Nothing necessarily bad as I gave it 3 stars. Its suppliers who are struggling with product availability. I actually had to go to stores in 3 different locations to get the few items I was looking for. Nothing against Bel Air, I like the store, but it sucks having to go to several of them to get all your items.

My experience here was great the sushi I picked up for lunch was nice and fresh and delicious!, drinks were cold and refreshing the store was clean and outside was as well Great visit!

Always a pleasant experience. The boy and I peruse every aisle to give mom a break. He demands gold fish. Sometimes we eat them while perusing. Anything can happen.

I had ordered a cake here for my coworkers going away party and had a set time to pick it up at 7am. I arrived to pick up my cake and was told the designer was not in and it should be ready about 730am. I went in at that time and the designer was still not there. The guy in the bakery (forgot his name) but he was super apologetic and let me know that there was some miscommunication as to when the designer would actually be in. He refunded me half of what I paid for the cake, and continued to apologize. Even though I was late to work, they did a great job on the cake and this gentlemans customer service made up for the miscommunication. This store is by far still the best and I will continue to come here.

We went for cake....good choices, good cake and frosting.

Ive been using their curbside pickup service, and they go above and beyond to make sure my order is right. If they dont have an item, they call, even if I havent asked them to substitute. Theyre friendly, and theyve always been on time. Grocery stores are everywhere, the products are usually the same. Go here instead, because the service sets it apart.

For a chain store, this place has employee loyalty and longevity that makes it feel like a “Main Street” grocery spot. Great produce and clean atmosphere shows pride which is nice to see in the age of online shopping dominance.Everyone is efficient and there is a good neighborhood feel to this place. I live down the street and go here often for the quick trips. Bel Air can be pricier so I stay away for big shopping trips.Self checkout is monitored by competent and friendly staff at all times which is rare nowadays. Good store with a good vibe.

I enjoy shopping here. Produce is always very fresh, much better than Safeway. I was a dedicated Safeway shopper, but feel their produce quality went down hill and had been charged full price for items that were supposed to be on sale. Tried out Bel Air and have been happy ever since.

I have been shopping at this bill air since 1990 and they are still doing it right.

For the most part this location delivers quality food and great service atleast between 10am - 8pm. During the holidays my schedule change has had me visiting around 6 - 7am and I have been disappointed by the produce several times now. Moldy basil, obviously rotten/split tomatoes and rotting cilantro. This is serious disappointing as I dont have the opportunity to go in after they are better prepared for the day.I normally like buying my produce here instead of Winco or Safeway as the quality is normally better by a large margin but with what they offer in the morning I will just have to settle for one of their competitors for the time being.

I don’t like grocery store trips. I usually go to Whole Foods and COSTCO. But if I have to send a mail for find a specific brand of milk that we drink, I might come here.Store is clean and staff is courteous.

It is all good. Nothing unexpectedly bad, just doing what a bit of a upscale grocery store should do in a suburban neighborhood dominated by stucco homes. The emptiness still pervades and the pale taste of the suburbs lingers on the emotional pallet for a bit, but these people need to eat and shop too. Cant deny Bel Air a star for that.

I was at the store for same mail.My review is for Sandwich counter. I had one of the worst sandwich bread and wont order again specialy I never want my sandwich to be cut on that dirty cutting board.Please clean the cutting board everyday .

Always clean, the checkers here are always friendly. Having worked in grocery, it is a pet peeve of mine when cashiers continue private conversations with their baggers while checking out customers, but Ive never had that problem at this Bel Air!

The craft beer & ale selection is seriously lacking. I left without anything! Not even a Guinness to be had. Very sad.

Bel Air is a beautiful, clean store with many choices. I chose some pretty flowers for my mother (great sale) and also picked up their delicious chopped vegetable salad from the deli.

Sanitized everything, great selection and great service with local ties.

More products on the shelves everyday, friendly employees and it looks like theyre doing their best with the virus debacle with keeping up with disinfecting and distancing. Just remember, the employees dont make the rules, they just follow company policy.

