First time to buy product since original owners sold and operation moved out of downtown Melbourne. The quality of the product has slipped. Dark chocolate is too sweet so the cocoa percentage must have been reduced. Some of the items purchased were all stuck together. Prices too high so will not buy again.

I absolutely love this place! The chocolate covered potato chips are legendary. When I first visited they were kind enough to tell me all about this longstanding family business. They have a lot of samples in store and also have a great online selection.

Excellent chocolate shop with super friendly and helpful staff. Ive purchased boxed items along with fresh chocolates from the case and everything was delicious. They also have some interesting finds like pickled watermelon rinds, which I had never seen before.

I had to get some Chocolate potatoe chips & I like chocolate!! Having a variety of Chocolate flavors was/is like WOW!!! 😎

A great stop for a sweet tooth. Who knew the salty potato chip covered in sweet chocolate would be so addicting!! We grabbed boxes of chocolate covered potato chips and the truffles for holiday gifts. They are always a hit. If you have not stopped by, give it a try. There are samples for you to nibble on before you take your goodies to the register!!

I have been a fan and devotee of Grimaldis since I moved to Melbourne in the early 1980s. While all of their candies, truffles, and chocolates are great, I have kept coming back for the chocolate covered potato chips. AMAZING!! and highly recommended.

I love this little store!! Of course the chocolate is amazing, but this little store also offers gifts, and so much more! I bought some awesome soap, and even some champagne mustard for my daughter in Ohio! She loved it! The chocolate covered potato chips are to die for! Id highly recommend this little store!

My aunt is from Melbourne; we currently live in Jacksonville, and I came down with her specifically to visit Grimaldis. First time visit, it was awesome! We were offered samples and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I came home with a 15oz box of dark chocolate covered potato chips. I ate the whole box by myself in less than a week! Slightly embarrassed by my lack of self control but it was that good!

My mother has given me a box of the chocolate covered chips on my birthday and Christmas for over 20 years. I look forward to these every time. From the chocolate to the chips, these are my favorite treats of all time. I absolutely love the taste and texture of the chocolate.

Loved it years ago when it was a mom and pop chocolate store. The potato chips are the best.

My favorite place to get milk chocolate covered potato chips. I was hooked my first chip, and this candy shop has other goodies as well. So if your timing is perfect you may be able to catch them making these delectable chocolate goodies. Give em a try if ever in the area

The candy is good

This is by far my favorite chocolate ever. They have so many delicious and unique options. Im always pleased whenever I go here. Unfortunately, they do close on Sundays, which of course, are the days I want to go there most. But hey, its the same with Chick Fil A. Anyways, its really good, and even thought its rather expensive, its authentic and worth it.

*Drooool* If youve never had Grimaldi chocolates then youve been missing out. Forget Godiva, these guys are unbeatable. The shop off US1 is very quaint and old, but in a good way. It has a great vibe to it, not that any of that actually matters. What matters is the chocolate! The salted chocolate covered caramels are beyond words, and of course, their chocolate covered potato chips are out of this world. There isnt a bad choice here folks. You wont be disappointed.

Ive been buying chocolates for 20 plus years from Grimaldis and I have to say the quality of the chips has gone down. The chips used to be big and have a thick coating of chocolate on them. Now the chips are all small and you can see through the chocolate coating.What a shame.

Grimaldi candies has been a local confectioner in Brevard County as long as I can remember and that is a pretty darn long time. They are very excellent and in my opinion world-class chocolatiers. If you do not believe me, stop by and try. :-)

Stopped in here for the first time the other day. It was really SWEET! I saw two ladies working there who were extremely kind. They offered us a free sample. I was sold! Their prices are pretty reasonable, I mean come on, its chocolate. Its a small little store. I will DEFINITELY be back but this time with a sweater bc it was freezing. Thats bc they have to keep the chocolates at a cold temp to avoid them melting! They also had something called bloopers. They are chocolates that either had too many in the batch or didnt come out quite the way they wanted. Anyhow, they were delicious. Now you know that no chocolate goes unwasted or unsold! We ended up buying some truffles, cherries and chocolate covered potato chips. They also have sugar free chocolates as well! Yummy!
