It was very helpful Im a disabled vet they got me a scooter they had dozens of them charged and ready to go!

Best WalMart I think I have been to yet. No crowds and they were NOT low on stock like so many other WalMarts lately. Ill be going back to this one as long as we are in town?

I was pleasantly surprised to see multiple check out open. Thats the first time, in a very long time. It made checking out alot quicker and easier.

Of all the Walmarts... This is not a dis on the staff as they are always friendly and helpful if I approach. This store has NOTHING! Very little selection, not at all a super center. I am not talking about fewer options to chose for a plant hanger. They dont have plant hangers. I went back a few times thinking they were out. This is the case for other items I have looked for such as drinking glasses that are glass. NOT ONE!

Sam Walton would be disappointed to see how his namesake chain has morphed. Friendly, older greeters have been dismissed. Almost all check-out registers are self-serve. It is very difficult to find a sales associate in any department to assist you.

Employees have good customer service, they greet you as you come Into the store, they thank you for shopping at there store as you leave. Very courteous. They deserve a raise!

It is Walmart. Low quality for the less discriminating shopper.All the usual weird stuff happens including no masks, big fatties in PJs, depressed looks on peoples faces...Not my favorite place.Same prices as the local grocery store so Ill go to the local store.

Always buy more than what I came for! Easy self check outs!

Except for not having any great value Colombian coffee or the large size corn oil the trip was good.

Its typical Walmart what else can be said? Other than the costumer service personal are less to be desired particularly the supervisor. They act as if they are being put out if you ask questions or you present a Walmart policy from the handbook and ask them to obide by it that really makes them less helpful. I think they forget that their title is costumer service.

Always love going to Walmart but as we see everywhere they dont have a lot of staff...

At least open more than one register if you aren’t taking cash at the self checkouts … no one minds following your rules if you made it easier to get in and out.

They had what I needed and were courteous.

I went in there to get a few things an I was all over the store there was a man in there an he flowed me all over then it made me nervous because I was already dealing with a death an I didnt needed to be sweated. So I walked right the heck out an havent made my mind up if I will go back

I, would like to thank a young gentleman named, Chase. Who, saw me struggling to get the last pk of 32 bottles of water ! I, believe he was off work, but he did tell me that he worked for Walmart . Garrison, the great greater . This gentleman amazed me ! I, noticed was wearing some type of oxygen device in his nose . Wow 😳 When it came to check out there was only one register opened with a human named, Dave ! Whats up with that WalMart ??? Dave, had been there all day, but he made me feel like I, was his first customer of the day❣️The only, bad thing is that, because you didnt have Fresh Pet in stock you lost my purchase and another customer that was there as well !

I liked the chicken bacon sandwich from there.

Idk who the older lady was at the service desk was but she needs to change her attitude and gain more knowledge of the system she is running. Getting snappy with me because Im asking questions is not ok!

Excellent customer service. Called they had 1 bag of crawfish left. And being from out of town we didnt know where else to go. The meat department put it on hold for us. It was a great experience.

Incompetent Emploees and poor management. This Carasell bagging system is stupid. Im done with Walmart and will never shop at another Walmart again.. Walmart is a scam. Shop at HEB or anywhere but Walmart...

Wal-Mart is a monopoly!!! Half the time they dont have what you need. You have to check out yourself after spending $200.+ I remember when the customers mattered.

They are great until theres a real emergency and then they take everything they have and throw it in the dumpster for insurance money it doesnt matter if the town needed it to survive theyre worried about their Almighty dollar they would let the entire town starve and theyve already proved it theres no relying on this Corporation in the event of a real disaster theyre not on your side

No cash accepted at the self-checkout stands and the lines at the only open Cash Lane was six carts deep! I dont like to visit there just when I have to ☹️

Great cool place even St different locations

This location has fell to its all time low making people wait with 1-2 checkouts available and has no change so Walmart is now forcing people to ROUND UP. This is why HEB is doing amazing because Walmart is poorly ran by the general manger very disappointed

Yes, WalMart in Rockport, TX. So convenient as this is a Super WalMart. They have basically everything you need. We bought some nice quality swim suits here. WalMart has been ramping and vamping up their clothing to be competive. So dont underestimate how nice their swimming wear are. The ones we got are by US Polo brand. I just cannot hate on the convenience and reliability of WalMart especially for out of towners.

Our first visit to this location. My wife and I were looking for some last minute items and we found them at this store. The only negative is we noticed that the display aisles were very narrow, just enough room for 2 shopping carts to pass each other.

I like the stuff they sell in this Walmart and ok prices.

I needed a fitbit versa 2 charger and the walmart app showed that they were in stock. The man working in electronics was no help. He went to a place where there were some other chargers but couldn’t find the one I needed. When I asked him if he could look it up in his inventory he said it would show the same thing as the app. (Which showed they had one). There was not an empty place for the item and there were no places for an item at the same price. He seemed liked he could care less. I will order on amazon.

Lots of handicap parking, people are very polite and honest, as someone found my cell phone that I misplaced & turned it in. Very happy about this Walmart.

Im just visiting this sweet lil town, an im VERY pleased with this Walmarts service. The employees here make shopping a pleasure . CLEAN AND ORGANIZED, EFFECIENT, AND THEY WERE NICE. Im thinking its contagious. 🤗

Very attentive staff and very reasonable pricing, I recently got a floor model air compressor for $30 when it was originally $130 .. definitely look for their rollback yellow stickers. Itll save you a bunch

Nooooo one at the sporting goods counter for a while. Found some cranky older gentleman and he told me to push the button. Then was overcharged for a reprint of my license. Should have been better prepared on my part but still.

Walmart always has what you need, except jackets. Very difficult to find one for myself and the kids but it is almost summer so its to be expected. Sizes for the adults vary and are sometimes not accurate. So double check before you buy and leave!

Very clean and was able to find everything I needed. Did have to wait about 15 minutes for someone to help us get a fishing license. However, employee apologized.

If I could give no stars I would aren’t we in 2021 not the 60’s. Me and my Mexican husband and 3 small children could not believe how we were treated by the 2 employees at the self checkout center smh stood right behind me and stared at us like we were going to do something wrong. Unbelievable how Walmart allows the white employees to treat guests to there Walmart.

Too bad some things just have to be had at Wally world. Not one checker working all self- checkout. After a long day who wants to be put to work scanning your groceries! Yellow vests were little help. Just need to avoid Walmart all together.

Well stocked clean store. Would have gotten 5 stars but they only have 1 or sometimes 2 full checkout lanes open. I hate using self checkout and refuse to use them unless I have too

Food was really good, service was slow and it was pricy. The atmosphere right on the bay was wonderful.

Typical Walmart, with the exception of the pharmacy. We were getting prescription transfered from another out of state Walmart, while visiting here. The staff were exemplary and went above and beyond insuring that the order was filled properly and in a timely manner. KUDOS!!

Wish they had more than 1 cashier in the mornings. The machines get really busy and get people in line then only 1 register open with a line there . Other than that its a great place to get whatever you need. I mean around 9AM and 11AM if you purchase a phone on their Walmart family plan they will not help you get it all set up they say theyre not allowed or that the person that might be able to help you is not there every excuse possible not to help you.
