A company is only as worst as its worst employee. Micaela is horrible. Pushy, rude, cusses at the computer, acts as if you are a bother for walking in and doing business with this awesome store. All the other employees are great, helpful, and attentive including the newby guy. When I call in I pray Micaela does not answer the phone and if she does I better be ready because she will no doubt hurry you off the phone.

Richard is always so amazing!. He is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. His store was badly damage by Hurricane Harvey. He and the entire staff have worked in extreme conditions including a makeshift tent, and now a trailer. Through it all, they have been loyal to their customers and S-W. Richard and the staff at S-W Rockport should be considered for large bonuses for what they have done for the local hurricane effected community. If there were a mark above excellent for customer service, I would put it. I bought paint from them several times, today I bought paint from Walmart they were unable to put color in it. I brought the paint here they put colored it for me for free that is above and beyond excellent customer service.
