The staff was super friendly and the place is really nice, however, I would definitely double check on their prices. I bought some rock and found out that it was grossly over priced. Unfortunately for me I didn’t do the research I just went there because I’ve bought plants from them before and figured what the hell. I got twice the amount somewhere else for almost half the price. Just beware before buying rock from them!

LOVE this place! Found it on a whim and boy do they have a variety for outdoor décor, and their plants are beautiful and healthy! I spoke with both Karen about outdoor pots and décor, and I spoke with Aaron about plants which he was extremely knowledgeable about. If you have questions, they will have the answers for you. There is also every type of stone and pebble there you could want. Great place, reasonable prices...highly recommended! Love my Metal Art Sun that I bought and my Orange Ixora! I will definitely be back soon! Thank you again!

If I could leave no stars, I would. Anyone who treats their staff (and customers) the way this owner does shouldn’t still be in business. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I can’t NOT for this experience. The sweet lady, Shelley, showed me exactly how to measure the needs of my project for one of my investment properties. I returned and she calculated all of my needs and gave me my totals and I was ready to check out. The “installer,” who I learned turned out to be the owner, then approached and tried to talk me into buying a different size, then in front of me told the staffmember that she’s to bill me for labor of six buckets even though it was only three. She was just as confused as I was yet was so kind to him. He spoke to her like she was a dog and walked away saying “I’m sorry, we can’t help you.” The woman was on the verge of tears at him and I felt so bad for her! Before this, I heard him speaking with another staff very rudely with no concern of customers able to hear. I tipped the woman $40 and told her I’m sorry she has to work for such a character, and apologized she lost her commission. Today I needed to spend about $1,100 but my ex-husband and I have spent close to $20,000 here in the last five year on a single job. I have multiple properties going for work that I would like to use LD for, but I refuse to partner with a business who treats their staff and customers the way this owner does!

Trust the negative reviews ... I didn’t and it ended up costing me $500 and a pile of rock I can’t use. We ordered 1/2in granite gravel. They delivered 2-3in stone refused to pick it and bring the right stone unless I paid them $130. Seems they do this often as he laughed when I said I would dispute with my CC as he said “good luck many have tried before with no luck”. When I asked in a few groups on FB about them lots of horror stories . Please don’t make my mistake .

I had never been to Landscape Depot until a few weeks ago. I am doing a DIY project and knew nothing about the process when I decided to do it. I had done some research prior to going to Landscape Depot so I knew a little at that point. Cindee was the lady who helped me and was extremely helpful. I had some ideas of how I would do the project and she assisted me in determining the best price. She was very friendly. I’m nice I made the decision to order my supplies from them I called her back and once again she was very helpful. I placed my order. I wanted to change my order and have it delivered sooner but was sure this would not be an option since I wanted it next week. I called back this morning and the man who answered was able to accommodate my request and also even made sure I was ordering enough based on my size of area I was working with, which was reassuring. For me, customer service is huge! I give them an A+ for sure. Now I just wait for my delivery and start my project :) Thank you Landscape Depot!

We were very pleased they have the best selection & prices, will drill a hole in the large rock & offered affordable delivery charge. Rocks cost a lot but a nice young man helped me get and load my big boulders into my vehicle.

I have been using this place for years - they are terrific! I usually need soil or rocks delivered, but you can also buy rocks/mulch/soil in bags from them. The staff throughout the place is helpful and polite. They even have plants and beautiful ceramic pots now. If you need anything in a large quantity (or cant find what you want at the large home stores), be sure to visit this place.

Great place! Friendly, helpful staff. We bought palm trees a while back and they are very lush and healthy. We recently bought crotons and other landscape plants that are nicer and less expensive than Home Depot or Rockledge Gardens.

Just stopped by Landscape Depot- it was always a great place, but they’ve taken it up to a new level! Incredible selection of plants, clearly labeled, and not a weed to be found anywhere. 1st I wanna start by saying this is probly my 1st review Ive ever done. This place has An outstanding staff and is very knowledgeable of the products they have and the services they can provide. This was my 1st time there the top soil I got to build my garden beds was great and the plan set me in my wife bought were absolutely amazing and super healthy. Lied to me over the phone for 2 months.I went there to look around for other options (same day I called in and was lied to) and they had the materials I was looking for.Eventually found a way to purchase some of the material after a very incoherent discussion with the person at the cash register.Found the same stuff down the street at a better price.Been shopping here for years, but it’s not worth it anymore, this place has lost my business for good.

