here!
Very happy good service
They know their work. For a year my wife was driving around on a bad wheel bearing. Kia couldnt figure that out. And he fixed it first time. Great Job
I feel they are a bit pricey, but they do some good work. They may stay busy but, theyre busy for a reason; they are good.
Tom is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to imports!! He fixed my 2003 Tacoma quickly and very reasonable!! Its rare to go to a shop that doesnt take advantage of you! Very friendly staff. Thanks Tom and his staff!!! Bryan Willis
Mr. Tom was very thorough in diagnosing what was wrong with my car. He let me know after assessing the problem exactly what the issue was and what all it would take to run correctly. Although, the problem was minor he got my car running like it should. His wife was extremely pleasant when I called to enquire on the phone as well as in person. All around a great business. I definitely recommend anyone with foreign car(s) to take them there. Great service!
If you drive a foreign vehicle there is no better auto technician than Mr. Alfredson.
