I Went by to get some material 4/20/21. I was told The location was closed for curb side pick up only as they recently had a covid case which is completely understandable. Well I went and got in my vehicle and went next door to the landscape company waiting for my guys to call their lists of material in to me and What I witnessed happening next is what appeared to be the manager sending customers (Turning Point Electric) into the warehouse to get material on their own. It seemed to be a complete train wreck. As I watched this play out I decided that it was best for me to go elsewhere since they were supposed to be doing a deep cleaning for covid, yet they are sending customers into the infected areas. (NOT COOL) The manager had the appearance of being very frustrated and not sure what to do as well as the other employee there. Very unorganized and inexperienced.

We had an emergency this Friday afternoon and didnt think we would be able to get the materials we needed to have an electrician get the problem fixed. The branch manager, Chris, went above and beyond and he completely saved the day!Not only was able to get all the material we needed in such sort notice, it was for a great price, never made us feel like we were a bother with all we needed on such sort notice and even PERSONALLY DROVE US THE SUPPLIES!! Talk about customer service!!We will certainly use him and his location for any supply needs we have in the future and plan to tell everyone how amazing the experience was!Thank you Chris! You saved the day and showed us there are still some amazing, caring people in this world!

So slow had order totally incorrect and didnt have any connectors and didnt call me to let me know after I told them I really needed them. Also didnt retain the PO I had issued when placing the order so I had to waste even more time tracking that down. A total waste. The counter guy was clueless and couldnt use the system had to make two calls for direction. I will never go to that branch again I will go to CED
