Went back to the service center after a year for a recall, oil change and tire rotation. Was not disappointed. Brendan was super nice and helpful, 10/10. Would recommend him. The service center is busy, so expect to wait here for a little. But the staff here is super nice and friendly and makes sure you dont have to come back here for a long time. Give Brendan a raise please :)
Advice: Call ahead of time.we went there for maintenance and had appointment. wait time was short and they have teas and coffee at the waiting area.
Grab a cookie..have some free customized coffee...& Prepare yourself!...to spend ur entire day here... or at least half of it. However u are in company of some very sweet staff members..as overwhelmed as u know they are they still smile warmly & thank you for your patience.
The staff were cordial enough but the wait time for a routine oil change was ridiculous. As I was waiting for my car at the center, I asked for an estimate and was told 1.5 hours. I ended up waiting over 3 hours and had I known it would take that long I wouldnt have waited at the service center. In addition, a staff member was loudly complaining to another member about being tired of having to apologize in response to a different woman complaining that she too had been waiting over 3 hours after being given a lesser estimate. I understand their frustration, but it was unprofessional to proclaim that loud enough for people to hear and perhaps if the estimates were more realistic customers wouldnt be complaining. I definitely will not be returning.
I bought my car on 7/13/21. The sales person, Diego, and the manager need to work on customer service. Once you pick the kind of car you want and sign, they dont care if any problems arise with the car. They dont care about the customers anymore. When I get another car, which will be soon, Im sure I will not go to them and I will not refer them to any one.

Went for regular oil change - good job. But I asked to get scan for lights and they wants to charge me which I never had been at the other darcars I’ve used.
They took care of the recall work within 3 hours as promised. More importantly, the friendliness of the staff is quite genuine. I like going there for my Camry’s needs. Good people.
I have seen level of service go down over the last decade we started doing business with Darcars. Now takes. 2.5 hours even with an appointment to get an oil change.

A bit expensive but standard place to service your car
We have bought cars her and use the service department...both are great. Its fairly annoying that to price match an item (like tires) they need size, brand, and stock number (which often differs between retailers for the identical product). They wanted over $270 for the same tire walmart sold for $155. We bought the tire from Walmart (online) and had them install it. I think the stock number thing helps them to offer a price match without having to routinely honor a match request. Its honestly my only criticism of the place. They have otherwise been great.

I waited 2 and a half hours for an oil change and maintenance check. They didnt give me the list of what I needed done which they always do. They were very busy even when I had an appointment. Sometimes waiting cant be helped, but an extra hour of waiting was too long. The guy behind the desk was very apologetic and nice.
Been going there for oil changes and lately I’ve noticed my oil level is real low on 2 cars I take there, so my car hasn’t even reached the 2,000 mile mark before its next visit at 5,000 like they tell you and it’s completely out of oil... are they putting enough oil or are they putting any at all... seems like they want my car to brake down so I can bring it back to them. Also last time I went with my other vehicle for oil change thay’re supposed to do a 24 point inspection or so, I noticed the mats were untouched..... shame on these poeple they’re so incompetent.
Those people check my credit ever day for a month and each they check it, it dropped. And to top it off they didnt give the car. am very very disappointed in them. They lie a lot and dont do their job at all

Was super quick handling my 6 month service on my CHR. Staff was so friendly, and the lobby is nice for waiting and spacious.
Words will not do justice to how terrible this place is. I dropped off my car for an OIL CHANGE and somehow they CRASHED MY CAR and needed to keep my car for an extra two weeks. What was originally supposed to be a simple one hour appointment turned into a nightmare of two weeks. What made things absolutely worse was that there was NO communication throughout this entire process of making things right. The dealership tried to keep secret the details of the damage caused to my car until I DEMANDED IT and the lack of transparency, communication, professionalism, and basic respect made the entire process of getting my car back HORRIBLE. What kind of dealership crashes a car and isnt transparent about the details of the damage until DAYS after the owner demands the information? What kind of shady practice is that?I do not recommend this place.
I have been going there for 6 years and the people that used to work there at that time were very helpful and pleasantI was there this afternoon for an oil change and unfortunately my car would not start and the ones that were helping me were not very helpful and rude and I dont think I will go back.

This is my second time going to that dealership for an oil change. This time I was going for an oil change and an alignment. For a reason I keep getting the same rude guy taking my information as if I was bothering him. My service there is not free. I am paying for everything they are doing on my car. The least they can do is to be nice and get the info in the system. I am never going again. This was a waste of time.

I had a new car less than one year on maintenance. I was called there is a leaking on the tire, there is a VERY NEAT SMALL hole on the outside edge cannot be repaired, there is no scratch around that hole. I wonder how can the hole be punched except be punched by a tool. The place of hole doesnt touch the ground, I cannot imagine how can such a NEAT hole be punched.

