Extremely rude and inconsiderate. The business next door, primarily for children, parking lot was under construction. Instead of doing the neighborly thing and allowing people, potential customers, temporary parking she threatened to have them towed. No one was blocking or harming anything or parked near her business at all.If they treat people like this, if they cant help a fellow business next door in need.I feel sorry for their customers. No wonder the place was empty.

We just a had a wonderful top put on our bay boat. The customer service was phenomenal. They were fast with the job and showed us how to put it up and down. They answered all of our questions. 5/5. I would recommend them to anyone in the area wanting a quality top put on your boat.

High quality Covers. I bought one for my Majek 18. Affordable compared to having to pay for storage.

This is the most outrageously overpriced thing Ive ever seen. Two MINOR patch jobs he charged at $1000 each. Two small biminis at another $2500. This guy is running like 90% margins.And then on top of it, theyre absurdly slow and you have to follow up with them half a dozen times over 6 weeks to get them to actually do the work.I cant think of any circumstance in my life where Ive been more price gouged.Take your canvas work ANYWHERE else.

Thank you for the beautiful patio cushions. After almost 10 years it was time for a change on our patio. Canvas USA made both sets. I was very happy with the first cushions, they still look wonderful. (I gave them to my daughter. She is thrilled) It was just time for a color change. I would highly recommend Canvas USA because of the quality and outstanding service I received both times I ordered from them. My husband has their products on his boat and is very satisfied also.

A ray of sunshine!! Hurricane Harvey damaged or destroyed everything I own to include business and home. I left with my wife, my boat and a change of clothes. When I returned home all I had was what I left with. A couple months after the storm I decide to do something to lift our spirits and took my boat to the Hays family at Canvas USA. Absolutely a first class family! Even though their business was severely damaged as well as their home they were willing to take on my request of building me a complete tarp covering for my center console, leaning post/seat, and engine cover, and also a folding top. They recovered my seat and backrest as well as the seat over my livewell and made a backrest for it that was far better than what came from the factory. I brought them a used boat and left with a SHOW BOAT. The fact that these people were going through the same devastation that I was going through and still do the job they did is nothing short of amazing. Beautiful work at a great price. Thanks guys!! Went to try get some shade for my boat cant add a top because of height of boat. They had a great way to give me shade and made a cover that attached to burn bar and rail of fishing platform.I thought price was high till I saw it. Its double stiched and heavy duty straps to hold up in Rockport wind. I am very happy with quality and price.

Absolutely the worst service, the worst quality, and then totally ripped off with pricing. If I had a sofa done at the same pricing they charged for three small items, two bolsters seat and a 32 inch seat back, I would have to pay, based on square inches of surface, over $ 65,000. Does this tell you all you need to know. Stay away......

Terrible experience. I put down a $200 deposit and the manager/owner said that should cover the cost of the cushion. When I went to pick it up (three weeks past the promise date) they charged me $526. For one cushion. Total rip off.
