Been following this ice cream truck and their lovely team around town for many of their events and today their owner Tanisha went truly above and beyond to make an anniversary of mine special. She took the extra time today, even though their shop was closed after a long previous day of serving it up at the Space Coast Music Festival, to make a pint of Apollo Pistachio Crunch (our fave!). Tanisha and her whole team truly make an effort to serve the community and always put a smile on our faces!

Wow wow wow!!!What a FABULOUS idea and treat. You came to Del Webb and ROCKED OUR WORLD. Great Selection, Quality products, reasonable pricing. You were the talk of the town. Well sub division. Got to meet the owner afterwards. Even the staffing was over the top friendly. Took a little time to make but WELL WORTH WAITING FOR!!!

We discovered Cosmos Ice cream truck at the Strawberry Festival in Palm Coast FL and absolutely fell in love with some of the best ice cream we have ever had! The pistachio ice cream was DIVINE! The strawberry ice cream was AMAZING! Everyone we talked to said the same. This was hands down the BEST ice cream any of us have ever had! The truck is super cool! We enjoyed the views sitting up top. And the owner is the most down to earth, sweetest lady ever who is just tickled to hear you rave about her creations! If you want to support disabled owned, or veteran owned or woman owned you can knock out three or four birds with one stone and support one of the coolest businesses out there with some of the best ice cream around. I rarely take the time to write reviews but I’ve had this on my to do list for a while! My kids loved it! My parents loved it! I loved it! It was PHENOMENAL! I’m sad we moved so far away now we won’t be able to come back again soon. :( Next time we’re back in FL though we are definitely tracking them down for more! :)

Absolutely loved this place! We visited the shop and got peanut butter ice cream with Reese cups mixed in and the specialty flavor, apple pie asteroid. They were both so good, but i especially loved the apple pie asteroid. I also loved that they used liquid nitrogen which provided a cool experience as a guest. Hoping to visit the truck sometime when Im back in the area.

I had the space cream ice cream but instead of strawberry drizzle I got the heath bar drizzle which made all of it soon much better in general. I mostly enjoy the atmosphere and how neon and electric it feels especially the design of the truck seeming to look like a bus more than a truck. Ive seen them before but never bought any ice cream from them because I wasnt open to getting any from them. But after finding where there store was on complete accident and the fact that their ice cream is delish, I recommend going there. I wouldve spent 5 dollars for that small tbh, its that good.

Amazing! The Cookies & Cream Crater is one of the best ice creams they sell. Friendly staff! Definitely check it out!

This was our first visit to Cosmos Ice Cream and it wont be our last!We had four different Speciality flavors, Dulche De Liftoff, The Black Hole, Hubble Bubble, and the Cosmic Unicorn. Each flavor was a delicious treat.The ice cream has a distinct texture from the nitrogen that was enjoyable. It became very creamy near the end as it melted.We will certainly be back in the future to try additional flavors. Its worth the drive to the shop or the Giant truck when it is at events. Thank you Cosmos!!

Fresh ice cream with custom toppings in minutes, what could be better? Also tried some amazing sorbet. Now that they have a store, we can get ice cream all the time. Friendly staff. Stop by and try it out at the store or at their bus.

This was my daughter and I first time visiting cosmo ice cream and it won’t be our last. The atmosphere is very friendly and the selection of ice cream are amazing we definitely enjoyed our frozen treats. If your in the rockledge area please stop by cosmo ice cream you won’t be disappointed

COSMOS NITROGEN ICE CREAM TRUCK HAS CHANGED THE GAME!!!! Me and my little sister literally try to find out where Cosmos is going to be each weekend so we can get some of their good ole ice cream. The bus lights up and the fact that you can sit on this double-decker and eat your ice cream after ordering makes it so family friendly! Bring your family to Cosmos!!

Best ice cream :) They were so generous to come to Patrick Air Force Base and give out free ice cream to all of the military families, this is an amazing family and the best ice cream!! Will definitely have it again if I see them at another event.
