Avak and his team at D&D Autobody did a great job repairing/repainting the side of our car. The workmanship was fantastic and the price was reasonable. Avak said it would be ready on Friday and it was. Not only ready but the entire car had been cleaned inside and out. D&D repaired several paints chips and scratches in my GTI and the work they performed was superb. I couldnt be happier with my overall experience and highly recommend them. We were in DC and had an accident. We are from out of state and the car was damaged too badly to drive home. The insurance company determined that it was beyond a reasonable tow, so I found this place online from Google reviews. They had outstanding ratings and they lived up to the high marks. I am very pleased with the work they did and its a year later and there have been no problems with the workmanship.

I got into a fender bender and my grill was cracked in half and my hood was crunched up. They repaired and painted it in 3 days. The most inexpensive place I could find, and the end cost was $100 cheaper than the estimate. I didnt noticed until I was driving home that they also vacuumed the inside.Great, fast work. Extremely friendly and dependable.

Amaks team does a great job of doing body work. I went into have a mirror replaced (after he got the new mirror) and it was done within one hour. Great service! Been going there for several years. Highly recommend.

I was referred to this shop by insurance. The service was excellent. They work with Hertz, so I was picked up by Hertz after I dropped my car off at this location. D&D are very reliable and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend them! Very personable too!

I had my car repaired in this shop after a crash and the experience was excellent. They did a great job with fixing the car and the service was outstanding. They were very flexible and accommodating of my schedule. A couple of months later, I had incident with my cell phone that fell inside the body of the car and it was trapped. I stopped by and asked for help and they spent a lot of trying looking at it and fix it! They wont accept any money in retribution. They were so kind and knowledgeable.

I called D&D in the morning to ask about getting my mirror fixed and by 2pm that same day my part was in and my mirror was fixed. They were so efficient in getting the mirror and the job they did was fantastic. Very friendly and great priced! Highly recommended!!

Wonderful service. Fixed our trim problem by rearranging clips and didnt charge us. Other body repair shop in the area had previously quoted me $200. This place was honest enough to offer me a simple solution. Won my future business!

I was involved in an auto accident and was referred to D&D by the attorney I work for. For the amount of damage they only had my car a little over a week. They really did a great job with my vehicle and I was so happy when I saw my baby. They even washed and vacuumed it for me. Avak, which I believe is the owners name, is a really great guy. He has one of the best personalities I have encountered in a while. I know that most people can be pricks, but not this guy. He seems to have a really good team of professionals backing him up. Anytime I ever need work done to my car, D&D is the only place my car will go!!

My Explorer was rear-ended while it was parked (no one in it). There was some frame damage and some hidden damage that they didnt find until they started to pull it apart. They dealt directly with State Farm (D&D is a preferred repair shop) to change the estimate. It was done in the timeframe promised (actually a couple days earlier). Fit, finish, panel gaps were like the accident never happened. I am very happy with the work and attention to detail. When I went to pick it up the owner said that if the perpetrator was insured ( he was, according to the police report), I should pursue remuneration for value lost since the repair would be reported to Carfax and would significantly reduce its value at trade-in. Who knew? Thanks D&D!

This place is amazing, and I give it the highest recommendation possible. D&D is the trifecta of auto body shops: the staff was extremely nice and experienced; their work was perfect and beyond my expectations; and the price was unbelievably low. I cant believe my luck at finding this place! Avak (I assume hes the owner or manager?) took such good care of me that I actually gave him a hug! It was like having my uncle or older brother working on my car. I was in a real bind, and Avak really came through for me. I damaged the front bumper of a rental car that I had to turn in that afternoon. I took it to D&D that morning to see if they could fix it by the afternoon. Avak promised he could get it done, and he sure did! It involved filling in deep scratches and repainting the area. I couldnt believe my eyes when I picked it up that afternoon. You couldnt even tell where the damage was. It was like brand new. I have no idea how they managed to get it done in one day! And the price was so low, I still cant believe it. Im a customer for life after this!
