Repairman left without confirming issue was resolved. Assured me they offered a 60 warranty on the service call. Issue was immediately still present. I had already paid him for his work and he left. I called the same day service number back within an hour and still no one has returned any of my messages. I have tried via the phone number we used, the website and the facebook page without any response. Avoid this service.

Called John today concerning electric dryer not working. Was told he could be here today between 2-4pm. Was in contact and arrived as stated. Diagnosed the problem and was right on! I highly recommend John and his company. Professional, courteous, and on time. Excellent Job! Thanks John.

Called them for a dishwasher that would not drain.They came out and installed a new drain pump, I paid, they left. I called back after a couple of days to say that since the repair my dishwasher is now not washing the dispenser opens but the tab remains dry.John told me that it was not their problem, and if I wanted them to come out and change out the dispenser it would be $200. REALLY!!.....you couldn’t even care enough to come and check that you didn’t disconnect something or block something when you removed the door for the repair....shame on you.

Nothing more annoying that companies who dont return calls. How long does it take to call and say not interested in your problem? Or if you are temporarily closed, put a damn message on your phone saying so.

Offered same day service, but I booked for the following day. The technicians showed up on time for the appointment and were very courteous and professional. They quickly diagnosed what was wrong with my oven, gave me an estimate, and fixed the problem. Price was very fair. Would definitely recommend this company.

Came out same day. Was there when they said they were going to be there. Fix Dryer quickly and at fair price. Would recommend.

Called them last night after hours and left a message. They called back first thing in the morning and by 12:30 they were here as they said. My dishwasher is working again. Great service! You can definitely depend on them and I highly recommend them!!!

John answer my house call this weekendl. He was very friendly, straight to the point and paciente to teach me how to take care of my refrigerator to avoid future problem. I super recommend his company.

John came out and spent an hour fixing my screw-up where I had a freezer seal crammed in my desk drawer for over a year, which caused it to retain the previous shipping folds. John heated the the seal with a hair dryer and made a perfect connection between the magnet in the seal and the freezer. Very happy! And as a side note, John managed to make my old washer last 5 years longer that I thought it should by fixing it 4 times for a much more reasonable price than I would ever expected! I love these guys! Dont hesitate or listen to negative reviews (which is easy to buy online and put yourself ahead of the next guys) This is the real deal!Thanks!!!!!!!Jim

Came same day, great service got my refrigerator up and running again without an issue. I would highly recommend them.

I called John w/ Affordable Appliance Repair to find out if he would be interested in wanting to do work with us and possibly pay him, but when I tried to give him my telephone number to call me back all he told me was to GET LOST and the rudely hung up on me!

John came and put a new belt on my dryer and charged me $170.00 then we used the dryer one time and the Moder arm was broken . The belt was put on wrong way.He came out to tell me to buy a new dryer and charged me $75.00 for a service call. This guy does a bad job and does not care about his workmanship.He said I have more work than I need pay the $75.00. I had the dryer fixed the right way. Do not use this guy. or this company.

Contacted on Friday a.m. They said they would be here Monday. There goes same day service. Here it is Wednesday and no repair person in site. After $600 food loss and having ice and food delivered daily, Im so BROKE.
