I went to 2 salons today to get what I thought was a simple cut...bangs and honestly they were butchered, the second salon I went to also didn’t seem to know what do do but still chose to cut. Then I called and a sweet amazing women answered by the name of Karen. She fixed everything and made me feel great again. I was literally in tears thinking there was no fixing this and Karen was so kind hearted and got the job done. My review spans 2017-2021.I only went here for specific stylist. One was Kaylee and they got rid of her ~2019. Then I went over yo Mary and loved the haircuts. In 2021, I went in and the lady said we tried to call and then later said my number is greyed out but Mary does not work there anymore. Luckily Im friends with Mary as well and found out she didnt even know she worked there. So that is 2/2 stylists that this locations got rid of. The person they set me up with gave me the most lazy haircut Ive had... I could cut my hair better by myself.Wont be coming here in the long term future again.If you plan on going, rest assure the stylist you like the most will be taken out by the management.

Not sure how anyone having Covid-19 is funny. I had to correct her on my haircut multiple times. Not sure if she was trying to do that because I disagreed with her. Very unprofessional. First time here today. Had a beautiful young lady named Christie do my haircut. She was fast, efficient, and friendly. This is my new place to go. The place is clean. The 2 ladies there today are really friendly and lots of smiles. They make you feel welcome. Its a great place

The haircut that I had received was done to my satisfaction. My haircut was done the way I had; on top of that; I was given a hair washing and the shampoo that was used was very very nice very relaxing and the woman who cut my hair who also wash my hair also massaged my head is well and it was amazing. The staff was very friendly and they did a fantastic job perfect fitting for the name of the establishment.

Yikes. My hair was damaged beyond repair. I booked appointment with Mary for cut and color..Barb had left : (OH MY GOSH!!! The color turned out really dark (I thought.. this is ok, Im in good hands). NOT SO MUCH, AS MARY BROUGHT ME TO THE SINK.Mary spent about an hour pulling (the wrong) color out of my hair (she must have selected Dark Ash, a mistake) and she didnt tell me what she was doing....No one admitted the mistake. She said to come back within a week for some sort of hair treatment, I didnt, but I sure noticed my hair breaking and falling out for the next three weeks. Damaged hair (burnt hair). She realized the problem and didnt tell me. I might have been more forgiving for honesty.YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR IS MY TAKEWAY! STAY AWAY IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR HAIR.

They messed up my cut so bad the fade wasnt a fade it was just a skin going to a number one. You could see the line from it too. Everything was uneven and Im not planning on coming back

I got a haircut by Maria today and and still mortified and embarrassed at my hair. Despite having a pulled back she insisted I lay back for my hair to be washed - it was washed the night before and could have been wet to cut. I can barely move now because of my back.She didnt even ask for a picture of what I wanted. I said I wanted an inverted bob, or reverse bob. She asked what length (NO further questions or discussions or clarification of what I wanted) and then started cutting, or chopping rather all of my hair off. It is now chin length, one length (NOT what I asked for)and the ends arent even or smooth - literally chopped.She was very cold and I felt very uncomfortable but figured if she could provide a good haircut I would be ok with that.Im embarrassed to have to show up to work with this cut. I am mortified to even leave my house at this moment. I will NOT be returning.I do not recommend Maria or Fantastic Sams. I was satisfied with Chelsea and Barb but the good ones dont stick around for long.

I recently went to get a haircut with Sabrina and it was the best haircut I have ever had. I havent been able to wear my hair down in forever because it just wasnt cut right (I have thick curly hair). Sabrina gave me some long layers and a trim and my hair has seriously never looked better. Will definitely be returning from now on.

Great place!!! Had my hair cut in other salons that charged over $25.00. Never as good as the one I receive at Fantastic Sams. Christina does a great job. All the stylist are really good.I can not believe any of the stylist cut the hair of the review that said they butchered her hair.

Ive been going to Sabrina at this location for YEARS. She is one of the very few people on the planet that I trust with my hair. My mom started going to her a few years ago because it was close to home for us and my mom has very thick, coarse hair that is difficult to cut and blow dry.Sabrina is always so sweet and caring. She takes the time to keep up with me and my family and is the exact kind of relationship every woman wants to have with her stylist. I hope Fantastic Sams knows how lucky they are to have her! I havent gone to any other salon/stylist in five years.