I cant speak for the experience of others who have left comments, but I was very happy with the service and help I received. Even after reading the reviews, I went there because I feel they have amongst the biggest and most varied selection of GARDEN STATUES. And I felt the prices were reasonable. Within a minute or two of starting to look, Aaron came over and asked whether he could help me. I talked about what I was looking for and got his opinions on specific Asian pieces. Then Shaun (ex-USAF) came over to assist. I joked around with the three of them, made my selections (x3), and they carefully loaded the pieces into my car for me. I ended up returning the following day for one more statue. I was approached for help within a few minutes by two other guys who were equally helpful and friendly (didnt get names--Jamaican?). Im sure Ill be returning!

We had a large amount of black granite rock delivered and installed along with border. We had a small hiccup at first but Ken came out and fixed everything. He made everything right and didnt leave until the job was 100% perfect. We are very happy with the end result and its looks beautiful.

I love these guys. They deliver exactly what they say they are delivering. They are also very good with giving pointers about landscaping and using rocks in your yard. They are great.

They don’t even deserve one star. Worst customer service in the business. Purchased a boulder including installation that I cancelled the same day. When i went in for a refund, they charged me a 10% restocking fee on INSTALLATION along with a rock that was still on the lot. They complained that they had to weigh it for me which costs a 10% fee. That should be there job to weigh a rock!! It felt like i was bothering them. Charging a restocking fee for delivery and installation should be illegal!! Rudest people in the business!! There are so many better options to purchase quality landscaping services. I wasted $50 to never EVER give them the $3000 landscaping budget allotted for my project. They didn’t care about my business. I would rather spend double the amount somewhere else than purchase anything from these people.

Best place to shop for all of your gardening needs. I wouldn’t go any place else. Great people also!. They have small rocks for landscaping in every color imaginable. Fountains, a nursery, ALL of your landscaping needs in one area. The place is a lot bigger than it looks from the road once you drive in.

Wonderful service with a great selection

We have only recently started using Landscape Depot and have been pleased each time so far. It is an interesting place and is bigger than it looks from the road. They have a lot of concrete statuary and fountains. The only thing that we have bought there so far has been some very specific and unique landscape rocks. They have a big selection of that type of material.

We purchased Coquina rock, were given a 10% military/first responder discount, and purchased 10 yards with free delivery within 10 miles. Paid for it, arranged for the delivery. Beware! They insisted we pay $55 to the delivery person, we ended up doing so because we needed the rock that day. They ended up only delivering 7 yards - we cancelled the other 3. Not reliable, and adding on extra charges after the fact is bad business.

I was looking for a few pretty rocks to do some landscaping with. One if the workers, Mario, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I got all the rocks I needed with Marios help, and was on my way quickly. There were really great rocks to choose from. I love wandering around this place, you can get some great ideas from their cool displays.

Customer service is not good. We ordered pavers and called many times to get an update and would be told someone would call us back and never did. Finally I found one person to find out a timeline on our pavers. I am also Not happy with the way they rip people off here. If you do not buy a full bucket you’re wasting your money! They charge a high price for a half bucket and if you find out you need another half bucket you still pay that outstanding price.

These folks dont help. Mollie took all my information and promised a quote. It has been 2 weeks and no sign of a quote. If you call there is no answer. I should have known better. I wanted help and one of the employees were tinkering with plants and didnt even try to acknowledge me when I asked for help. Mollie is the one that took all my information and didnt get back to me.The only positive is their plants are priced lower than most of the places around here. However that is about it.

Unprofessional, uninformed, and unhelpful. I placed an order for pavers and the Depot charged my card before confirming that the color I wanted was actually in stock. It wasnt. Then, when I cancelled the order (which never should have been made) I was charged a cancellation fee. When I objected that if I hadnt been led to believe the color I wanted was in stock, I wouldnt have made the order, the employee rudely responded, Sorry you got bad information and took it like the gospel. Funny, I thought businesses should be well-informed about the products they sell. Save yourself some time and money; go straight to the manufacturer.

