Had an issue with ACE rewards points. Pete the manager took time and resolved this issue, this store and employees are always ready to help you find something or deal with any issues you may have. I would have rated this store 5 stars but they do not have a discount for VETERANS. They do offer double points for VETS though. In my opinion that would only help those that shop with ace on a daily basis.

Wow. Walked in this place and found all kind of good stuff. From hardware, camping, fishing, boating, home decor, clothes..... Was impressed for a hardware store. Nice one stop shop.

I love this place! The people here are amazing! They all know where everything is in their store, anytime I need something there is an associate there to help. Very knowledgeable about what they have and where things are at. Everyone is always so polite and pleasant. You can tell that they take pride in what they do. The store is always clean and well organized. There is a huge selection of hardware, tools, fishing, household goods, kitchen appliances and goods, Stihl products, Traeger grills and any kind of grill item you would need. There is alot of plumbing, bath and kitchen fixtures. So nice to be able to get lumber and construction supplies here to make it a 1 stop shop for projects. Super convenient to get propane tanks exchanged or filled. So many quality name brand items that are so popular. The people here really make this a wonderful place to shop. I love just browsing through all the new displays and seasonal items. I highly recommend this place. Keep up the great work! We really appreciate the hard work you all do!

Made a purchase from here i asked multiple times from two different employees and then the next day upon trying to return the item I was turned down I even reached out to the owner and he said he was going to look into it but he never contacted me back and never bothered to call so this reflects my rating j will be spending 250 plus attorney fees bringing them to small claims court over a $100 item out of principle alone .. this is misleading and unprofessional. I liked the store until this experience . Its a shame some people got to be this greedy

Theyre extremely nice... in person, but dont call them, or youll be waiting on the phone forever, and most of the time they have no idea what part you need, or simply the call drops.

Ace locations must be privately owned. This Ace has a number of unique products besides tools and hardware. They have crafts for the ladies and a Great fishing section which I love.

How nice it was to have someone like Kobe who knew what he was doing, to help you.

I heard they where high priced. But have found out. I paid more at Wal-Mart then If I would have gotten it at Ace. (Pvc glue n cleaner. Was the item.) I love the variety of items. Plus they have a rewards program. Ace is the place!! As they say.

On Sunday, August 15, 2021 I visited ACE to purchase a spark plug and air filter for my Stihl chainsaw. I was having trouble starting it. An employee “Michelle” from the on-site ACE Stihl repair shop, quickly provided me the items. She gave me some tips on on how to clear out the carb etc.I went home, installed the items and still no luck. I took the chainsaw to ACE and Michelle immediately took it to the shop to check it out. Within 10 minutes, she diagnosed the problem. She got the chainsaw started, problem solved. She and another co-worker did a great job assisting me. Hope I got her name correct. She has a wonderful New Zealand accent.I’ve been shopping at ACE Rockport for years. I’ve always been pleased with their quality customer service and products.Thanks

A little overpriced on some items, but as soon as you walk in the door they are willing to help you in whatever question you may have. They even walk you to the part you are looking for instead of sending you to find it yourself. Great customer service

The people are great, but the business processes are stuck in the 1980s. A cashier cant void an item from a transaction without manager approval. This process can take 20 minutes or more depending on time of day. Dont get me started on returns... Manager has to approve every single item.

Great place with a friendly staff. They have just about every thing you need. Hardware, household products, cleaning supplies, paint, tools, gifts, greeting cards, outdoor furniture,gardening and bird supplies. They even have a nice selection of seasonal items. The store is clean and well organized. If you cant find something, just ask. They are happy to help.

I drove around corpus christi to 3 stores. Had to wait in line to look thru the picked clean shelves.Went to the local Ace and found almost everything I needed. No lines, lots of parts in neat order. Within 2 minutes of being there someone asked if I needed help, and then actually helped me look.I am very pleased with my multiple visits to this Ace.Ive been chasing leaks and go back for each one hoping itll be the last...Maybe tomorrow.

I had 4 employees ask me if I needed help which is good but a little annoying, and the price was outrageous! Im talking about crazy high pricing. But if you need some thing and dont know what you need this is your place, they care about customers and there needs but you are going to pay for the service. Me I dont need the expertise so cant see myself ever going back.

The store and people are very nice just the prices are OMG way to high. Really 5.68 for a gallon of propane that is not right when you can go to Tractor Supply and get it for 2.39.
