They r always busy but the staff is always quick to help. If they dont have it they will order it for u. Friendly staff. They dont want to take items back so keep ur receipt and if u wear a pair of shoes for an hour and they began to kill ur feet wash the bottom they look for anything so they can deny a return like I just went through yesterday!! I paid $120. For my shoes ($90. For my sons) I wore mine to Lowes and by the time I bought some laminate flooring and was getting in the car my feet hurt so I went home and said they gotta go back for $120. COMFORT IS MANDATORY AT MY AGE!! They really are a great place to shop though.
