Ordered two sliding glass doors, a large window and a small window. Took over eight months to receive. Out of the four, only one was correct. Sliding glass door has a dent in it. Neither one came with the child locks that I ordered (main reason for order) large window was not the correct size. Been waiting four days for manger to call me back. Would never do business with this company again.

Sales representative did a great job measuring. The installers were able to complete the job as planned with no issues. I had four sliders replaced and 5 Windows. I love the product. It made such a difference in my home. I’m very happy with the job that Window World did.

Love the Lifetime Warranty!!!I had new windows installed in the house in 2012. About a month ago one of the windows would not work. We called for an appointment, and the technician came out at his appointed time. He replaced a couple of parts, and within an hour the window was fixed, and worked perfectly like the rest of the windows. The best part was it was FREE because of the Lifetime warranty :-)Thank you, Window World of The Space Coast :-)

I ordered 7 windows, 2 doors and 1 sliding glass door in February 2021 with 8-10 week lead time. Doors were installed 16 weeks later after I called asking where is my order. Windows were installed 3 weeks later. I was told by local Window World office to call the factory about the glass door. In July 2021, factory rep said door will ship in late July. Today is 1 November 2021 and local Window World office says with a laugh door will ship in March 2022. The answer changes every time I call and they never call me with an update.

We just had our initial visit for free quote from Eddie Tito, saleman with Window World.We really appreciate the time, Eddie took in explaining window quality and value. Kenn Stamp, from Window World in Rockledge, Fl was superb. He came to measure us for hurricane windows. He was very knowledgeable. He explained all aspects, as well as price, in easy to understand language. He was prompt and professional. He was very friendly and informative. We were very pleased with Kenn Stamp. I wish everyone who calls Window World in Rockledge, Fl, could get him as a sales person. We ended up purchasing 4 windows and are waiting for them to come in. He also was honest about the timeline for the installation.

Michel M. Came today to finalize our estimate and sign contracts for windows. She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I originally only wanted 4 windows, but she helped me work within my budget to get 6 done. I have been getting window estimates that were overpriced and poor quality, so when I compared there was no question. It will be worth the wait. Can’t wait to see the finished product.

Michele did a great job in showing us the window products and explaining options. She is very upbeat and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. After the initial visit, Michele responded quickly to our follow-up questions, and returned to our home on short notice to re-measure the windows prior to order placement. In the beginning I was very happy with our service - Alex the installer is excellent. My issue is one of our windows has a 4 inch scratch in it. I called and they ordered me another window . Still all is good . Today was suppose to be our inspection and was told they would be here between 8-4 . I had to take the day off . Well nobody showed up so I called the office of the inspectors and they said Window World did not set the appointment up. I called Window World and said they overlooked the paper work to set the appointment up . This is unacceptable- I just started my own business and had to take the whole day off for no reason . They said they could reschedule it for tomorrow but I can not take another day off anytime soon. I lost money today and I am not happy at all . I am not sure how I am going to get our windows inspected because I can not take off anytime soon .

Michelle Mailhot was very knowledgeable and walked thru the entire process of buying new windows. She also show all the different choices we had. Showed us doors that can be replaced as well.We then set up an appointment and she came to our home and measured all the windows and then went over everything that was going to happen on installation day. Can’t say enough about Michellewill Recommend anyone that needs new windows give her a call or better yet go see her to the store.

He put in a great deal of effort to make sure we were happy - even reaching new heights.... literally....18 feet up in our foyer to measure a window, despite his dislike of heights! This place is horrible. I had windows installed in March and it is now July and still having problems. The windows now have failed inspection twice. I have taken 2 days off from work to work with their schedule and once it failed again it was a fight to get them to come out when i was off, they expected me to take off another day from work and lose even more money. The windows all had a 1 gap or greater around all the windows that they just filled with spray foam when the gap has to be a 1/4 or less. One window they filled with caulk and it never cured so all the moisture stuck behind the trim is all moldy. They were supposed to be here between 9 and 10 and they didnt show up till noon! When they got here they said they didnt have time to run to the gas station, which they clearly did because they all had lunch from the deli and big gulp cups and asked if they could get water which was fine but they drank everything I had in my house. The amount of glass and screws that were left behind in my yard was unacceptable. When they came back to fix the first failure they refused to pull the molding on one of the windows so I could show they inspector. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Window World installed my windows September 2021. Due to Covid they took a little longer than expected to arrive, but that is to be expected right now. Once they arrived the installation was arranged within days. The installers showed up on time and installed a whole house of windows in less than a day. They left everything clean, no complaints with install. I was surprised I didn’t even have to touch up around the windows inside or out.

