This company used to be good when their mother and father ran it but since the daughter of the owner and her husband have taken over...,the company has gone downhill not only have I had complaints but my friends have also complained. They act really sweet and nice when they’re selling you their product however if there’s issues after the install....you won’t see them again. They will make up every excuse to keep from having to repair or service the product. When the paint started to chip off my cabinets they said it was water damage and they didn’t fix it.. also my shelving in the office collapsed.. The pantry cabinet door wasn’t hung properly and it scuffed up my wood floor. My pulldown rods in the master bedroom closet broke and they didn’t fix them. they didn’t nail down the moldings that go around the base of the cabinet they used a couple dabs of glue and they fell off.

We have known this company for 15 years back when Dan Scott was still in charge. We had custom cabinets designed, fabricated, and installed by them when we first built our home. We were thoroughly impressed by their attention to detail and their patience throughout the entire process. This included a large kitchen and island, mudroom and laundry cabinets, a large entertainment center, and four bathrooms’ cabinets/storage. All of it was done using different exotic woods such as bubinga, wenge as well as cherry and maple including natural, painted, and glazed finishes. Like in every large custom job there were questions, problems, and service requests and all were addressed promptly and professionally. We have been more than happy with those cabinets since. Along the way, about 7 years later, we had a secondary entertainment center made for the 2nd floor. All designed and custom made with wenge wood including a large solid (and heavy) wenge countertop, perfectly done and working well.Cabinet Designs also designed and installed our renovated outdoor kitchen using PVC cabinets and doors. It is fantastic, looks like indoor cabinetry but it resists UV light, moisture, and rain. Obviously, these cabinets are fabricated somewhere else, but Cabinet Designs handle the design, installation, and service.More recently we had the renovation itch, and we were happy to enlist this company again. Only now Leslie, Dans daughter, and her husband Scott have taken over the company. Leslie helped us with the design, fabrication and install of this major kitchen remodel which included keeping some of the old cabinets and painting them on site. During this renovation, Cabinet Design also fabricated large stained-oak ceiling beams that are just gorgeous. The new kitchen looks fantastic with a more contemporary look and as a bonus, all the drawers were updated to self-closing ones. Very happy.I would strongly recommend Cabinet Designs of Central Florida to those of you who value personalized service, a high degree of customization, excellent quality, value, and the use of exotic woods and veneers. No press-wood or MDF here, only high-quality plywood and solid woods is used throughout. Whenever we needed service or repairs, they were responsive and professional. We are thinking it is time to renovate our bathrooms and we will be calling Leslie again for sure.

I had the pleasure of working with the owners of Cabinet Designs for my kitchen remodel. Sherry and Dan were very easy to work with and we are very happy with the overall result. We went to other designers and always came away disappointed. If we wanted to change something, the other designers would tell us they couldn’t do it, or they just didn’t understand our vision or thought they knew better. We walked in and met Leslie Riley on a drive-by, and before you knew it, they had a design that was absolutely outstanding! Scott and Leslie and the whole team (designers, fabricators, and installers) were fantastic, and easy to work with...even when we had a design change on the fly. Anytime we asked for something, it was “no problem.” The kitchen is everything we wanted, and looks fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone, and I was happy to give a local business my project.

I literally looked for years for someone who could not only fullfill my modern taste but also work with upscale materials to get the look and feel I had in my mind. They not only understood perfectly what I wanted but proposed great designs for my needs. We did kitchen, kitchen island with wine cooler, laundry room with mud room and changed my old style pantry door! I get so many good compliments on my new little renovations. They were AMAZING on time delivery always in contact with you! If you don’t want to be annoyed trying to get contractors for your house, have to call them! You will get everything on time!

Cabinet Designs has the quality craftsmanship that the big home improvement stores are lacking. Great customer service and superior design team! If you dream it they can build it! You will not be disappointed!