I scheduled an appointment online with the stylist Christie. I usually go to the Fantastic Sams on 524 in cocoa, but decided to try this one since I work near there and heard great things about it. Right from the beginning she was rude, constantly sighing heavily, slamming the water spray bottle down. I explained the style I wanted and she seemed extremely annoyed, rolling her eyes. I was under the impression that with a cut and style that you get a shampoo as well, but I was not even asked. She just sprayed my hair with water and went to it. I usually get it stacked in the back and the front at chin length. It only took her 20 minutes to supposedly do the cut. My opinion, she was too busy wanting to get back to her friend that was there instead of taking care of other customers. The back of my hair later on I noticed was barely stacked even though I told her I liked it high and the shorter the better. I was not even shown the back of my head. The only thing done correctly was the front was at chin length. Ive never had such terrible customer service from someone. She seems miserable and its like she didnt want to be there. It was the most uncomfortable experience and I wont be back.

I came in a couple weeks ago and Christina dyed my hair 6rv. It turned out great and she even offered me the Chi conditioner that puts the pigment back in the hair and makes the color more vibrant. I love it. The salon was very clean, price was reasonable, and the service was A1!

I took my daughter in for a cut the other day and the girl did awful. However, the management is amazing and not only cared enough to fix the issue but pulled the girl from the floor and signed her up for classes. That actually meant more to me than a refund and fixing my daughters hair. Although I was hesitant in the idea of returning, I think we will give them another chance.

This is probably one of the best places I have ever been to. The girls here are amazing and my stylist Malaina always knows exactly what I want when it comes to my cut. She always makes my visits worthwhile and I always leave with a smile on my face. I recommend them to anyone and everyone who asks! Malaina has been doing my hair for 2 years, she always does a fantastic job. The color, the cut are always better than I originally imagined. I cant say enough about her.

I walk in at 3:30, they say to come in one hour later. So I come in at about 4:20-4:25 and I sit till 4:50 for one of them to tell me that they cant cut my hair because theyre out of time.. Great Clips is about 2 mins away so I go there now.

Sabrina is the best and I do not trust anyone else with my hair. She even does the best eyebrows and I would recommend her to everyone!

Since moving to the area, I have tried several hair salons but decided to return to Fantastic Sams, since my experience in St. Cloud was positive, plus the prices are reasonable and free shampoo is included. I was somewhat satisfied with my haircut, with the exception that when I got home, I ended cutting one side that was left a bit longer, as well as trim both front sides which were left longer than I care for and uneven. I asked the young lady to please washed my hair after the cut, but because she removed the barber cape, I ended up with the back of my blouse very wet and to top it off she didn’t towel dry my hair very well and didn’t comb it. I am not one to fuss about things, but I left with negative feelings. I will try Fantastic Sams again in hope that my 2nd time around will be a positive one. NOTE to the Manager: convey to your employees to do to others as they would like others to do to them, meaning to put themselves in the customers shoes before providing unsatisfactory customer service since we are paying for the service. Thank you!Like I stated in my first review that I would try Fantastic Sams in Viera again, well I went and wont bother going again. I got there at 5:20p. I was greeted and asked what I was there for, when I told her she said that she was waiting for her appointment to show up and that I would have to wait approx. 40 mins, so she asked me to come back after 6p since she wasnt taking walk-in?? The price would have been cheaper but I declined since I never had to make an appt. in the Fantastic Sams in St. Cloud, FL. I left with a bad taste for this establishment. Hairdresser did not know how to do a fade or hard part. It was like getting a hair cut at a salon teaching academy. A 12 year olds hair cut should not take one hour. Took three hairdressers to finish the cut. Charged $7 extra for a hard part!!! Should have been disclosed before cut. Charged for a shampoo when it wasn’t done and then when questioned about it the acting “manager” said “oh would you like one.” Will not go back. This salon should not charge more just because it’s in Viera especially when staff is subpar.

Malaina has taken me to platinum blonde and every color of the rainbow with absolutely no damage to my extremely fragile hair. See her for your ombré, shadow root, or unicorn needs; maybe all of them at once, you wont be disappointed!Its also worth mentioning the other ladies in the salon are awesome and lovely to speak to during your appointment! I have never been disappointed with this location.