Getting sick and tired of not getting half of my groceries when I do ecart. They used to update their website to only reflect the things that were in store. Now you go through online aisles, planning meals, only to get half your grocery order when u go pick it up, which makes ecart pointless if u have to go into another grocery store anyway to get the rest of your groceries. Will be using instacart and safeway from now on since safeway seems to adjust their stocked quantities accordingly to make sure they are not out of so many things every time

I am a Safeway guy, but this Bel Air gives my habits a run for their money! The staff is specifically what sets this store apart. Weather I am coming in first thing in the morning or 10 at night I am always greeted like a friend by the staff members. Even just going through self checkout, I am always asked if I found everything I needed, or it I need any assistance. Always love grocery shopping here where I feel like family!

Just went to the postal Station. Quick and efficient. Workers always friendly. It is always better than the Post Office.

This is one of my favorite grocery stores in Rocklin. Theyve got a wide selection of groceries and are well stocked with some of the more obscure items. The deli here is one of my favorite places to get food before a road trip and Id highly recommend it. Theyve also got a great selection of produce and different types of mayonnaise. I really enjoy this Bel Air and jump at the chance to shop here.

The place is on a downhill path. They have gone from an upscale Market to an unremarkable one. When I moved into the neighborhood over a decade ago the courtesy clerks would take the carts to your vehicle. That hasnt happened in years. And the personal grooming standards of the employees as also gone by the wayside.

It had been a while since I had been to this particular store. But it is still just as nice as always. The produce is always top notch the staff is always very very friendly and the selection is always great. As with all the rayleighs and Bel-Air my only complaint is going to be the price of some of the items but the quality is never never in question.

Best grocery store. Meat department great. Will do special cuts, sharpen knives. Pick up fresh prepared meals, deli always has good sides. Always great veggies and fruit. I run past the bakery, trying to ignore my favorite dept.

Easy, convenient and prices are in line with competing super markets. No membership card is needed to save on costs. There are self check out stands ads well.

Went in this morning for a quick sandwich, they were out so I asked if they could makes one and was informed theyre too busy in the morning. After collecting a quick sub the only way out was thru quick check. One of my products wasnt recognized so the told me I had to finish and then they would help me ring it up separately. Trying to check out, the machine kept asking for my rewards number, the lady there said oh Ill hit the red x for you... Very rude. Lots of stores in the area, I wont be back.

My go to store when you need something quick. They have good sales and the service is great.

Bel Air is and always been a clean and pleasant experience to shop at since I was a young child.

Convenient, clean, they offer some things I cant find elsewhere. Since they closed the Nob Hill in Pacific Grove, I look forward to visiting Bel Air when I go to Rocklin.

Grew up going to this grocery store and pharmacy. Friendly staff, store is always clean and well stocked. The pharmacy staff has always been so incredibly helpful and wonderful! The only thing is that in the last several months there have been new staff at the pharmacy and they are not quite as nice as the ladies that have been there for years.

Its down the street and it is convenient. Things are pricey, but good quality. I only go here if I absolutely need something. Win-Co is the better option, but its always crowded. Want to avoid the crowds, come here and shop!

Love Bel Air shopping centers. Uncluttered aisles that are actually stocked and the product is faced AND friendly staff.

Excellent grocery store with great produce and meat. E cart for pickup really makes shopping easy. $100 bill and there is no fee.

People say its expensive, but they have the best fruits/veggies, and meats; have good prices on a ton of foods I normally buy, and they have great $5 goods on Mondays... plus their pharmacists are on top of remembering what other meds your family members take and any contraindications. Not to mention the staff and Management teams are great.

Always clean with an outstanding deli and bakery dept. Items unique to them you cant find anywhere else. Love Rocklin Bel Air.

Pretty nice smaller natural-focused version of Raleys. All the grocery stores in Cali seem to be tiny so thats normal but it has a pretty cozy feel and a nice sausage selection.

As Bel Air Markets are already a bit over-priced, as well as have a very limited selection of groceries, it makes no sense to have this Bel Air, which is in a very upscale community, have the price gouging and low selection even worse. Find a better place to shop. Trust me.

The workers are always so nice, they run great sales especially their $5 Mondays, their bakery has a good selection of freshly made items like bagels and doughnuts. Inside they have an Atm, a peetvs coffee Cafe, a deli counter, a butcher counter with seafood, and a costumer service counter where you can purchase stamps or money orders.

Nice store. Clean and lines arent long. Parking lot is usually crowded but not bad.

Such great and friendly service by all staff. Enjoy seeing Johnny and his great big smile while shopping.
