Theyre friendly and always willing to work with you. I was on my last port-able tank when a situation arose that prevented me from being home for a delivery the next day. Although due to close in 10 minutes, they delivered 3 tanks (I asked for 2), checked my supplies & wished me luck. Another time, I dropped in to get an item that I forgot to order. They got me what I needed, told me I couldve asked them to come back, etc. Again, courteous & efficient, and took just a few min-utes. This is a normal with them, always efficient & friendly.

Have dealt with Rockledge office for 7 years, always difficult. I needed a new CPAP and turned in all paperwork (4/12/19), was told twice that they had all they needed(7/1/19) and (10/2/19). I left town in July and AHP said that we would get the new machine in Sept. Meanwhile they cancelled my account. In Sep we again made sure they had everything. On (10/8/19 )they cancelled my appointment for CPAP saying they didnt have the paperwork. WTF.

The Rockledge office is great. However, the customer service line that you call is the worst I have ever dealt with. Each month, the order is placed by myself, which they are supposed to call to inform you that it is time for replacement products. That has never happened and its been 7 months. They tell you 3-5 days but always have to call back because still not there in 11 days. A phone rep told me that it was because of insurance so I got my insurance on the phone and we did a conference call to let them know I was fully covered. They swear they never said it was insurance. but 16 days later I finally received my replacements. Worst I have ever had to deal with.

UPDATE:THE PSYCHO CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE FROM NASHVILLE HAS BEEN STALKING ME. SHE HAS CALLED MY CELLPHONE REPEATEDLY, BEEN AGRESSIVE REGARDING ME CHANGING COMPANIES. BEWARE OF GIVING THESE PEOPLE YOUR INFORMATION.I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.Worst Customer service I have ever experienced. If you can possibly get your supplies, do so. If you ever have to call people in Nashville, be prepared to be insulted, called a liar, and have to do all the work.

I have been working with this company for about a year. Worse customer service. They dont even have decency to let you know if there is a problem with your order . No one knows what they are talking about and give all wrong info. So glad new insurance has new supplier .
