I bought my kidder comp ski from Pat over 30 years ago and I am still skiing on it at 63 years old and still love it. Just bought new gloves from them and boy do they help you on the starts.

Patrick Kenelly and his team will do absolutely everything to provide you with the most knowledgeable, professional and customer oriented guidance through any doubt, question or service you may need. They are simply amazing in listening to you and find out the proper solution or recommendation. I wish there many other companies their values. For anything related to the Water World, do not look anywhere else, just call them, explain what you need or what you are looking for and just expect to get the best advice/recommendation. Horrible experience. Ordered HO hardshell boot on a Friday. Got a call from the store on Monday at 5pm telling me they were now out of stock due to high sales over the weekend. When I asked why they didnt pull my order on Friday and waited until Monday, I was told it was due to high sales over the weekend. It was obvious to me that they waited to pull my order and ship it until Monday instead of pulling it on Friday when I ordered it. Very disappointing.

Pat is great. He knows his stuff and he has helped me with the purchase of many tournament skis over the years. Hes always willing to work with us for special setups and we leave knowing we got a competitive deal and were able to benefit from his many years of experience. Hes also been good about exchanges if something is not working for us which is often not true of the online stores. There is a reason Pat has been able to make a go of his shop in that same location for all these years. Hes the best around!

I thought the people at Water Ski World were very helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me great advice in purchasing a new ski, and I am very happy with it. Their prices were also very comparable to online stores. The store has a small store feel, but they still had a really good selection and prices. Overall, my experience was very good and I would definitely return there and recommend it to friends.

This is a review from an out-of-town (South America) shopper. All staff went the extra mile to help me find the right size wetsuit for my cousin. I went shopping at the store while on vacation. I was looking for wetsuit and other gifts my young cousin and other relatives. I could not see the difference between mens and womens wetsuits because they looked the same. I saw a sunburned sales person there about 18 years old who was about the same height and size as my 15 year old cousin. Even though he was painfully sunburned, he agreed to try on the wetsuit to make sure it fit before he sold it to me, and he made sure it was a mens wetsuit, not womens.When it came time to pay, all my credit/debit cards were from South America. Patrick Kennelly, the older man who owns the store, was friendly and helpful to try different cards until he found one that accepted. I got my shopping done. No other store would have done this for me.
