I came in with some exceptionally ancient plumbing hardware that had stopped working (shower wouldnt turn all the way off.) The person that helped me took a lot of time trying to figure out if there was a replacement available and then helped me with a temporary fix since there was not. I will absolutely use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing materials.
They had the tub I needed when none of the big box stores did.

This is the worst Plumbing experience I have ever had I have been in the business for 40 years a promise me the equipment and 10 days its been 22 days now I still havent got my Plumbing equipment. Cannot I put the tile on the wall. Cannot get a good answer out of these people. These people need to go up to Jacksonville and see how business is done because they do not handle their business at all theyll sell you a product but then they cant get it to you in a timely manner

I bought a Toto toilet from Shelly. I did not know much about this product but left the showroom with much knowledge and understanding. It was a pleasure doing business with him and this company.
We took on a big challenge to remodel 2 bathrooms at the same time. We stopped by the big box home stores and did not find anyone that could help us or knew all the things we needed. We knew what we wanted to do but did not have knowledge of what it entailed. Then we went to Aqua-Draulics Plumbing Supply in Rockledge and ran into Shelly. They have a beautiful showroom and samples of some of the most unique hardware, plumbing needs anywhere. Shelly was amazing. After we decided our direction, he put together everything. We would have been lost without his expertise.Yes there were hiccups as there is with any project this large, but Shelly always found a way to work through them. We have also discovered there is a quality difference even in the same manufacturer between what is offered at the big box stores and high quality plumbing supply houses. The big box stores have items made to their specifications to meet a certain price points that is not the same as other products in the line. .
