We used Kitchen Bath and Glass several years ago to remodel two bathrooms. I have nothing but good things to say about Chris and the whole staff and work crew at Kitchen Bath and Glass. Chris is not afraid to tell the whole truth about how to do the job right and stands behind his word. We had a tile guy come in before we hired Chris who did a bad job and it wouldn’t have worked out right. Chris told us what needed to be done and got a good tile guy to do it right. This was very important because this shower was for my 96 year old mom. Chris is always responsive to any concerns about the job. You won’t be disappointed if you hire this company.
Highly recommend. We couldnt be more pleased with our total master bath redo -- from gutting to the completed, beautiful makeover -- a 2+ month process. Beginning with Traci, designer and project manager, she patiently guided us through choosing all the materials and colors to achieve the coastal/cottagy look we were aiming for. All the workers were highly skilled at their jobs. We couldnt have asked for a more polite, professional group of guys to have in and out of our home for so many weeks! Thank you so much Traci, Dominic, Gordon & Jose, and Paul!!!! We really appreciate you!!!
I used Kitchen Bath & Glass for my master bathroom shower door. I wanted to go with the frame less door. The owner, Chris came out to measure and gave me the 2 options available for glass type. I am so thankful for his time and honesty. I didnt know anything about glass or the color. My shower is all white and he recommended the starphire which is completely clear. I didnt want my white tile to look green as it would if I did regular glass. I still wasnt sure, so I went to the showroom so I could see both glasses. I met Chris, his wife and their big, fluffy dog. I probably was there for an hour. Chris thoroughly explained about the glass types again and even gave me a tour of the showroom. They have so much to offer as for selection of tile, flooring, counter tops, cabinets, back splash. I was so impressed. It took me 2 more weeks to finally commit and order. The shower door was just installed on January 30th, 2020 and I am so happy! I highly recommend this company. I am very picky and Im always looking for a perfectionist. Its very hard to find people that truly care and enjoy their work. I am so blessed to have found a company that takes pride in their work and that will spend that extra time needed to make you feel comfortable with your decision. Thank you so much. I will post some pictures soon
Chris and his team did a wonderful job of installing the glass for our oversized shower. They are a professional and detailed oriented group of folks, and I recommend them highly.
Expect to pay about double what you would most other places. I was quoted $90+ per sqft for a glass shower door. If thats in your budget then Im sure they are great.
I just wanted to thank Kitchen Baths & Glass Center for all the work you did at my house. After doing a web search for bathroom remodels Kitchen Bath & Glass Center came up as one of the choices. After meeting with them, we decided they would do our bathroom remodel. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service and the installation crew. Traci, Chris and Dave were all easier to work with. The bathroom came out so awesome, the quality of the work, the timing everything was as they said it would be. Thanks again for a great job and would too recommend them anytime. The Wood FamilyRockledge, FL
We worked with them for a major upgrade to our master bathroom. Although we hit a few unexpected bumbs and delays along the way, the project turned out quite well. The owner is a perfectionist and made sure we got a quality job. We are keeping their information for any other projects that may come up for us.
Chris and his team were great to work with. They were open and honist about the option and were easy to work with at our home. They cleaned up after the installation and the installation is nice and clean looking. Our bathroom glass looks great. Nice work.
Nice people who can offer you options on upgrading your home
Chris Fuller, owner of Kitchen Bath and Glass Center is the worst contractor, HANDS DOWN. We spent >$30K with him on cabinets, counter tops, sink, and a center island quartz top. We were told the project would take 4-6 weeks and actually took >15 weeks to complete and the delays are due to inferior workmanship, poor quality cabinets and outright mistakes made by Kitchen Bath and Glass, here are the facts:Chris Fuller never once set foot in our house prior to, or during the renovation project - even after all of problems started. When they did start, he initially took our phone calls but soon reverted to having his employees respond.Kitchen Bath and Glass Center ordered the wrong Quartz material for the island and it took two weeks to replace it. When it finally arrived it couldnt be installed because the cabinets werent square. His cabinet installer didnt line up the cabinets properly. The Kitchen Bath and Glasss Center countertop and cabinet subcontractors work required both of them to make numerous return visits to fix visually obvious defects - both subcontractors were criticized by the other installers, electricians, plumbers, tile guys, etc. One said, I havent seen this shabby of cabinet work in 18 years on the job. Another subcontractor from Orlando said, Brevard county construction work is not very good but this counter top is terrible. The countertop subcontractor measured and made the wrong cuts - and didnt order the replacement product until 3 weeks later; nobody at Kitchen Bath and Glass bothered to check into this until we complained. When it was finally ordered we were told it was out of stock in the state of Florida and wouldnt be in for at least 3 weeks.Kitchen Bath and Glass Center ordered the wrong cabinets - we wanted a drawer capable of holding hanging files; they forgot. The workmanship of the cabinets was shoddy - we have warped cabinet doors and three different portions of cabinets didnt have internal hardware installed or was only partially installed. The project is now complete thanks to multiple shims, glue, and faux pieces of trim. We are not satisfied with the outcome. My recommendation: Avoid Chris Fuller and Kitchen Bath and Glass COMPLETELY - You can easily find a better contractor for ANY project to be done on your house.
Very friendly and professional
