Great place and very nice helpful people who work there

I have been buying material from them for over ten years. I have spent easily over ten thousand dollars with them over this time period.I just went to buy two basic screen doors from them and they Refused to sell me two doors even though they had them in stock. They said because I have only been there twice this year so im not a regular customer so they will not sell me the doors even Though they have them in stock. To my response “ i have been buying from you for ten years and you want to tell me i am not a regular” they did not care at all. Well if ten years and over ten thousand dollars in business Isn’t a regular customer i dont know what is.Horrible customer service I will take all my business to Lansing building products and town and country sales from here on out.They lost a decade long customer over a measly $80 dollars Sad 😞Done Rite Screens llcCeo. All of the previous commentators have already said it.....but I say it also. The customer service at T&C Aluminum is OUTSTANDING. When you combine that with a fully stocked warehouse, its always a pleasant stop to pick up my supplies from T&C.

Called 5 minutes before closing for a quote and was treated like it was the middle of the day. These people know how to take care of all their customers. They are great!!!!!!!