I needed a yard of stone but was worried about damaging my truck. I wanted to make 2 trips with .5 yard loads to save money but was told no. The young lady at the counter assured me my truck was safe. In the many years Ive been here, Ive never damaged a truck, youre truck is very safe. Although skeptical, I trusted her and this business. The fellow that loaded me up pulled up to my truck and with the bucket of his loader about a foot higher than my cab, DUMPED the entire load with no ease. Rocks landed on my roof and even rolled across it, along with hitting my tailgate. Once he started dumping, nothing you can do! I went home and looked at the damage to my roof and tailgate finding 7 pressure dents in the cab and 6 chips in my tailgate. I called the store and was told Molly or Sean would call me back...never got a call. I got an estimate, $1000 and called the store no call back. Took me 4 tries to get Sean on the phone. He pulled the video, discussed with the owner and told me the loader was within his company guidelines he was only 8 inches over my cab, sorry, I signed a waiver. I HAD SIGNED NOT A WAIVER! I pleaded for Sean to let me speak to the owner, HE REFUSED TO EVEN GIVE ME HIS NAME! After waiting another week, I was able to get Sean on the phone again and he offered me $500 in store credit for the $1000 damage to my truck...best offer. These are the facts, shop at this store if you dare! Last comment, Sean was personable and respectful our entire conversation which helped a little. Sean, thank you for that!

I went there and ordered 2 plants and the girl found the ones that I needed and put the information into the computer. She said they should come in the following week. I called to follow up and was told they would call me back. Never received a call. I called again several weeks later to see if the plants came in, but they didn’t even know what plants they were supposed to order even though I saw her put the information in the computer when I ordered them initially. The plants were never ordered. I told them I would get them elsewhere. So frustrating. Don’t recommend.

I had to call 3-4 times in order to get someone to actually talk to me on the phone about getting a quote. Then I was able to get them to make an appointment to see Mollie. THe appointment was very nice, she had a lot of great ideas and i felt confident that my yard would look how i wanted. She came out to the house and took measurements. Told me she would have a plan and quote for me in a few days. Its been about 3 weeks now. I have called 2-3 times (and told that they get over 300 calls a day and are busy but will get back to me when they can) and emailed twice. My last email was to say I would still accept a quote from them, but i was taking my business elsewhere. Still havent heard back. I would recommend taking your business to someone who seems like they want it. Over 6 weeks later and i am still no closer to the backyard escape I was promised.

We have dealt with Landscape Depot on many occasions over the years. We have watched them grow into a good sized business. They have always been helpful and courteous to us. I do not know how the negative comment get posted unless they are competitors trying to take away from their business. I would pay little attention to them and give Landscape Depot a try and get your own experience.

Untrustworthy rip offs

This place has an excellent selection of outdoor decorations, especially water scapes. The staff is very helpful and they have a designer who will visit, listen to your ideas, and help bring them to reality that works for your property and budget. I have purchased a few items and am now planning a fountain/foliage landscape for the pool.

Looks like they have a nice selection, apparently its a luck based system though. They only restock their pick aisle once all of it is gone apparently so if you show up at the wrong time they just tell you to wait a few days. Good place to go if you are doing a full patio but I wouldnt reccomend if you are trying to build a walking path. There minimum purchase size to get them to open a new bundle is 500lbs. Seems like a good place but driven towards contractors, not homeowners

Everyone at Landscape Depot were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I went in to just get some mulch but left with that plus a fountain, a really unique colorful clay lizard and a couple of plants. The place was busy with other customers but the staff really took their time with me and answered all my questions. I will be back to buy more soon.

Im writing this Revision cause it is Well earned. I recently had Pavers put in My driveway and backyard. At first, with looking at it done, I was so Pleaseduntil I took a closer look, Keep in mind that I am a Perfectionist. After bringing these issues up, there were set backs due to Materials and Rain. After All was said and done, Molly had Her Guys out there addressing each and every issue. The Guys were Very Particular in every Detail, I havent given Anyone a 5 Star Review cause No One is Perfect, but after All was said and done, Im Very Pleased with the Work. Was really excited when I found this place, had great selection and decent prices. But last time I was in I asked a Women what the price was on a few items, and she rudely asked are you actually going to buy anything, or are you just asking how much everything is . I will still go in but definitely not my go to place anymore

This place is a joke. Told me my fountain was in, then later said it wasn’t. Now it’s supposed to be in again, but they can’t seem to get it on the delivery schedule. I was previously told by Matt that they would do the install for free because of the difficulties, then Mike said that Matt didn’t have the authority to do so. This thing was supposed to be delivered in July. It is October now, and still no fountain. I have called 6 times and stopped in 3 times trying to resolve this over the last month. I don’t know how they stay in business. I will buy elsewhere.

