I found Hearing Life through my insurance company as I wanted to work with a hearing center that my insurance company approves of. What an amazing experience as I’ve worked with other hearing centers in the past and all they ever wanted to was sell me hearing aides. Anthony only wanted what was best for me. I know this because I am a candidate for surgery (and have known this before my visit) and after he gave me my hearing test he told me that I should consider surgery. Many of the other hearing centers never even bothered to tell me this because they wanted to make the sale.I told Anthony I refused surgery a long time ago and he got to work finding the right solution for me and boy did he ever. I work from home and spent most of my days on my laptop phone in meetings. I rarely wore my other hearing aides because I had to keep taking them out and putting them back in. Anthony recommended a solution that was perfect for me. I now have blue tooth hearing aides that connect up to both my laptop and my iPhone. I can conduct meetings and take calls without ever removing my rehearing aides. I also travel extensively so when I’m on a plane o like to watch movies I’ve downloaded and again can hear them through my hearing aids.Thank you Anthony and Dori for taking such good care of me! I am beyond thrilled with my nearly acquired ability to hear everything that I had been missing out on because my previous hearing aides had such limitations. I can’t even begin to describe what it’s like to hear what I’ve been missing all these years.Dori is amazing and makes sure they had everything they needed for my insurance claim (and she had to call multiple times before they finally said yes). Anthony is very experienced in how hearing works (he has hearing challenges too) and only ever really cared about what was best form me!tThank you both for an amazing experience and you will never know what it means to me to be able to hear what I’ve been missing all these years!

I have been wearing hearing aids for many years. I recently relocated to Florida and this was my first visit at this location. I saw Anthony Nash, who I have to say was absolutely wonderful. He was so understanding of the struggles of wearing hearing aids and the daily use. I would give him a 10 star review if it was possible, however this forum only allows a 5 star :)! Office Manager Dori (first name) is an impressive multi-task handler and communicator. The first impression when we entered the office was that of a welcoming atmosphere, clean and pristine, but all business. She ensured the process was tracking and that our time was not wasted; from checking in to leaving with the right hearing aids for my wifes needs, it was a breeze and fulfilling. Hearing Instrument Specialist Anthony (first name) was fantastic. He is methodical with a vast volume of experience and years of practice in his field - - - expertise at its best. We thoroughly enjoyed the time spent as he carefully and thoroughly explained the process to arrive at the perfect hearing aids for my wife. He truly cares about his clients and gives genuine professional care to the smallest details resulting in better hearing for the client. I was thinking about this on the way home. The receptionist Dori and the Device Specialist Anthony are very accommodating and professional.I needed my hearing aides adjusted and they were able to provide multiple days/times for me to come into the office and have them adjusted to the right programming and volume.

I recently moved from Ohio to Daytona Beach.I had a minor problem with my hearing aid and was glad to find this office within easy driving distance. (About an hour drive)I called to make an appointment . Staff tried to help over the phone but were unable to. I said no problem that I would come in but the reply was that the was too far a drive and that Anthony Nash would stop at my condo on his way home and help me. He did.What a great guy .. I was so impressed that people who had never met me or sold me anything would go to such lengths to help me. I think they may have a customer for life.

Very informative & helpful staff. I definitely would recommend this office for your hearing aid needs.

Called in the morning for an appointment to have my hearing aid repaired. I was scheduled for the same day a couple hours later.Anthony checked my hearing aids and made the necessary repairs and I was done within 10 minutes.Social distancing and masks were worn for everyone’s benefit.

Had a great first appointment today! Anthony, who tested my hearing, has been wearing hearing aids since he was 3 years old. Who better to explain everything?!? No hard sales pitch, comfortable atmosphere, and very friendly people!! Prices did not seem outrageous to me. Would definitely recommend going there. 😁

One of my hearing aids recently needed a repair that could not be done on site. Dori told me she would send it out and I could expect it in a week or so. My third try for new hearing aids brought me to Hearing Life and Dr Debbie.I received great care and never requesting for a more expensive model. Her aim was what was best for my problem. She stays in touch with her clients and the free batteries are not offered many other places. I went with my sister to get her hearing checked. They staff looked at my ears and sent me to get some impacked wax out. When I returned I was then tested also and was surprised at what I was not hearing. When my sister and I left, we both had hearing devices. The staff was so wonderful, they took such good care of us and answered all out questions, even the dumb ones. We felt special and enjoyed our visit and now we both hear amazingly. My sister had to return for a slight adjustment and we enjoyed that visit also. Now we are looking forward to our next visit and hope this relationship lasts a long time...Hearing life is the best choice anyone could want to have their hearing taken care of and assurance they will be there for you at anytime you may need them. I fully recommend them to everyone even if it is to just check up on your hearing.Roger West

After 9 years and 6 different Doctors I ended up in Debbie Krolls office and she in 30 minutes help me for the first time to hear better. She is an exceptional professional that knows what she is doing and does it.

My grandmother is a patient at this office and our experiences have been nothing but wonderful from the staff and doctor. They are friendly and compassionate and care a lot. I would recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I have both gone to see Dr. Kroll and received expert and compassionate care. This is the first time we have had an actual doctor of audiology take care of us and it sure makes a difference. I would highly recommend seeing her if you have trouble hearing.

My Nov 2015 experience was wonderful. Dr Kroll is very professional yet warm and friendly. Her staff always greeted me with a pleasant attitude and were very accommodating to my schedule changes. As an engineer I wanted a logical and systematic approach to resolving my hearing loss. Dr Kroll proved to be well prepared, qualified, and extremely patient with me and my curiosity. When we had a challenge with my insurance company and a third-party service, Dr Kroll and her staff researched and properly prepared and coordinated the required documents. Very thorough. The Dr followed-up with email and phone calls to ensure my complete satisfaction with her service and my appliances. Well done!

In April 2016 I went to see an audiologist at Hearing Life in Rockledge and I am sure glad I did. I was greeted by one of the most polite and professional person I have ever dealt with. My appt. was set and when I came back I met Dr. Debbie Kroll who examined me and after the hearing test was over she gave me the results and her recommendation as to what I should do. She showed me hearing aids by Oticon and left me try two to make sure I was satisfied. I love them, they have now allowed me to hear so much more than I was with only one old one in my left ear. Long story short, I bought the ones she recommended and I couldnt be happier. Dr. Debbie and Kristina are to very wonderful caring people and I will recommend them to anyone. If you are having trouble hearing, dont wait go see them if youre near Rockledge Florida. At least look into Oticon devices, they are wonderful.
