We needed not only a new windshield for our Ford van, but also a new window forour Airstream conversion topper. After speaking with several auto glass companyrepresentatives who had neither interest nor care to examine our topper windowand help us with the needed replacement, Andy Medina of Novus Glass steppedright up with a solution. Without haste, he took care of the windshield andordered supplies for, fabricated and tinted a perfectly curved topper window aswell. Eileen Medina, the sales manager worked closely with our insurancecompany and kept us informed each step of the way. The work was done quicklyand efficiently. Absolutely wonderful people to work with!

Very very helpful, great family owned business, timely and prompt. Personal service that doesnt mind going the extra mile. My windshield broke while vacationing in the space coast area. I wanted oem replacement glass and even though its more of a hassle for them to get oem, Ilene was very helpful in contacting the dealership and my auto insurance and helping me get the approval expedited. It was a bit difficult for me figuring a good time to get the work done while at the same time keeping the rest of the family happy with keeping our vacation plans. Needless to say I had to keep updating our meet up location. Ilene never once got frustrated, they were very accommodating to try and work with my schedule. Because of the afternoon rains I ended up having to bring it to their location. Right away they started on it. They even went above and beyond and vacuumed up my floor mat that had a lot of beach sand. They paid attention to details such as transferring my oil change sticker and even tried saving my sunpass sticker. I called every glass shop in the space coast area to get this done asap and I can truly say these guys are the best.Thanks for the great job !!