They do not honor written contracts. Contract signed for install of ground cover and limerock, install brown river rock, dirt removal. Paid them to deliver rocks and dig the area for install. Upon arrival I received a call from the office and they said that they would have to charge more for the removal of the dirt. Sean did state the person that wrote the signed agreement was not authorized to give the prices we received. What a ripoff since they wanted to charge from $600 to $1000 more for removal of the dirt.

After going to a local competitor, we went with Landscape Depot. We had three buckets of small river rock installed in the back yard. They put down the weed barrier and then gave us the rest of the roll. They said its ours since we purchased a whole roll. Wow, honesty. How refreshing these days. As they finished leveling the rocks, they asked how we liked it. They did a great job and it turned out just like we wanted.Since we went in with our own measurements, they showed up with an extra bucket of rocks just incase we fell short. I was expecting to hear that they would be needed and it would be more money. When they were 3/4 done, I asked how it was going and he told me that my measurements were right on and 3 buckets would be just right. Again, honesty. He explained that too often they get to a job and the original measurements were incorrect for various reasons. I can only guess how frustrating this would be for both parties.We got a phone call in the morning letting us know what time they would be here and a call just when they left the store. Everything was handled very professionally.

Warning: Do not buy their certified potting mix/solution. This stuff is absolute garbage, its dense and compacted with who knows what additives. Outright kills all plants it comes in contact with, no matter size or variety. Youre better off with sugar sand. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Couldnt make a stronger comment about avoiding this place. I called with some basic questions about mulch only to be insulted by the man answering the phone. When you make a comment like, you shouldve paid more attention in math class when you were in school. is not something anyone should ever say to a customer. I called back using their phone directory attempting to speak to the manager or owner when a woman answered who claimed to be both, again being extremely rude, even after I stated that I was calling to try to share something with the manager about a customer service issue that I thought might benefit the owner. At that point, I gave up. I would NEVER do business with this company. I either feel sorry for the owner if hes as rude as the other reviewer mentioned or I hope this review makes its way back to him. Hes at least got some house cleaning to do. In the mean time, Id stay away. Wow, unbelievable.

Ive toured the facility in US 1 south of Rockledge ... Nice facility .. HOWEVER if you want service youve come to the wrong place. I would NOT recommend them do anything .. I called their Manager Mollie 3 different time and left a messages but never receives a return call .. on the 4th time I called one of the employees said set an appointment to have someone come to my home and bid the job .. She never showed up ... NOT a reliable practice for any business.I say Again I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO DO ANYTHING!

Came by twice and called. Tracked Molly down in the garden and made an appointment. She never showed or called. When I called to check, Sean said she was not coming. When I started to explain my concerns, he hung up.

Stay away from this company. Visited their store 3 times during the past 6 months for quotes on installing paver. Every time they say they will have someone call me for scheduling but they never called. The last time Molly fixed a time to come but never showed up. No phone calls. This is the worst company and people I have ever encountered. Avoid them at all costs!!

We have Lived here in Brevard County for over 37+ years. Weve been in this place a few times. Over a week ago, I stopped in because we need someone to landscape an area I assume is too small for them, but as I read So many Other Reviews, Consistently, dont think that wouldve mattered. Living in Suntree this place is Close, so I Assumed if she said shed be there & Did Officially write IT on Her Notepad....This was a week after Id stopped IN, she told me she had another Estimate to do close to me so We agreed on the day & time, she DID have my # to be Professional & you know, another Obvious lacking Trait here, Courteous..So, my husband & I Both put off other things we were going to do since This was also On OUR Schedule..Hum, ok, so we wait, because she said After 2 last Thursday, today is Monday, we never heard one word, no calls to say..Well, something came up or you know what? Couldve just said they didnt want to Estimate a Job that was only about 300 sq. However, wed have been Willing & Able to PAY for this Landscape, but as close as they are, We Will Never Attempt to try again. We Have Purchased over few years, rocks for our Curbed areas, which are substantial, but no more. Ill try Aurora & Rockledge or others Ive seen mentioned in some of these Reviews that Shouldve been WARNINGS, to Not Waste OUR Time, since it means Something to US. We Have Better things to do with Our Time..Very Disrespectful, Totally Unprofessional & just plain Rude I See as Their PATTERN for a number of Years..Biz must be too good..Well, that does Run Out..Repeat biz is more important as is Word of Mouth. They Should Remember that.

I ordered the wrong item and when delivered they accepted the return and immediately went back got the right item and delivered it. It was my error and their customer service was exemplary! Highly recommend.
