Fantastic branch on all levels, staff are professional and friendly and always go the extra mile for their customers. I had a flat on the last trailer before I left the yard and nothing would stop the team until they found me a spare for that trailer then rushed to replace it and send me on my way. I tried to tip the guys but they refused saying it was not policy and they are there to ensure the customer is happy!. I always rent from here and they are consistently top class in every way, keep up the awesome job!

I recently rented a weed mower that ended up dying on me about 3 hours into the job. I dont blame UR for the machinery dying (it worked like a champ right up to that point), but they stepped up and took care of me. Would definitely rent from them again based on customer service.

As of about 6/2012 They were indeed open and I was able to rent a rotary hammer from them.

Have tried to call in for service and keep getting put on hold. I have waited an hour trying to get a hold of someone. Keeps saying I am first in line, please press 1 to stay on hold every minute. Its a joke

The guy who said this location is closed is completely wrong. This is NOT 560 Levy Road, Folsom, CA