Just purchased Windows from Window World! Spencer Loomis was my salesman. He took the time to come out to my house a 8:30pm at night....TWICE! He is the most professional sales person I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. At the end of the day if you’re looking for new windows you want this guy! He is a former installer so he answered every technical question is threw at him....and I’m an engineer. Very impressed and looking forward to my new windows and doors. Way to go Spencer!

Window World replaced approximately 30 windows at my moms house in March, it is now September. The communication and responsiveness to fix the incorrect installation on every single window has been terrible and extremely frustrating.We have emailed, called and even gone by in person. No communication and they leave us sitting around all day waiting for someone to show up and no one ever does.There is bleeding through the caulking on every window, the mullions are not sealed, the windows are not square I can see the outside through gaps, the latch hardware was installed incorrectly, the anchor screws are not screwed in all the way.The city of Rockledge failed the inspection twice. The last service call the technician wrote to address too much wrong from install

Chuck will explain everything. I do recommend doing your own homework first as WW is an installation company not a manufacturer of windows/doors. The installers work for WW and are not third party contractors. So assuring quality installation is met.

Contract signed for windows in December, its now April and still dont have a passed inspection for the windows we had installed. Bathroom windows werent ordered as tempered glass, as required by county code, and failed inspection. Reordered the windows, and they STILL werent tempered. Nobody from the warehouse or local office caught the issue (inspector said there should be a TEMPERED sticker on those type of windows). Spoke to the manager, Rich, who wasnt useful, and blamed the factory. Ive now been getting the it will be on next weeks truck excuse. My in laws have also had issues with their windows leaking that the company initially wouldnt stand behind. It took multiple calls to corporate to finally get them to replace the messed up window.If you get windows and theyre installed and everything turns out fine, consider yourself lucky. If you end up with a problem though after the sale, youre screwed, because they dont seem to care and getting them to fix mistakes is like pulling teeth. Would not recommend.

Michele, Sales Rep, was running a little late (15 minutes) but she was courteous enough to call to let you know. Not a common courtesy with most Florida companies. She presented the product thoroughly and answered all questions to my satisfaction and expectations. I had heard good reviews from neighbors and friends about this product and Michele did and excellent job.

Warranty is useless. Refused to cover a bad dual pane glass panel because I installed the window. Worse yet was realizing how bad the quality is when I went to measure it up for replacement.I have a dual pane glass panel that cracked on its own. When I went to measure the size for replacement I was shocked to see the glass cut so jagged its hitting the lock mechanism. Ive never seen glass cut so bad before in my life. In addition to that I can see places the seal is already leaking completely unrelated. So much for $100 worth of lowE argon.These windows are only about 2 years old.

Horrible company!! Their windows are very low quality and have a lot of defects, when you order them they take a long time to deliver them and it is not because they are well made. Their installers are very sloppy and unprofessional, they damaged my stucco and window frames, they also stole some tools from my garage. I had them come back to fix a lot of things they did wrong and the windows still do not look right The manager would not accept my complaints and would not want to pay for the damages and what they stole. They have very poor customer service and attention to detail. Avoid buying windows from them!! Look at their rating and reviews on the BBB website before talking to them.

THE MELBOURNE OFFICE OF WINDOW WORLD IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER TO DEAL WITH. Have had nothing but problems and can not get the company to repair the windows. Had an appointment about 3 weeks ago. No one showed up. When I called the office was informed the appointment had been cancelled, but they failed to notify me.

