Ive been with them since I started wearing glasses in elementary school, I never have to wait too long when I come in and whenever Ive had an issue (like a lens loose or weak leg) theyve worked rather quickly to fix it. Only issue I would find are there arent *that* many options, but I do have particular tastes and it is a small facility so thats to be expected. When looking for glasses those working there have been nice and tried to accommodate my desires to their best ability, theyre very friendly.

Friendly people it cost me around 340 but that included the eye exam 2 pair of glasses tinted as well,,,definitely will be back thanks staff and company

Originally gave a one star; then the owner called me. He is a very nice, sincere man. He gave me my second pair for free. The manager needs to take lessons from him.Yes I now recommend Hardwick Vision Center. It is nice to kow that if there is an issue, the owner will resolve it in an appropriate and timely manner.

I love this place they treat you so well and its cost expensive.

Didnt open on time. Sat there for 45 minutes no one showed up. When I came back an hour later they said the Dr wasnt going to be there today. I asked for a note for my son being out of school and they said they couldnt give him one because he hasnt been examined.

They are very expensive especially for a contact fitting. 100 - 200 depending on what you need. I would go to the spec shop they only charge $60. I got my fitting a free pair of contacts and 2 bottles of bio true to clean them. Very friendly staff at the spec shop too!!

Pending, Dr will not listen to your needs and concerns already tried to cover up a few problems about my eye sight, then when spoke to out front got really insulted .also would like to add that at first i told the Dr when i went for a check up on my eyes was getting worse so he makes me a pair or had then made with strong double bifocals, went back down there and told him i couldnt see good with those glasses then i was told i had cataracts so they ( hardwick ) made me a app. at Carolina eye clinic to get the cataracts removed, was very happy with the surgery from Carolina eye so went back to Hardwicks for Dr Smith to do follow ups, all was fine until i told him i needed some close up glasses which they told me they would replace the first pair so after asking for just a plain pair of reading glasses ( i had got me a pair from the store just plain reading glasses that i can see ok with this close up ) but i figured i would ask for a pair from Him ( Dr & Hardwick) for a nice pair since they owed me a pair so what happen when I went to pick them up a pair of double bifocals that i cant see threw, when complained out front all you know broke out so i left, To be continued !!!!

Great people. My 10 year old daughter used to hate going to her old eye doctor out of state, but always asks every time we leave Hardwick when we get to come back!

Friendly customer service. Bobbie and her crew treats everyone like family. Been going here for years.

Not a patient of this practice, and never will be. I interacted with Richard Moody. I hope I just happened to catch him on a bad day, but regardless, it was one of the most rude phone conversations I have ever endured. Im disappointed someone would be so unnecessarily argumentative and condescending to a stranger whom theyve contacted via phone.