Called to make an appointment 2 months ago. A lady picked up the phone and did not sound like she wanted to be there. She was rude and short tempered. I decided to just call back. Called yesterday and ironically the same lady picked up and again the same attitude. I am not going to be taking my car to a place that lacks basic professionalism. A bit of training would do great wonders for the people at the front desk or the schedulers.

Best experience Ive ever had having work done at a repair facility.I actually drive a 2016 Lexus F sport and was really nervous about taking my vehicle to a dealership for service, but I was recommended by a friend and took his suggestion.I dealt immediately with Bobby Ward - Service Manager, and David S. - asst.From the first conversation, they set CLEAR expectations, and delivered on ALL of them. They communicated at an incredibly high level, and put all my worries at ease during my repairs. THIS is what the repair/service experience should be for a consumer.I am in customer service, and retention, and I will NEVER go anywhere else for my service work. Everyone did an incredible job, and Im thankful I took my co-workers suggestion.My car has found its home for repairs and service!! Im elated how everything turned out!! Great job guys.
I love going here for all my service needs. I get my oil changed about three times a year and since I first started going to DARCARS 355, I havent thought of going anywhere else. They are fair, overall reasonably priced, and considerate. I have never felt like they were trying to pull one over me or try to take advantage of me. They never try to pressure you into doing anything then and there. They are quick at getting the work done and processing you for payment (I had a bad experience with one of their payment employees but havent seen her since that time and everyone since has been nothing but kind and quick). And it is extremely easy to make an appointment online. All of these reasons are why I love going to DARCARS for my service needs!
I had a bill for $1020.00, to replace an alternator, I thought I needed. The technician checked it out I only needed a repair the battery wiring because of corrosion on a sensor. I payed about I think it was $345.00!!.
Diagnosed car issue in the estimated time and provided a full break down of the repair along with a list of other recommended maintenance.

Came to get my father’s car serviced and had the really unfortunate and unpleasant experience to get assistance from DAVID SCHOENMANN. From initial interactions he was blunt, harsh, completely unfriendly, arrogant, and too opinionated. Quick to charge and add additional unnecessary work to my car as is almost every agent. After a couple additional requests about my car (to please disable the maintenance required light, a car wash, and taking a look at a loose washer fluid bottle) he was quick to react discourteously and denied being able to do any extra services without additional charges (when asked about the loose washer fluid bottle). He brought up that the tail light needed changing and when I politely declined any further services he said “hope you don’t get pulled over on your way out of here”, completely out of place, it’s just unbelievable!!! He is completely unprofessional and needs serious customer service training. People like him shouldn’t be in the front desk!! Also while u wait for your car, it is easy to hear from the agents how different people’s car ALSO need this and this. It is clear that they don’t care too much about customers and more worried about trying to sell you overpriced services. Completely disappointed with my experience here. Won’t be coming here again and I hope u think twice about going there.

The dealer always changed the oil, but today I made a reservation and waited too long to receive the service. I had to wait 2-4 hours to receive the service after making a reservation. Obviously there should be improvements and the price is very expensive, around $100.only oil changed!!!!

I was considering the purchase or a 2019 Rav 4. Five or six staff members walked by me without an aknowledgement. When I got to a desk where two staff were sitting they barely greeted me and told me to wait. I didnt. I had been at several other dealerships whose initial interactions were far better so I decided to go elsewhere.

Meh, not impressed, nor thrilled, Service department is overstaffed with too few people (Everybody is too busy acting their part that Boone wants to assist you right away. Except for the PARTS DEPARTMENT, which stands out and also stands alone with super duper exceptional customer service! The parts department needs to teach classes in Customer Service and Relationsto the rest of the dealership. I mean seriously, I vote with my dollar and with the exception of the sole Parts Counter/Department Employees KSAs, CRM and overall general attitude that has REDEEMED this establishment, probably I will consider ever returning, only for an urgent situation when I am unable to make an online purchase. Next time I will most likely save time, money and aggravation by using Google Shopping and/or Amazon.
Well I went there for service to change oil but they told me they changed it but the all time they didn’t change the oil because I was waiting and they called me with in 35 min I went home checked car the oil didn’t change I called and asked the person even the lady who picked the phone is rude transfer me service department and told they change oil every 10,000 miles what kind company is that when I bought the car the dealer told me they will change my oil every 5,000 miles but the all time you guys lie to customers this crazy

These guys are scammers. Charged $168 for a diagnosis only to find out that all they did was read the codes. Then they dared to ask for another $250 to do a proper diagnostic. Save yourself the time and money and go down the street to Ormsby or McCurry to do the same job in half the price.

We left after a 15000 miles checkup and they told us we need to rotate the tires and we told them that they can go ahead and do so, but they didnt secure the threaded and they came off after a day of driving and the tire couldve came out and the car wouldve crashed!!!!!!!!!