After I contacted Window World, a representative came to my house to advise me about window replacements. I shopped around at 6 different companies for installing impact windows. Window World represented by Spencer Loomis was the most competitive in terms of a balance between pricing, window specifications, and warranty. I’ve never shopped around for windows before and I learned very quickly the industry is littered with car salesmen type people who will bend the truth until you sign and they nail you with the fine print (usually related to warranty coverage). Spencer was not this way at all. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he didn’t waste my time. I also found it extremely helpful that he used to be a previous installer and moved into sales. He was able to answer my technical questions that other window salesmen were not able to due to their lack of experience. The windows Window World uses are on par among the industry as far as the U-Factor and Solar Heat Gain Coefficient goes. My installer was Chris T. and his crew of two helpers. Overall they did an excellent job at the installation of the 5 windows I had purchased. One of them was a glass block window in the bathroom which looked like a total pain in the butt to removed as each block is mortared individually and most of them shattered upon trying to saw out. Extremely satisfied with the final result on my home from Window World and would highly recommend Spencer and Chris T. to anyone looking to get new impact windows installed. I have 6 more that I am interested in getting myself and will be reaching back out when I accumulate the appropriate funding.

We had Chris ________ come out and get us a price quote on 11 windows and 2 large doors. He was on time on the day we set up the appointment. He was very informative of the products, application, and entire process. We are going to review the quote that was given on the same visit and hope to be able to work together in the near future.

Approximately 8 months ago I reached out to window world for a price on replacing all of the windows in our home. A couple days later a salesman named Chris K. came out and despite our not being home he measured all the windows from the outside and then emailed us a price quote for the entire homes windows. We reviewed the quote and then as luck would have it life got in the way and we were forced to place windows on hold. About 6-7 months passed and we were ready to move forward with the purchase of the windows and so we reached back out to Chris and he again came back out to measure from the inside of our home. Chris never seemed disappointed at the fact that we had not done the purchase when he originally came out but was professional, kind and very informative while writing up the contract of our window purchase. When purchasing a product I have always liked being informed of a product but NOT coerced into purchasing something as I like to make an informed decision which is exactly where Chris shines as a salesman. He INFORMED and allowed us to make an educated decision. We also asked about replacing a door on the front of the house and discussed a few different types but decided we’d have to wait to move forward on our door purchase, but when ready will not hesitate to reach back out to Chris as he is now our go to for windows and doors if we or anyone else needs either in their home. Great experience all the way around from the salesman(Spencer)to the installers. They installed 17 impact windows in one day and did a quality job. Im thoroughly impressed with these windows and can already tell a significant difference with how much cooler my house feels. I went with window world after shopping various impact windows and liked the quality and warranty that came with these windows and the fact they actually stand behind their windows. Its worth giving them a call, great widows at a great price.

Our salesman Spencer was very professional, courteous. A few things that stood out was his demeanor, focus, timeliness, he knew about the product he was selling, and was prepared with neat sketches of our home (no chicken scratch). Most importantly he listened to what we wanted, gave us great feed back and ideas for the windows to be installed so our home will look spectacular. He did not push us to make an immediate decision just to go with his product, as one competitor did before I even made a decision. Overall our “sales experience” was great. Now hopefully the company can back him up with the product.

My house has 1990 vintage windows so it was past time to look at replacing them. Window World in Rockledge responded quickly to estimate request. Ken arrived early and prepared. Was very knowledgeable of their product and how it related to current building codes. Competitive pricing. Highly recommend checking them out. Waiting on county permit for install.

On the positive side this experience started great.The salesman was on time and very professional. His quote wasnt the lowest but his timeline was a bit quicker and speed was needed as the house was being sold.The windows arrived as promised right on time. The installers were right on time for the installation and they worked quickly and the job looked great when they were done.Thats when the problems started.The installers told me to call the office and schedule the final inspection. I did that the day after the install and was told by the office that due to the Covid that all final inspections were now being done virtually. The Window World office was to send in the documentation including photos to the permit office to gain the final approval. They assured me they had everything they needed to get the approval in a few days.Three business days later I called to find out if they received approval. They hadnt yet even submitted. I kept following up every day or two and finally after thirteen days they told me they were denied approval. They said they didnt have all the photos they needed as the installers didnt take all the photos needed as they were unaware they needed to take pictures for the inspection.I then spoke to the manager Richard trying to get clarification. He said they just needed more pictures. I asked if he could tell me exactly which shots or views they needed but he wouldnt say. I told him I had a few I had snapped and he asked me to send them over, which I did. They resubmitted for approval and failed once again saying they needed more pictures. Again they could not elaborate on what specific view was missing.I contacted the new owners and they were kind enough to take pictures of each window inside and out and additional close ups of all the labels on the windows and I sent those over and they resubmitted again. Today they told me they are still waiting for a response from the city but my realtor contacted the city a couple days ago and was told it failed again.Since WW has already been paid in full they dont seem in any hurry to get the final approval. They continually promise to call back but never do. They have not once asked to gain access to the house to take the pictures they need or whatever else may be required. It will be four weeks tomorrow since the install and I awaiting receiving money from the sale of the house until the windows pass inspection.Today I started a official dispute with my credit card company on the charges since WW seems unable to gain final approval. I personally would not use this company again and if a friend absolutely had to use them I would strongly suggest they not pay in full until final approval was received.

