This shop is fantastic. They made a custom hydraulic line for the clutch of my manual transmission swapped 1994 BMW 740iL. I provided them an old clutch hydraulic line from a BMW 540 of the same era and the they were able to replicate the odd routing of it. The new hydraulic hard line they made fit perfectly to the clutch slave cylinder and transmission bracket on the car. It works great and no leaks! Fast work and a great price.

Highly recommend, Bobby is helpful and creative, needed an A/C line repaired for an old Honda and he got it done quickly and at a great price.I know where I will be going next time.

We needed a transmission oil cooler line for a 1999 Dodge Dakota that was discontinued by the manufacturer. The guys at Pirtek Space Coast were extremely friendly and helpful. The new line was made in minutes with the mindset of future maintenance taken into account. Quality parts and quality labor. We will now go to them for any custom lines and hoses we will need.

Justin was great!! He said he would be on site between 730-8am, and he was pulling in right behind me a couple of minutes before 730. Very professional, did a thorough job, cleaned up afterwards, and was proactive in making sure that our problem wouldnt duplicate itself too soon. I look forward to dealing with Justin, or the other Pirtek Space Coast staff when we need to deal with them again!

Was recommended to come to Pirtek by a local Jeep club for help in getting hoses made for a resto-mod 1950 Willys pickup truck. Bobby made sure that I was getting the correct fittings was patient with my questions and concerns. Being a non corporate customer with a small order I was very pleased with the customer service I received. And of course the hoses came out the was I ordered them.

Best company ever! These guys took on the challenge of fixing my high pressure fuel line that goes to my outboard motor. Yamaha wanted 700 dollars for this part (unbelievable). Pirtek fixed my line when nobody else would even look at it (for less than 100 bucks). I put the line back on and it worked perfectly and now Im back on the water. The folks at Pirtek truly care and you definitely cant just find that anywhere.

Pirtek does crane repair services on site, saving transportation of equipment fees, and has suggested other means of cost saving efficiencies during their expert servicing of cranes and equipment.

I had a high pressure pipe on my outboard fail and the OEM part was outrageously expensive. Contacted Pirtek Space Coast and Javier was extremely helpful. I sent him the burst pipe and he used the OEM connections and fabricated a replacement that has worked perfectly. Saved me a bundle and got me back on the water very quickly. Excellent service and product!

Recently visited Pirtek in search of a specific hose off an older piece of machinery. I had previously looked online with no success, only to find out the hose is no longer manufactured.I was immediately greeted and helped at the front desk when I entered the store. They quickly determined I would need a custom hose assembled, all which would be done there on site.Like most parts places they had a waiting area with coffee and waters. While I waited the owner, Dan, came out and introduced himself. Minutes later my hose was ready and I was on my way.Not only did I appreciate the timeliness and swift fashion I received my product, but that Pirtek took the initiative to make my visit personable. Pirtek of Rockledge deserves more than 5 stars! Fast, friendly and knowledgeable.I was referred to Pirtek by three other reputable small shops in my area. I was told by each shop that the line I needed could not be done. After searching Pirteks website I felt it may be worth the drive to Rockledge just to see if they could make the line. (~50 miles North)I have never experienced such wonderful customer service by both technical and managerial staff. Immediately upon walking in I was greeted at the front desk. Unlike most shops and part houses, I felt welcomed by the staff. The showroom was very organized and clean with a nice waiting area. While explaining my custom line requirements I felt I was speaking to a friend. After explaining the requirements I was physically showed how my line would be created by the technician.Due to the distance traveled I asked if my line could be assembled while I waited, despite not knowing any current shop schedule. I was told YES, and that it should only take around thirty minutes to complete. About five minutes into the wait I was asked, would like to see how I am going to make the line?. From a SAFE distance I was able to observe every step in the process. It was like taking an introductory course in machining/metallurgy, right down to the brazing of specialty fittings!Pirtek has not only gained my business, but anyone else I know that needs this type of quality work done!Thank you Javier P, and Pirtek!

UPDATE: since my last bad experience with Pirtek I had a need for a specialty fitting which I went back to Pirtek to see if they had in stock. They did in fact have the part in stock and gave it to me at no cost in hopes that it would make up for the bad experience that I had a few months prior. I noticed that they had made some staffing changes and the customer service had greatly improved since my last visit. I am glad to see that the changes that needed to be made had been done and I feel that they are making steps to improve their custom service, so I will give them another shot!!ORIGINAL POST: They use to be good.....Every since they moved to their new location and change management everything has changed. Dropped off some mock up lines that I needed to have duplicated, they said they had to order the end fitting and that they would be done next week. A week later, no fittings, the week after that they said the wrong fittings came in. The following week, no progress...the week after that they said that they were done, so i came to the shop only for them to give me my mock up lines back, thinking that they were the something that they made (clear cheap hose and hose clamps)....At this point we get the manager involved (not much of a manager if you ask me), he apologies and said that he would get it all figured out and fixed and then give me a call back.....another week goes by and they new excuse is that the guy who was working on my order had quit so they were starting from scratch.....two weeks later, no word from them yet so i stop by to pick up my mock up lines to go somewhere else, and they tell me that they had been thrown away.....So now i am about 2 months from the date that the lines were dropped off and not only do i not have my new lines, but i also dont have any mock ups to provide get my lines done somewhere else.I use to always use these guys, and loved their work and quick turnaround, but absolutely refuse to purchase anything from them ever again, and hope that you do the same, as there are plenty of other shops in the area to support!

Pirtek had me waiting once again had this problem with mhf and yet once again hydraulic hose ambulance saved the day they didnt even ask questions just came and fixed my bobcat had me working in no time what a piece of mind with these guys they had everything fully stocked and ready to go..will never use nobody else thanks guys!!!
