I came early to do drive thru COVID-19 test, 25 minutes early, no one in line and she said I have to wait 15 minutes the CVS in Orlando did it right away and they were very nice

Kristen was very helpful today with some prescription confusion from the other store. Great customer service from her today. It must be mentioned as that is becoming so rare

If you are immunocompromised, stay far away from this store. Employees should not be working if they are sick.

Customer Service is non existent. Robyn is the sole person trying to keep a good face but even she gets belittled by her store manager Sheryl.

Its a shame you have to give ANY stars to bad business in order to post a review because the CVS on Rockledge Blvd would get minus stars! Terrible customer service and snarky pharmacist. Literally wasted 3 trips to get the same prescription that the lazy cashier an disinterested pharmacist couldnt find an treated me like I was supposed to climb over the counter an search for it myself! Cocoa Beach location was always AWESOME an looks like Ill have to drive 20 further just to receive that respect an efficiency again. Avoid this Rockledge Florida location like the plague!😠

Waited over 30 minutes on hold for the pharmacist and was then immediately hung up on.if you have any business to the pharmacy I advise taking care of it by driving there in person or going to a different store.*Pharmacist also refused to give last name for my doctors office to contact her. Impressively bad customer service all around.

Terrible pharmacy, everyone else was wonderful. Pharmacist ignored line of people and refused to answer my question once there was an issue with my insurance. Very rude, unprofessional and disappointing.

Went here for a drive thru covid test on November 26. Its December 8th and no results. Avoid.Update: Received results on December 15. Inconclusive! Waist of time.

The staff is Always there to help! from sales, cosmetics, greeting cards, promotions of new products, etc. Their knowledge is endless.The PHARMACY at this particular BRANCH is my favorite. My husband and I have never had any bad experiences with any of the Pharmacists or Staff. No question is too small or too big.... They are so generous with their time!! EVEN PATIENT WITH SENIORS! This CVS is AWESOME!! We would drive out of our way to come to this particular store!! THANKS, CVS!!!!

Will never go back, Michael was my cashier I put no to round up my change and he took it anyways, regardless of the amount he needs to pay attention i will not return to a CVS again!!!

I have been going to this cvs, scene 2012 every month after i see my Dr i take my persecution down so i can get my medicine i had no problem until today when i handed the druggist my prescription said i wasnt suppose to mix my two medications together i explain to her while iam working i do not take the one medication together as she was telling me i was doing, i told her i have been using cvs for 7 years every month no one told me anything about my medication until today i ask her to give me back my prescription.and i will take it somewhere else, i dont feel that she is trained to tell people how or when to take the medication iam on heart medication as well and my Dr authorizes me to take certain medication at certain times he is a professional she is not if she would of read the order instead of jumping to conclusions she would of understood.

Most of the time, I can get what Im looking for here, but I just dont think its set up as nicely as it could be, like say a Walgreens.
