We were in need of a new dishwasher. Since the pandemic, ordering from a large box store would take up to 3 months for delivery. We needed one sooner. Thankfully we found Simple Appliance in Rocklin. We were met by Jared who was very informative and professional. Without skipping a beat, he asked if we would like the item delivered same day. Simple appliance delivered within the hour. Their driver and installer Jose was AMAZING! He installed and removed the old dishwasher and took it away! The dishwasher (although previously a return) is working wonderfully! It even dries the dishes! Great product! If you need appliances NOW, you wont go wrong shopping with this company! I only wish they didnt call themselves Simple because they are so much more than that!

Simple Appliance was so convenient! We were able to pick a new refrigerator and have same day delivery! They had a great selection and were very easy to work with. They updated us via text on delivery times and there was no fuss. We’ll definitely buy from them again. It’s a family owned business and the price is right! Such a great deal!

I had seen their advertising on FB market place while looking for a stove/range so I decided to go check them out. Jared was a huge help. I found the range I wanted, the price was great and so was the delivery. Jose who delivered was really so helpful. He tested all aspects of the range to make sure all was working and showing me all the features. All in all I had a much more helpful and personal shopping experience than any of the big box stores.

We bought a Refrigerator and Spencer and Ryan were awesome. Initially we wanted one for the garage but it was too nice so we put it in the house.It never got cold and I texted Spencer that night and they came the next day and replaced it. We’re really pleased with our fridge purchase also. We looked at all the inventory and found a brand new slightly dented model that happened to be damaged only where it didn’t show so it didn’t matter. Highly recommend! Awesome experience! Our dryer randomly just stopped working one day. Of course what a great time for this to happen, since all the stores are closed and we are under a stay in place order. Well luckily for me I was able to get in touch with Spencer with Simple Appliance within an hour of my dryer dying. Spencer sent me images and specs of dryers they had available. We purchased one at a great price and he even made sure it was delivered to us within a few hours! I called Simple Appliance after asking about stove and microwave options late last night on Facebook Market because weve been wanting a new range and our microwave just died. Jared answered all of my questions and gave us an excellent deal on a LG 5 Burner and matching Microwave. We live in Santa Rosa and got an excellent deal on delivery and installation.Jose delivered the new appliances a half hour earlier than expected and skillfully installed and leveled the stove. We had a little issue with the 5th burner lighting, which he easily resolved. He even set the time on the Range and Microwave.Will I call on Simple Appliance again? You bet, we are now thinking about replacing the old dishwasher with a new LG and Ill be calling them again! I definitely recommend calling them if you live in the North Bay, dont hesitate due to the distance...Well, got to go now... time to test this guy out and cook some dinner!

I wish I could say the same but that has not been my experience. My girlfriend and I came in for them to not have the set they promised. They told us the set would be in and that it would be delivered the next day where I was supposed to recieve photos that I never received...mind you I have a $2700 approval that I received before I went in on Friday and he had been sent the approval...for them sell it out from under me on Saturday..I go in on Sunday and wait because it was busy so we are talking and another person walks in where he starts talking to them instead of me after waiting my turn. I give them one more chance I recieved a text earlier in the morning I asked for pics and model numbers which he swore I had but he had sent them to my girlfriend and not me. He told me in the text conversation he would be holding the set till the end of the day for me. Around 3ish I received a text saying he again sold them out from under me...So explain why you would want to do local business with that...you wouldnt!!!!

All purchased items come with a warranty. About my experience with my purchase: I bought matching used washer and dryer and a new over stove microwave. All items were installed and my old items were promptly removed for my convenience. I did encounter unforeseen issues with experience though the staff at Simple Appliance kept me well informed to handle issues in a timely fashion. If you would like to shop locally and support small business and get the quality of service and fair pricing rather than big buck warehouse for new appliances or risk used from Facebook Marketplace/Craigslist/etc and install/deliver yourself give these guys a shot. I will be a return customer for future needs and recommend others to check Simple Appliance out as a more convenient and trustworthy option.
