I have delayed getting new phone because I hate waiting for transfer from old to new. But today I decided if store was empty I was going to check things out. I asked numerous questions about discounts, buying phone from big store, price, rebates etc.And more importantly how long this process gonna take .After 30 minutes, great conversations with Topher,Joe and trainee Noah I left with a terrific new phone. I am extremely pleased with great staff. Absolutely freaking terrific experience, 1st time ever

Very disappointed ..stopped in with a new phone from Verizon,asked if they could show me how to program it,( my old one broke and I had insurance,Verizon sent me new one), the salesman said we charge 30.00 to do it if we have to show you what to do..guided me very very little cuz I wasnt gonna pay that. Worst customer service experience I have ever been through. The staff was unprofessional and poorly trained. I was quoted three different prices and after wasting 5 hours of my Sunday I walked with my old phones and no screen protectors when I was not happy with the $500 price tag after I was told $249. Then $350. Never again.

My daughter and I both got new iPhones here. I just received a text saying my bill is going to be almost $300. I traded in my iPhone 10 and her iPhone SE for a supposed $600 discount on each new phone for the ones that were traded in. It turns out Obel never processed her iPhone SE because I wasn’t sure if I was going to come back and get another iPhone for my mom. He should have processed this 13 days ago when I didn’t come back in and he never bothered to follow up with me like he said he would. It seems to me that he had shady intentions, this is bad business Verizon and poor treatment to a customer that has been with you since 2014. If I have to settle this in court, I am ready.

These people lie to there customers, and act like nothing is wrong, when confronted. They tell you when you buy a new phone or upgrade, you get charged activation fees and to not worry about them, all you have to do is call customer service and they will wave the activation fees. So when I call customer service, they told me it was up to the store. What a way to treat a disabled veteran. You got me this time, but it will never happen again. If you want a trustworthy verizon phone service, go somewhere else. Do not trust this place, what a rip off. The one on 192 in Melbourne is a better store. It is not a victra dealer.

I purchased my new phone then got home and received an email thanking me for signing up for Total Mobile Protection. I was never asked if I wanted to sign up for this and nor would I if I had been asked. It was an extra monthly charge for insurance. I called Verizon Support and they removed this Protection plan. Definitely review your purchase and future billing!

Id really like to give them no stars. Not the store to go to, go to the corporate store on 192. I went here in Jan 2016 to get a new ph. The talked me into taking a free table . It ended up costing me $50 a month and then I had to pay $300 for it. I really got taken. Just today I thought I would give my wife a new google pixel for Christmas so I checked MY Verizon to upgrade. This store on Murrell Rd has changed the service on my wifes 5 year old flip phone. I didnt know it but I have been paying for the phone she got for free many years ago and they want me to pay $104 on top of the new phone price to upgrade. I like Verizon, this store should be shut down if they are still operating in this fashion. Im calling customer service to see if I can get some help.

Had a problem with my phone. Motorola got me a new phone in less than 24 hours. Emily then put it together like the old phone. Hurray I want them to be president.

I have NEVER written a poor review in my life. I guess I really never felt I have ever been treated so rudely to warrant a poor review. But I had one of the most frustrating experiences with a lady there. Better to go to the corporate location in Merritt Island.

Terrible customer service. I hate Verizon purchased Alltel, some times the little guys loose. Alltel was much better at customer service and phone service options were better.

Please go to this store. My cousin bought the store from the old lame owner back in April of 2012. Since then the store has gone from 38 of 39 in Florida, to #1 in Florida by the end of May. They have sent 4 secret shoppers his way within the past four months and he and his staff have scored 10 out of 10 everytime. Forget about the old experience with the old owner because the new owner knows exactly what hes doing!
