There are limited choices in Rockport for furniture and they have the largest selection. Be prepared to be followed around even if you tell them you are just browsing. It is a rather uncomfortable experience trying to look and discuss with your spouse while someone lurks right behind you and interjects into your private discussion. We did end up buying and the furniture is really great quality, but the process was not equal to that. They didnt disclose the 100 delivery fee before scheduling the delivery and kept saying how nice it would be if we tipped the delivery team. They mean well I am sure, but customers need space to think and full price Disclosure is a must.

Going out of business sale. Everything was fine but we were there 30 minutes looking around and trying out lifting recliners. No staff ever greeted us...I believe they were with other customers though. Sad to see them closing.

The salesman at Wilcox Furniture was very helpful. I believe his name was Tony. I bought my wife a new coffee table for Christmas 2020. The coffee table is one of the coffee tables that raise up so it is easier to sit your beverage on.

They have nice stuff prices are about like anywhere else but if you dont buy your extended warranty thru them, they dont back what they sell. I got a washer and dryer only 3 mths ago. They told me to call the manufacturer since I didnt get my extended warranty thru them. Thats just wrong.

Good service but since we really needed a new mattress they really didnt need to sell us so hard. First we were told we would get pillows with this high end mattress but after we bought it we were told we only got them if we bought the whole set. Its not a big thing but it seems a little deceptive.