Poor workman ship. Six months for sliders to come in. They did not measure right had to cut into the concrete to make it fit .was not prepared for all the dust. Spent the entire next day cleaning the duct and shampooing my carpets. One slider lock is broken. Now waiting to see if it passes inspection.

I used Window World in 2006 to install impact windows in my house. I called in 2021 to get an estimate to replace some of the windows with impact. Brad O’Dell came to my house to give me a quote. He was very friendly and informative on what options I could do and worked up a good quote. I am very satisfied with the original windows that Brian Tillman sold me originally and I wanted to have them install my new windows.

Not only did Chris Kaslow show up to our appointment for door estimate on time, he also called prior to his arrival to confirm. Chris Kaslow was professional, honest and answered all my questions. He provided insight and options I was unaware of and seemed extremely knowledgeable plus he spoke well of the products provided. Do not use this branch of Window World. Poor quality installation, damage to home that was then blamed on us.Window installation was done right before a rain storm, they removed several windows and had no idea what to do as rain poured into my home. They caulked the windows in the rain. Yellow foam insulation was smeared on siding. Shims left sticking out of all the windows. Hard wood floors scratched from not covering floor when they set windows down. Tiles broken in bathroom where they installed the window. Took several weeks before they would come and fix the shims and foam stains. Richard the manager blamed us for the scratches on floor and made it our problem the tiles were broken. Lies, lies and more lies from Richard. I spent over 20k on products and get accused of just not wanting to pay the last 3k because he refused fix issues. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.Edit:I appreciate the response, windows were installed in Aug, siding in sept, and we are just now getting some resolution in December because I withheld the last 3k out of 25k total spent. Everybody makes mistakes but its how you handle them. If you dont want to fix your errors or damage, just say you wont do it, but to accuse me of making it up is beyond excuse. If I would have paid the full amount right away, I would never have heard from you.Edit #2Window World only called back to ask for final payment. No apologies no nothing. That automated response they put on this review is meaningless and they are only trying to save face in front of you kind people reading this review.

The techs show up not being given all the necessary parts required. There seems to be no communication between the planning and scheduling dept. and the warehouse and the techs. The product is good the techs are good but there is a definite breakdown in communications.

Had Michelle from Window World come out for an estimate. She is a great communicator and arrived on time. She was very through and listened to my concerns about our current windows. She explained the process of the installation so I would know what to expect on installation day. I ordered the windows and am looking forward to having them installed

Our salesperson Michelle was very friendly & knowledgeable about the products. She was not a pushy salesperson as we have encountered before. She simply listened to our needs, and offered the best deal. We already knew what windows we wanted, so the whole ordering process was simple. We have shopped around for a while. And received 3 other quotes from other companies. Window World was the best price by far and better quality than some of the others. We were even able to get 2 more windows done with their quote than other companies. Were excited to get our new windows. Will leave another review after installation.

Just signed contract to have impact resistant, high R-factor winows and a sliding door installed. I can only rate the peesentation, cost, and other xomparative factors that formed my decison to choose Window World. They rated best or tied for best in all categories. Looking foward to the install.

Michelle priced out my windows and provided literature on the selected windows, discussed options for remaining windows in house and pricing. Michelle was professional, prompt and provided straightforward quotes. However, it concerns me with the number of recent negative BBB reports logged over the past 12 months for WW Rockledge; will have to think hard before doing business with this company. Update- after no response from other companies and WW installed Windows in neighbors house, excellent job, decided to go with WW of Rockledge. Michelle was once again excellent helping us through the process and making sure we were happy with our choice.

