I was referred to Public Storage by the USPS, to get a box strong enough, for what I needed for shipping. Katelyn was very helpful to help find the correct size box and all the materials for packing. She went above and beyond to help. Everything is on display and within reach and she could have easily pointed out everything I would need. However, she came to me and showed what she thought was best and took it to the counter. I was impressed. I definitely would recommend checking with them if you have questions about safety and sturdiness for shipping valuables and/or fragile items! I felt confident when my box left the Post Office that my items would be intact when they arrived at their Intended destination.

The customer service from Donna was absolutely awesome she was very professional and courteous she took her time to make sure that all my needs were met I couldn’t have asked for a better person. Although I had to come back another day to get my unit She make sure that I was well prepared. The lady that was there the day I rented my until was nice as well.The reason I gave it only four stars is because the unit is not as well kept as I would have hoped it is a hole in the ceiling and the walls were a bit beat up and the light did not work. If they makes the property a bit better kept then that would have all five because customer services is up to par hopes it stays that way.

Donna was absolutely wonderful! She made sure to acknowledge me as I walked through the door even though she was on the phone with another customer. Very polite and professional.Only complaint is the broken gate, which I know isnt the fault of the establishment and that some of the lights arent working in certain areas.

Was looking for storage in the Rockingham area and stopped by the office of this Public Storage on Broad Ave. The employer (Roderick)in the office was very polite and helpful. He explained everything very thoroughly. The units are very well kept, clean and the cheapest. Good service and a clean environment means a lot, so I highly recommend this place and make sure you talk to Roderick in the office. Thanks Roderick for your help

Checked in to the Rockingham NC location last week and was greeted by Katelyn who was an absolute joy to work with. She showed me the unit I was looking for, walked me through the paperwork and made the entire experience, from start to finish, quick and painless. Funny story... She had given me a card with my gate code on it and had accidentally written down the wrong unit number. Fortunately, she had to remove the lock from the correct unit and caught her mistake when I pulled up to the wrong unit! Luckily I hadnt started moving in!!! She went the extra mile, while I was unloading my stuff, to write me up a whole new card, with the correct unit number on it and had it ready when I was ready to leave. Katelyn was personable, professional and polite.Thank you, Katelyn, for being the highlight of my week. It was a pleasure doing business with you.