Chris Kaslow came to our house for a window estimate. He was very nice and friendly and most of all not pushy! He understood we were getting a few quotes and never pressured us. He was very knowledgable and helped us learn about the window process.

Chris Kaslow, my sales representative was on time. He answered all of my questions, and was very professional. Although circumstances did not allow me to purchase a new patio door at this time, Chris was very understanding. I look forward to doing business with Window World in the future because of Chris, and how he represented the company...he was wonderful!

Well, after waiting 5 months for our new windows and entry door, we finally got a call to schedule today for installation. I took the day off from work so I could be here upon their arrival between 9 and 10 am. They arrived promptly at 1:30 in the afternoon and started our installation. The windows went well and look good, but the door could not be installed because it was not wide enough. The old door was put back on and now, apparently, we will have to wait yet more time for the door. The problem we have is the service folks. We call, leave messages with no return calls, and do not get any answers with why it takes 5 months to get this done. Seems like we are going to have to through this lack of professional exchange between us and Window World for whatever time it is going to take to get another door. Then, we re-schedule and take more time off from work. We are hoping it does not take another 5 months to make another door for us. In hind sight, we should have done more homework before buying, but we actually trusted the salesman and all hype and advertising on the local tv station. Folks, please do some homework (such as these reviews) before make this costly investment.

Product and installation were excellent. My complaint is the poor management responsiveness to the customer and the apparent lack of management control of good business practices. Broken glass was not adequately cleaned up. A half dozen large screws were left in my driveway which could have yielded flat tires on my RV or car. Installers damaged a $80 landscape lighting controller that was only a few months old. Rain then got in the case and destroyed it. Five of the windows were not the design we ordered even though the factory order form indicated the correct ones had been ordered. Obviously, a lack of incoming inspection and inventory control. To get the job done, we accepted the incorrect windows rather than wait another 6 weeks for new ones. After talking to the manager, he promised to call me back with an explanation of how the error occurred. Never heard from him. At the end of the job, I contacted the management about all of the problems mentioned above. He promised to get with his regional manager about compensation for us, especially for the broken controller. He said he would call back in a few days. That was the end of July. It is now the end of December. Never heard from him. Very poor way to treat customers! Two of my neighbors were interested in replacing their windows with impact resistant ones like mine. I had to tell them: great product and great installation, but extremely poor customer responsiveness.

Was very pleased with our representative Spencer. Very knowledgeable and patient. Went out of his way to get answers for us. I would recommend this company to everyone. Spencer thank you for helping us you are the best.

Had someone come give me a quote for a couple off new windows last year. The guy came, measured, left, but we never heard from them again. Never got a quote.I guess if youre not replacing an entire house they dont need your business.

The total price and installation timelines changed between the quote and when I signed the final agreement. Still better than the other options around locally though. Otherwise I have been happy with the service so far (no install yet).

Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about the product, she also went to great length to explain the price proposal and what the scope of the bid entailed. I would not hesitate to recommend her and Window World to anyone who is trying to understand the pros + cons of purchasing replacement windows for their home.

In June I had 3 windows replaced due to broken seal. Thought all was good. In December when weather got cooler I opened my windows as I always do and found them very difficult to both open and close. This was 2 out of the 3. Also one of the latches on each of those 2 windows wasnt catching and would lean in. I called on Dec 14 about the problem. On Dec 18 a serviceman came to look at them and told me to be careful, it looked like the window was ready to fall out. Said he was sorry he couldnt fix the problem, he closed and locked the windows and took pictures he said he would share with the office and that they would call me. They did not. I called back on Dec 28 and talked to Kami, I sent her the pictures she requested and she said she would be showing them to someone else to figure out the problem. Didnt hear back. I called again on Jan 8, was promised they would figure it out and fix the problem. Called again on Jan 14, left on hold for 5-6 min and got disconnected. Kami returned phone call with some excuse about phone problems. Said she would call me back in an hour along with someone else in on the call to discuss problem but never did. Next day I could only get her voicemail and left message to call me but no response. I dont expect to hear from her, all Ive got is the runaround from her. And from all the negative reports Ive read from the Better Business Bureau it looks like that is how business is being done these days from this establishment. I am looking at my options of what to do next if I dont hear back from this office and get this problem solved.
